Came to Naha City for a vacation. Asked for help from the front desk staff on dining and reservation. He was most unhelpful - dismissed me with a wave of the hand, saying he does not provide concierge service. When I told him that he could at least provide some advice, he said he didn’t speak English when he was actually conversing in very good English. Disappointing to receive such suboptimal service from the hotel.
Hotel rooms have everything plus much more of famous Japanese hospitality. Food is great, you can order traditional cousin and in same time western dishes as well. Very close to centre, few minutes walking.
Stayed for 4 nights here. The lodging is very close to the main shopping area and accessible to convenient stores and restaurants. The room was pretty small, but that was expected for a hotel in the capital area. Bed was ok but slightly on the stiffer side, could be better. Staff were polite and generally helpful although communication was a bit difficult at times and they didn't understand when I asked where we could purchase prepaid SIM cards. Also unfortunately, the hotel WIFI is quite slow, so this is one part that could really be improved. Overall, it was an okay stay, it is an okay choice for proximity to the main shopping district.
Stayed here for 2 nights whilst in the Naha vicinity. Managed to get a room on the top floor with a nice view out over Naha. The room was small and functional, but surprisingly quiet (no issues with neighbour noise). I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it was available for an additional charge. Combined bath/shower in bathroom. Bed was slightly hard. Small fridge in room. Good central location with a few decent places to eat in the vicinity. Parking available for an extra approx 1000 JPY per night (couldn't find anywhere in the central district with free parking, so this place seemed like the best deal).
Really good and nice hotel, very close to the airport of Okinawa.Good location for holiday. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and are full of things which we need for stay a few day.Good food for breakfast.
