The Aria Grand was the perfect location for me and my family to spend our 5 days in Da Nang. My group included 15 other family members, which can be tough for anyone to accommodate. However the staff and service at the Aria Grand went above and beyond what we expected and made our trip a memorable, world-class experience.
My 2-bed room on the 6th floor was impeccably clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the hotel provided us with many amenities and towels to use. The windows offered a gorgeous view of the city and the sheets were replaced daily along with 2 free water bottles from the hotel. The complementary breakfast buffet was adequate and provided a good start to the day.
Overall what stood out to me the most was the excellent service that was provided by every staff member at the hotel. However, there were 2 standout members of the staff during our stay. Victor the bellman was always a welcome face to see upon leaving or returning to the hotel. He was always helpful to my grandmother and had a great, likable personality. Jasmine the sales executive was also a pleasure to interact with as helped our family throughout the booking process and promptly resolved any concerns or complaints that were brought to her attention. I cannot think of a better place to have celebrated the holidays with my family.

Had lovely few weeks in Da Nang and decided already before that I'm not going to move around my stuff but keep it in once place even toured around quite a bit.
Hotel is rather new building, area full of hotels & construction here and there. Didn't disturb me more or less at all. Some late sleepers could wake up for that say 8am. Places are clean and well maintained daily. Staff is young and very happy and seem to enjoy what they do.
As stated, some lack english but again, to me it had no issues, I would vice versa say that I talked with more or less everyone and had many better talks than in some other places in Vietnam or Da Nang. If you really need someone to address issues or something, one will always be near anyways.
As they are new and friendly, some mistakes happen. Everyone was in every turn trying to make stay enjoyable and if something was wrong to correct it.
I also took a habit to tell staff that for me they do not need to stand up everytime they see me etc. As I was there 2 weeks, wanted to stop that habit for me and just "keep on going as normally". I know it's their service attitude and just good to keep it for every guest but it's just me, I do not want to be made number of in every turn :)
Breakfast is delicious - some say not enough options etc, to me it was very good. To this size of a hotel excellent. Eggs to order and made to you, variety of cold & hot. Western & Asian. For sure you find things to eat there. Well, I'm not picky at all, so loved more or less all the food :)
If one needs to develop something I may point out two things: Used gym enough of times to tell that it needs bit of development / caretaking. Managed to do some workout yes but comparing to size of gym equipment is under the par. Second: for european visitors, please bring also americano etc western coffee to breakfast (separate order if not buffet, maybe could've ordered but it wasn't made visible if that's the case). I wasn't only one in need of that during two weeks I was there :)
All in all, one of the best in their class that you definitely find in this area. Of course if you want to pay double or triple you get some more space / services / bigger pools etc. To me this was 5 out of 5, just what I tried to find and think selected just the right one at least for me! If ever coming back to Da Nang, no need to search again of those hundreds of options around.

We stayed for two weeks, and were really happy with our choice of hotel! We stayed in a balcony double and it was the perfect space for us, the balcony is very small and no seating, this is really the only negative of our whole stay. The staff are great at Aria Grand, very friendly and hospitable and go out of their way to help you have a great stay.
The location is amazing, only a couple minute walk from the beach, and restaurants and bars all around. The rooftop pool has the most spectacular views of the beach, city, dragon bridge.. you must have an evening drink up there and watch the city light up.
Breakfast was delicious also, with lots of choice. We will be back for sure.

To get a cheaper deal, ask at front desk, they gave us a lower price. Everything was nice & clean. Rooms was big & swimming pool nice. There was heaps to choose from for breakfast. Workers very helpful. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to restaurants and just steps from the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here. There is a nice pool and sauna here. The breakfast was just ok, but that is only a minor downside to our stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights, around the hotel there are many amenities, especially many minimarts open 24/7. The swimming pool is very clean, I go swimming every afternoon. The hotel is located in a convenient place, just a 5mins walk to the beach and many coffees and restaurants around; facilities are new, the picture exactly as reality. There is a sky lounge on the top floor with an amazing view and a very reasonable price. The staffs are super friendly and attentive, having a great experience there. Highly recommend this hotel. All the staff at the hotel really tried so hard to make our stay comfortable. Close to beach and some wonderful restaurants. Unforturtunately there was some building work close to the hotel. which much have affected many hotels and businesses. Although it wasn't something they could stop we where given a free upgrade .
