My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Da Nang City was spectacular. The hotel boasts an excellent location right across from the beach and is not far from the city center or iconic places like Ba Na Hills. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly, making you feel welcome with every greeting and a warm smile. Our room on the 24th floor featured a sea view, a balcony to enjoy the views of both the ocean and the mountains. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool on the 27th floor is small but offers a panoramic view of the entire coastline, which is spectacular. Dinner at the restaurant on the fifth floor was delightful, with outstanding service. Special thanks to waiter Kiet, who was very kind and recommended various places to visit in the city and traditional dishes to try. He was a very charismatic and polite young man. We also met Sous Chef Dang, who shared insights about the city, Vietnamese cuisine, and was also very friendly. The staff from the front desk was also friendly and helpful. Our experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would recommend the hotel to family and friends. Thanks to the entire team. By the way, the restaurant offers a buffet for breakfast but a la carte for dinner.

We wanted to stay close to My Khe beach and this place was quite a catch. The hotel is situated right next to it. Our room was on the 16th floor with partial view of the beach and it was lovely to see the water and the coastline from our room. The room was lovely with modern amenities. Breakfast buffet is huge with a wonderful spread. They give a small discount to guests for their meals at their restaurant. They arrange sightseeing for guests and the fee is quite nominal. The only cons would be the deposit to pay at the time of check-in which is about 3000 VND and the toiletries like dental kit are provided only if asked even though our room was a King Guest room. However the staff is helpful and kind; Even though their check-in time is 3pm, they allowed an early check-in for us given we had a very long journey to Da Nang.

I stayed there for 5 consecutive nights(for my bday week) and I enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel itself is well managed and all staff are friendly and attentive. The location is slightly off the main tourist area so that you can have an undisturbed panoramic My Khe bay view all to yourself(through your cute balcony). One of the highlights of the hotel is its infinity pool on the 27th floor with a stunning view of the bay and the mountains. The breakfast was sufficient, a little crowded with touristic groups sometimes. That being said, I wanna give a shout-out to Thao and her fellow colleagues working seemingly at the restaurant. It was always such a delight to dine there either for breakfasts or dinners(which I did 3). My wife and I found our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang to be very lacking. The staff were great however the quality of the rooms and the amenities on offer is lackluster at best.
The rooms do not have a bathrobe, when I called I was told they are not provided. I’ve never seen this at any other hotel.
We had the panoramic view room and the balcony only has one chair, this makes zero sense as most people staying would be a couple and you can’t comfortably sit with your partner to enjoy the view you’re paying so much to have.
Also the quality of the beds and pillows was just unpleasant. During our travels this month we have stayed in 5 other hotels but the few nights we had at the Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang were the most uncomfortable that we had experienced by far.
Save your money, stay somewhere else and if you want a nice view just go to a rooftop bar instead.

The waiter's service is very good. The service attitude is very friendly and smiling. The bed is very good and the pillows are great. The wine is delicious. Although the breakfast is on the fifth floor, the location arranged by the service staff allows you to see the beautiful beach. With the sea, the breakfast is super delicious. Quite a new hotel in a great location opposite the northern end of My Khe beach and with a very good price point.
We were allocated a very nice room on the 23rd floor with a balcony offering views over the beach and city. Our bed was comfortable and we loved the way the TV was set up with separate worldwide channels including HBO movies, etc. No digital key was offered which was surprising for a new hotel. Flipflops were provided in the room but no dressing gowns.
The 27th floor has a wonderful albeit small infinity pool and jacuzzi, and also a small gym on the 28th floor with enough equipment for a good work out. Unfortunately, neither the pool nor jacuzzi were heated, so they were a bit too cold to utilise when we stayed there.
In the spacious lobby area there’s a small grab and go shop which is convenient. And on the 27th floor is a very pleasant rooftop bar. Both the bar and the restaurant served some very well executed Vietnamese dishes. Likewise, the breakfast buffet with egg and noodle stations was very good.

Very good. It was quieter at night than I expected. The view was oceanfront, so it was great! The pool is a bit small but infinity. The cigarette smelled and the water temperature could be turned down a bit ~ it's too hot! Breakfast was normal but the eggs were delicious. You can rent a towel in front of you at the beach and there is a shower behind the reception! Come again ♫

We stayed a couple of days here and we are very satisfied with the room, location and services. The location is very convenient as the beach is just across the street, not that it’s a private beach tho.
The room is comfortable with a relatively big bathroom and a balcony with stunning sea view.
The staffs were very helpful and I would like to take this chance to express my gratitude to Loc! He was helpful and help us arrange a car when he learnt about we were going to Ba Na Hill the next day and answer to our needs when we needed sth.
The facilities are enough for people just need a place to stay, but don’t expect too much and it’s fair for the price tag. The infinity pool at the roof comes with a beautiful sea view but it was smaller than we expected.
In gist, the hotel is beyond my expectations with this budget! I would recommend people staying there if they will be going out explore the city most of the time during your stay!
