Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My compliments to the staff at the front desk. Very professional and accommodating to our family with a 3 year old. Room was very clean and quiet. The hotel is utilized by airlines as crews from different airlines stay there. Will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

This is a solid Hotel option with free shuttle to NRT. The shuttle is shared with the Hilton. A twin room was ~A$80 per night and was fully equipped as needed for arrival after a flight from Australia. Nice and handy to walk to downtown Narita and also handy for the 50 minute train ride to downtown Tokyo.

Booked a room with D/B meal package for approx. JPY8,500/ USD 60. It was great deal considering the new year holiday period. My room on 7F was big enough for two of us and bathroom was larger side for Japanese standard. the room temperature was a little higher for my liking (my preference is 20-21 degree), so it was a little unconfortable when I sleep. The room was generally quiet but could hear some noise of airplane departure until 22:00. There is a buffet restaurant called "AVANTI" located near the reception, my meal package allow us to eat there. Quality of the food provided was typical " Western flavor of Japanese food" and nothing to write about home. If you are expecting decent quality of food, I would recommend eating at airport before check in. If you are with small children, then it is easier to eat there. Service is quite attentive. Overall, my experience with this hotel was present. If I book this hotel for next trip? Maybe not becuase of food quality and distance from the airport.

A typical 4-star hotel. The room is of a good size - about 25 sq m. Considered to be large in accordance with general Japanese standard. The furnishings and furniture are fine and adequate, but nothing luxurious looking. Same as the buffet breakfast. Adequate choices, including both western and Japanese style. But nothing special. Overall a comfortable airport hotel.

Been here many times and while the rooms are OK, the fitness room really need to be redone. It is really too small for more than 5-6 people. The aerobic equipment are too close together, with no breathing space. The 711 store is a great addition, and provides options for snacks and hydration. However, a 24 hour service would be much better, as a lot of airline crew stay here and our sleep cycles may not necessary be in sync with local time yet.

Checkin process tedious and the staff ignored my pleading to help me find my glasses after I left them either on the bus or in the room after I was already at the airport. A lot of Indians work there who are not the most honest of people overall, and maybe one of them liked my 200 dollar Raybans for themselves.

This hotel is a good value, has ATM, money changer, 7-11 and a laundry room. The town of Narita is 30 minute walk or a short bus ride--it has an iconic temple complex and the Japanese National History Museum is a 15 minute taxi ride it has a very comprehensive overview of Japanese history set in a very nice park. If it is sakura or momiji season the park should have some very nice flowers/leaf display.

Bed was firm - good support. One of the few hotels that still provide amenities these days. Convenience store within hotel (7 Eleven) - very convenient. Fitness room still as before - equipment getting dated, some rust can be seen in some areas. Treadmills are TOO CLOSE together....as if one is working out with a bosom buddy (see pic). Need to be spaced at least 3 feet apart for personal space.

Got the non-smoking room at the 3rd floor. Took the shuttle bus from T2. Able to catch bus on time. Checked in process also fast and smooth. Room for 3 single bed was spacious and has a western-style bathtub (not japan-style bayhtub) The shower pressure and heat were good. Cleanliness as usual is good in Japan and quiet environment. They provide Yukata, iron, hairdryer. Able to rest well after a very exhausting trip instead and enjoyment holiday. No time to browse surrounding as I was super tired. The bed was good and the pillow was fluffy. Deep nap until i woke up late for dinner and not able to try the resto buffet as it was already 8.30pm. But there was a convenience shop inside hotel, at least can get something. Rest again and in the morning went by 5.10am shuttle bus for my flight. Very convenient. Will return to this hotel again next time I come to Japan.

Very nice shuttle bus that we get from Narita station. After arrived in lobby very fast check in procedure. Lobby quite busy with flight attendant and pilot check in and out but all employees ready to serve. Convenience store just beside of reception. and it is very convenience and the staff very helpful eventhough she know I'm not able to speak Japanese, she keep tried to helping me to fulfill my wishes and needs. Room very clean but only one thing I need to suggest. Please provide mineral water or other drink amenities in room rather than tap water. Other than that all is good
