Detailed Reviews
This onsen hotel was an easy 2 minute walk from the JR train station through one of the two and shorter shopping streets. We were welcomed at the door and were brought tea and snacks while they processed our check-in. We were given thorough explanation of the facilities and services at the hotel.
Room was a decent Japanese style room where they will prepare the mattress in the evening when we are having our dinner. It also has a good sea view. The hot spring in the hotel was fabulous which my family thoroughly enjoyed. There was also a couple of massage chairs which helped to relax my muscles after the hot bath. Dinners and breakfasts were of good quality and large quantity. Location was great having the train station and bus terminals within short walking distance. We took the train to the next station to visit the shrine and plum garden. We also took the bus that has a loop route stopping at the major sites.
An excellent experience at a well located and good quality onsen hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed

Stopped by after visiting the Mishima Skywalk for a quick stop. The location was accessible and the water was just the right temperature! Open and indoor tubs were just the right size. Would stop by again in future!

We loved this place! We seemed like the only overseas foreign tourists to this lovely onsen resort. It was brimming with Japanese tourists! That's obviously a good sign! We booked their biggest suite and were treated very well with excellent service and food! The suite had its own private onsen and we had our own private dining room. Definitely will return!

This Japanese style hotel was really good service and the food was so delicious.
Onsen was amazing.
I was satisfied with this hotel.
In addition, we can see fireworks from the rooftop.
The only thing is, this hotel has a bad accessibility for disabilities.

This onsen was wonderful and relaxing.
Me and five of my friends came here without any reservations and they were able to accommodate all six of us.
Immediately walking in, my friends and I were greeted by a smiling face behind the hotel counter. She gave us our towels and showed the way to the onsen. It is separated by genders.
The onsen was clean and provided all the amenities from toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner, a brush, and blowdryers.
Not only was the experience relaxing, but the customer service is impeccable.
I am from America, and I didn’t realize until the end of my trip that I left my baseball cap at the onsen.
I called the onsen from America, and not only did they still have my cap in the lost and found for about 4-5 days. They shipped my cap to me in America, international shipping included. They are the best! And now I have my cap!

We booked the Ladies Plan which included pretty yukata, 50 mins time use of private onsen and exclusive dessert. It’s a very good value, consider the regular plan already include a whole kinmedai (splendid Alfonsono fish) at dinner.
Our room was just the very basic Japanese style room with a city view. It was very decent and clean. We enjoyed both the big onsen and the private onsen. Both also very clean.
Service was great. They even accommodate our request to serve breakfast early just for us since we had a early train to catch. They may not as attentive as the more expensive onsen hotels. But for the kind of price, what more can you ask for?
I guess we went there in a low season. The hotel was very quiet. Nice to wonder around after dinner and then enjoy a hot bath. It’s a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

I enjoyed the hot spring bath very much. It is a short walk from the station. Hand towels are free.
They lend out bath towels for 300 yen.
This can be said for all the hot springs in Atami, but if you are only looking to take a bath, most places only open in the afternoon.
If you go to Atami for a day trip to the hot springs in the morning ♨️!
Be careful, because if you are too eager to go, you will be disappointed.

The room was okay. The bath was lacking.
But the food was excellent and worth the price. It was on par with what you'd find at a high-end inn.
The customer service and foreign staff spoke good Japanese, and they were kind to our children, which was nice.
