Big rooms but old and well maintained. Nice amenities. Has a bathtub. Friendly staff. It has a souvenir shop that closes at 1130pm . May avail of breakfast with fee. Free transport from Airport to Hotel and vice versa. Affordable rate!
Only problem is wifi, not stable.
Aircon is warm even if there is a control for low, med and high but no thermostat.

This is a perfectly nice older hotel. I should warn travelers, though, that if you book this hotel, as I did, for the free airport shuttle service, the shuttle stops running at 10pm. If you're flight gets in after that time, you'll have to take a taxi to the hotel, which, for an 8 minute ride, cost me a little over 20$. The hotel does not reimburse for this cost. They did, however, give me a voucher for breakfast, which was nice.

I'm normally a 5 star hotel kind person , but this was the only hotel I could get close to the airport at short notice.

It was surprisingly good - shuttle bus easy and efficient way to get to and from the airport.
Staff all helpful and room was clean. Small shop in lobby were we could get snacks drinks etc. Free WIFI in the room that worked great.

It was my first time to Japan. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was nice. I like how I could reach the lights and air from my bed. The most amazing water pressure! The store had everything I needed and was open late. The cafe was good for breakfast although there not much an American would recognize as breakfast.

The hotel looked really nice from outside. The rooms were really huge.I was enjoying my stay until,i was half asleep and suddenly it felt like something or someone was inside my room and it blew on my left ear.I thought i was overthinking but i don’t understand why would the curtains of my room move so fast when the windows were closed and the air conditioner was off.It was really scary. This hotel is even more scarier because its right between the jungle. No wonder why it so cheap.Because its a very old hotel that they’ve been renovating for a longtime. All the furnitures,tv,ice machines looked very old.Now i know that this place was haunted.Never going to this hotel again.I would never fall for your rates again.

We had the misfortune of having our flight cancelled. Virgin Atlantic thought this hotel would be " suitable" for customers having to spend an extra night in Narita.....

We should have known something was wrong when the shuttle bus was filthy, had no A/C and black smoke spewing from it. But we figured, how bad could it be? This is Japan, the cleanest major capital in the world....

Not so much.

The lobby smelled of dirty soap water...and all the carpets where covered in big black stains (mold?) Our room was covered in mold and mildew. The smell alone could make you gag. The bathroom grout was black! Every surface of the room was scratched , nicked and stained. We didn't want to touch anything for fear of bed bugs! ( one of our fellow passengers was attacked by fleas in her room).

When I asked for a different room in the front desk they dismissed me and said all rooms where the same.

There is absolutely nothing around this hotel, so you are isolated on top of a hill with no escape.

It is baffling to me that an airline such as Virgin Atlantic would put their passengers in this dirty ,$50 a night hotel!

It's pretty cheap compare to other hotels close to airport. And the free shuttle bus is very convenient. I just uploaded a timetable of the shuttle schedule!
The deco in public area is nice. Looks very luxury. The room is average a little bit outdated. But consider the price then it's alright! The only bad thing about this hotel is there's no wifi in the room and the broadband internet in my room somehow not working. They only have free wifi in the lobby lounge. But I have to share with probably 20ppl. Anyway, this hotel is good value for my money!

We booked this hotel because it was the only pet friendly hotel around the airport and we were flying with our dog so we booked it. We were disappointed because first for staying with a pet we had to pay double the price, not a fee like at other hotels we stayed, and at paying double the price it definitely was not worth it since the room was old and it smelled, the furniture was old, everything in the room is in much need of a renovation. Of course I was staying at the pet friendly room so the smell may be because of the previous pets staying there, there were also a lot of scratches at the walls, the place was not nice looking, they should definitely invest in a good thoroughly clean for the pet staying rooms. The good thing was that the hotel had a large pet cage with pee pee pads, water and food dish so my dog felt quite at home (he's used with a cage) but the food dish was dirty from previous dog food and one of the beds smelled so much of other pets my dog was terrified to go near it. The staff were very nice and helpful, they did a lot to help us, including offer to throw away one of our big luggages we didn't need it anymore. The shuttle service is great, we had a rent car to get there but left with the shuttle, just one tip get there early since the bus can get quite full. The breakfast was included and it was not great, maybe it's nice for japanese people but there was nothing western there and nothing was good.
The hotel is close to the airport, it's a good location if you need a place to stay for a short time, the shuttle service is great and free and often.
It would be a great hotel if they invest in some renovation of the rooms, specially bathrooms, everything was very old, it could be a great hotel with a renovation. It might be ok for the price but for the price I paid (double with the pet fee) was not worth it at all.

Staff were friendly although English was very limited. There is a shuttle bus to the airport and Narita.
As an international traveller I have to say that this is the worst hotel I have ever visited. I say this because the lobby was shabby with torn upholstery and badly in need of repair. Worse than this however, was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was disgusting with black mould in the corners and up the wall of the shower. The toilet was also filthy and there was a large, loose tile covering the drain on the floor which I consider dangerous. The room was stuffy and smelled unclean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

My flight into Narita was delayed and I missed the last shuttle to Gateway by two minutes. If you're not at the airport hotel shuttle stop by 22:20, you'll need to get a taxi for Y2100 (~$19).

The room has what it needs and is nice sized at about 230 sf, with fridge & wifi. The property has a good breakfast buffet and an excellent Italian restaurant with nice selection of appetizers, various spaghetti offerings (I had the Putenesca), specials and quality deserts. I had the casseta, which was an awesome dried fruit, cheese, ice cream bar similar to frozen cheese cake and nothing I've seen in LA or Seattle. Room and restaurant are extremely reasonable and staff is very friendly and understands enough English that you don't need to worry about anything. I would bring my family here in a heartbeat when we come for vacation.

Why don’t you request an early check in and have a coffee or a swim while you wait for your room to be ready?

There is a shuttle bus timetable on hotel's official website. Just refer to the access part. In case you do not find it, here is the information from latest timetable. If you arrive at terminal 1, shuttle will stop at bus stop #16. After 16:00, it will arrive at every :20 and :50, 22:50 is the last shuttle. If you arrive at terminal 2, shuttle will stop at bus stop #26. After 16:00, it will arrive at every :00 and :30, 23:00 is the last shuttle. When you get to the hotel, you will receive a paper copy of the timetable for your reference. You can plan your next day schedule accordingly. For the next morning, you can choose shuttle either to Narita station or Narita airport. To Narita station: the earliest shuttle from hotel is 06:18, and arrives at station at 06:35. To Narita airport: the earliest shuttle from hotel is 04:40, and the next is 05:25. This may be much suitable for you to go to Shinagawa station. You can then take Narita Express or Keisei Skyliner to the city.
