Budget hotel located in the center of the town. Facilities in room was good. Front desk staff should be friendlier with the guest. The only problem, the sound proofing of this hotel is poor. You can hear clearly sound of door and lift from outside.

The moment when we check in, we met the unfriendly staff at the counter. She requested for my IC and credit card without stating any reason and in a bad manner. Without my permission she swiped my card and asked me to sign with a very bad manner (was pointing at the paper and said "sign!"). The stay was decent as the room is in good condition with TV and clean bed sheet, toiletries but no hair dryer. The breakfast was terrible. We ordered mee hoon, the taste is not good and it did look like the last plate in the wok because the mee hoon is not in shape. Overall, if the staff is not that rude and breakfast taste improve, then the stay is still pleasant.

The room is small with RM108 for the walkin price. All days standard price. I booked for quuensize bed. The room is okay just a bit too small for me. There is fridge and clean room. The only thing i don like is the sound from outside. The door is design with auto slammed mode. So if you stay in this hotel, kindly close the room gently. Because other tenant or guests will definately hear this annoying sound. The breakfast is good, they served with one set per person only. I ordered nasi minyak and my wife ordered chay kuew teoy and the food is fantastic. No free parking in this hotel and kena mpk saman for no shown cark park coupon and paid for rm10 at utc. You need to display car park coupon or park at no marking lot. This budget hotel is good to bring mistress also. Because I saw some old man brought a young girl to stay in this hotel. Not sure their relationship but it seem they quite close when they walk together. I hope they r spouse. My wife comment that this room seem like a gunner room so we decided to checkout on the next morning and stay at e red hotel.

Poor service standards from staff i. e. receptionists and technicians who could not fix tv channels which were fuzzy in pixels, no WiFi connection due to very weak network.

Considered as one of the new hotels in town .Comfortable bedroom, clean bathroom with affordable price. A bit outskirt of the town but it is easily noticeable from the road. The hotel provides lift and a simple nice cafe besides the lobby delicious menu (kopitiam concept) Available car park around the hotel building. Stalls nearby are mama restaurant, farmasi, Malay food restaurant, convenient market(cowboy) and fruit stall.

Superb location. Located in the center of Kuantan town. We stayed in family room which can fit for 6 of family member ( 2 children). Clean and tidy. Friendly receptionist.
We ordered grilled chicken and spagheti carbonara from room. Yummy! and the reasonable price. RM162 per nite includes breakfast of 4. It's a four storey building and have elevator. Highly recommended hotel.

This hotel is small but clean and tidy,the environment there is not bad, the people at the reception are also very friendly.Last time I went there to celebrate my friend's birthday,it was a wonderful memory for me,the game room was very big,if you want to have a birthday party,here is your first choice.

1. Requested for a non-smoking room during check in, we found some stains on the bed. We tried to call housekeeping to change the bed sheet but the phone was not working. Had to get down to the lobby personally to inform the front desk to request for change of bed sheet. Housekeeping came and "changed" the bed sheet. We inspected the bed sheet and found the exact same stain at the exact same location.
2. The toilet's door cannot be closed. Frustrated with 3 major issues within 15 minutes , we headed to the lobby and demanded to change our room. Got a smoking room as that was their last available room.
3. Telephone line was not working again, toilet roll was not available.
4. We know this hotel do not provide toothbrush & toothpaste so we brought our own. When we return on the 2nd day, all our toiletries were gone. Housekeeping threw our toiletries WITHOUT our consent when they do NOT provide toiletries. Had to go down to the lobby to make another complaint again (remember the phone was not working?). Front desk promised to send toiletries to our room but it NEVER came.
5. During check out on the 3rd day, the housekeeping saw us and offered to compensate us for disposing our toiletries. As much as I appreciate their effort to own their mistake, this compensation (if ever required) should come from the management and not their staffs for not providing sufficient training and making clear the hotel's policy to their staffs.
Overall, I am totally upset and will never return.
