Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Convenient for NRT, comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms have tubs you can soak in and they even provide bath salts. Good WiFi and TV casting system too. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, as well as some sightseeing and historic street and temple.

Excellent staff and clean room ! Check in was quick and smooth. Area is quiet and nice. Lots of places around hotel to get good food. Walkable distance from train stations. Hotel bus to Narita airport. Will definitively stay again next time we visit Japan.

Hotel is good with a nice hearty breakfast spread. Hotels just 5mins away from Keisei-Narita station. There’s Lift and escalator from the station so it makes lugging the heavy luggage very convenient. Another 5-10mins away is the Yakao marketplace which is a big supermarket. The Main Street in Narita Village leading to the Shrine is a quaint street lined with restaurants and shopping. Very nice but feel like a tourist street.

Same thing happened to us as others. The front staff are useless. We arrived 5 pm after travelling 16 hours only to find out that the morning bus to the airport was full. There was supposed to be snow so they couldn’t even arrange a taxi. We are in our 70’s and we were told to walk at 6 am with our bags to the train station. I was furious. Didn’t sleep all night. We would have been better off staying at the airport. It also took us 40 minutes to CHECK IN. staff were not experienced. People were totally frustrated. Then after we left having not slept we realized that we left our multi purpose Apple plug in the wall as well as our KINDLE. IVE WRITTEN THE HOTEL THREE TIMES TO HAVE THEM SHIPPED AND NEVER GIT A SINGLE RESPONSE. I since realize I also left a brand new blue sweater. We are seasoned travellers although it doesn’t sound like it. The exhaustion kicked in. But NOT to get a single email? I’m sure the staff walked off with our things since then

It’s our go to hotel when we have a stop in Narita. The staff are professional and helpful. The double rooms are spacious enough compared to other rooms you can find in Japan. The hotel is near Keisei-arita station and a 8 -10min walk to the JR Station. So easy to go to Tokyo or Narita Airport. They propose a free bus transfer to the airport but only in the morning. With the train stations nearby personally I don’t see that as a problem if your flight is in the afternoon or at night. There are combi stores nearby and even a supermarket. The bus station is right near the hotel. One of the good hotels near old Narita.

The only doubt is that I never stayed any other hotels in Narita BUT given that this hotel worth it. Unfortunately, not very much to write but that it worth the stay. They've done all the good they could and very fair room rate. Godd service, they had a manga bookshelf(for Japanese reader), staff were polite, location good enough to walk to popular tourism area. Breakfast were nice. THE REASON WHY I PUT AVERAGE I wanted to just move down to "GOOD" but I thought it's not fair. The reason I put average is because of the management level's attitude toward younger staff. Perhaps they've been strict but you don't want to see younger staff or foreign staff being somewhat bullied to elder staff. It just sucks. Unfortunately, if they were to do that on front desk, I wonder how worse it be on back office. Foreign staff seemed to be treated more harshly. It was just bad impression. But I guess it's the karma, I've also seen very rude foreign guests and Japanese tour guide complaining. Well, may be it was bad day, but for me on my trip, just bad impression, despite all the good. They thought no guests are watching them but sorry I was watching.

Chose this hotel for an overnight stay as we had an early morning flight out of Narita. We booked a room for our family of five for JPY23k. We took a cab from Central Tokyo to the hotel so are unable to comment on the public transport to this hotel. However when we ventured out for dinner, we found the train station to be very close uphill to the hotel (5 mins walk). The hotel is generally very clean and has a strict check in policy at 2pm. There is a in house eatery and cash machines with no parking facilities. The room was small but could take 5 of us easily (3 beds). It comes with basic amenities and a small window for a road view. There are several hotels around the area but we chose this for its price and the availability of morning shuttle to Narita airport. The shuttle starts from 6.40am with ~15 mins to T2 and ~20 mins to T1 (actual). This shuttle comes around every hour with the last ride out at 10.40am. Please note that the reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis and my advice is to get the tickets as soon as you check in (total capacity at 22 and it fills up very fast). We went uphill around the train station to find our dinner but the restaurants are generally packed (think reservations) or only admit adults. We managed to find a nice yakitori place with comfortable seating. There are other fast food options eg Macdonalds, Family Mart if you need a quick eat. Breakfast at the hotel has limited options - you can get a simple toast or granola with milk, and some fruit juices. If you need something to fill for the afternoon, you can explore the nearby Aeon Mall (walking distance) or the Shisui Premium Outlet (15 mins cab): the latter can easily fill your afternoon,

Stayed two nights before an early morning flight back home. Took the direct train from Tokyo Skytree Oshiage to Keisei Narita. Hotel location is good, 10 mins from train/bus station, Naritasan Omotesando and supermarket in Aeon Town. Bus ride to Aeon Mall is 10 mins from bus station. A few convenience stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room feels a bit cramp, though we have booked for the bigger twin room. Still can open two big size luggages at the same time for packing. Bed is comfortable for a good night sleep. The early morning shuttle bus to the airport is good especially in a cold day and with luggages. A good value hotel. Will stay again if coming to Narita.

Clean ,nice staff. There are many comic books in the lobby on the first floor. Love.
