I stayed for one night from December 30th. For a hotel of this rank, the bedding was extremely high quality, the floor was quiet, and we were able to take the amenities freely, so we didn't have to worry about anything. The manga lending service was also an interesting service. However, the breakfast service was a mess (when I went to get my food from the reserved seat, the staff tried to guide me to my own seat, they started to leave during breakfast service, etc.), so I think they should at least prepare a sign saying "meal in progress". The selection of dishes, such as eel mixed rice, was good. I would consider staying here again.

We stayed here on the recommendation of our daughter who travels to Japan for scientific conferences. Since they do not have shuttles from the airport to the hotel yet, we had to get a taxi. We had to wait for a local taxi a long time as most taxis at Narita want longer fares. Once we got here, we had mistakenly booked a small room with a double bed that we simply too small (think European sized rooms a la IBIS). We instantly went to the reception and got a much larger room on the 9th floor for $20/day more. The room on the 9th floor was spacious with couch, desk, foyer and a very comfortable king size bed. The amenities in the bathroom are great. As this was our first time in Japan we struggled the first morning to figure out the coffee system as they use single cup drip coffee sachets. None the less the coffee was tasty. If you are here for more than one night, get some real milk across the street. They use an eco-system style of room cleaning replacing towels each day only. The location is great for visiting Narita old town and shrines and is a 10 min walk to the train station. The price is very low compared to the US and the reception was very friendly.

Chose this hotel for an overnight stay as we had an early morning flight out of Narita. We booked a room for our family of five for JPY23k.

We took a cab from Central Tokyo to the hotel so are unable to comment on the public transport to this hotel. However when we ventured out for dinner, we found the train station to be very close uphill to the hotel (5 mins walk). The hotel is generally very clean and has a strict check in policy at 2pm. There is a in house eatery and cash machines with no parking facilities. The room was small but could take 5 of us easily (3 beds). It comes with basic amenities and a small window for a road view.

There are several hotels around the area but we chose this for its price and the availability of morning shuttle to Narita airport. The shuttle starts from 6.40am with ~15 mins to T2 and ~20 mins to T1 (actual). This shuttle comes around every hour with the last ride out at 10.40am. Please note that the reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis and my advice is to get the tickets as soon as you check in (total capacity at 22 and it fills up very fast).

We went uphill around the train station to find our dinner but the restaurants are generally packed (think reservations) or only admit adults. We managed to find a nice yakitori place with comfortable seating. There are other fast food options eg Macdonalds, Family Mart if you need a quick eat. Breakfast at the hotel has limited options - you can get a simple toast or granola with milk, and some fruit juices.

If you need something to fill for the afternoon, you can explore the nearby Aeon Mall (walking distance) or the Shisui Premium Outlet (15 mins cab): the latter can easily fill your afternoon,

Whenever I have to stay in the Narita area for work, I am always indebted to this company. I used it many times and it was always comfortable, and I use it a lot because the Richmond Hotel series is stable almost everywhere, but this time I stayed with a lot of things to worry about. The following four points caught my attention.

①Eco-style when staying consecutively
We have made it eco-style (towel refilling, garbage collection, etc.) so that you can choose items that do not require cleaning or are necessary. We were planning to go out after 11 o'clock and were in our room when they asked us to collect towels and garbage. It was just about to go out, so I had to miss the train I was going to take. 11 JUST, even taking into account the normal Check-out time, I didn't expect that. If you choose to clean, you can choose the time, so I thought I should have gone that way. It would be good to have a reference to the time of day when you can choose the eco style (since it is assumed that you will enter the room).

②Shower head failure
It was leaking at water gun level at the same time as it was getting hot water out from near the base of the showerhead, and I felt that it was quite a loss of time because the water pressure was not that strong to begin with.

③ Cleaning
What's in front of the fridge? The tip of the false nail that seems to be falling.... The trays where ballpoint pens and other items are kept were also a little irritated by the dust.

④ (I don't know if it's seasonal or not) There's a lot of little bugs...
I didn't have any trouble sleeping, but when I checked in and entered the room soon after, there were a few bug-like flies in the room that were very small, smaller than the flies? Dozens. I was very concerned about it. It was perched on the curtain, and if you look closely, you can see that it was here or there, and I was very concerned because it was my first experience of whether it was because of the room or whether it was the time of year when it occurred.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I would happily stay again. It's just a few minutes walk from Keisei Narita station (basically just diagonally across the road) and the front desk staff are professional and very helpful. I was traveling alone, so booked a single room which was still large enough that I didn't feel cramped. There is free, fast wifi. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a basic selection of Japanese and western foods and there is also a restaurant / bar on-site, although I didn't go there. At the time of this review, there are covid protocols in place, including hand sanitizing stations and the requirement to wear disposable gloves when serving yourself at the buffet. I guess that this will change sometime in the future. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a pleasant, convenient stay at a very reasonable price.

I stayed here to visit Naritasan Shinshoji Temple for the first time in the New Year.
Because it was New Year's Day, the roads were crowded, and after arriving at the hotel, I was a little tired from the many worshippers who were there, on the approach to the temple, and in the grounds, but the room and bathroom were spacious and I was able to relax very well. The breakfast was also very good.
I would like to stay here again next time.

I stayed one night from 12/30.
There are some minor mistakes when you check-in automatically, such as not being told the room number without checking the receipt, or having dust accumulating in the hanger of the room, but I think it is a hotel that does not lose the staying with facilities similar to a foreign city hotel for about 20,000 yen per room with breakfast, and fine self-service that is typical of Japanese business hotels.
For breakfast, I would like to see the introduction of "meal" tags, but it was a good buffet, albeit compact.
If I get another chance, I'll stay.

My son came to visit Japan and I booked him at Richmond Hotel Narita about 20 mins to the Narita Airport. The hotel has a delicious buffet breakfast, comfy beds and always immaculately clean. My son enjoyed Japan so much that he forget his flight to Philippines to visit his dad. I called the receptionist from Houston, TX and they keep on calling my son’s room, went to his room and keep me updated. We’ll my son went somewhere else the night before and arrived at 8am for flight at 9 am. I ended up buying another airfare for another carrier. Wonderful people, food and accommodation. Please come and visit this hotel, it has also a train station next to it and a mall. Highly recommended to all travelers.

We checked in after 9pm and the counter was kind and pleasant. I would have loved for the fridge to perform a little better, but the room was big enough and well cleaned.
It was also close to Keisei Narita Station and there was a convenience store on the way. Personally, I found the location very convenient, as you can buy frozen items at Yaohan, which opens at 9 a.m. We will also use it for temporary return.

Flied back from Hokkaido at night and have another flight next afternoon so I choose this hotel. 5 mins from 2 railway lines from airport, with trains in 20 mins. 5-10 mins walk from JR station. Convenient stores are on the way from JR station, with some restaurants opening overnight around stations, The hotel offers free shuttle bus to airpot in the morning.

There are bakeries, coffee shops and a Mc Donald’s mostly in the square around the JR station which you must pass on the way to the temple.

The room with a queen size bed and small lounge was a good size, but it will be a tight fit for 3 adults + child. Go for two rooms. It is a great hotel, fabulous location, breakfast is basic.

When you check in the hotel, the front desk will ask you if you need the free bus shuttle. The timing is 6.40, 7.40, 8.40am etc....Be sure to make a reservation during check in. The bus is tiny! If you do not have many luggage, you can take the train to airport which is 1 stop away.
