We stayed for 4 nights during CNY. All in all, this hotel was excellent. The room rate represented very good value. The design of the hotel and the rooms was modern and comfortable. The rooms themselves were also spacious with decent views. The TV had plenty of channels and the wifi worked (for the most part - see later). The hotel accommodated our request for connected rooms. Staff were friendly and accommodating, all service requests were dealt with quickly and professionally. The breakfast was varied and of decent quality. The hotel's location was fairly close to downtown Danang and easily accessible to most of the city.
The things which hold this hotel back from a 5 star rating are as follows. The wifi is spotty throughout the hotel, in some areas it's decent, in others the speed is very slow. The pools are very nice but due to their design they tend to be too cold to use during autumn / winter. Subsequently not many people were using the pools when we were there. Perhaps they can consider making them heated? The 'high tea' which was promoted with our room was just 3 tiny mouth sized cakes with a single pot of tea, not exactly what we would consider a proper high tea. Some areas of the hotel are kept overly stuffy and warm, especially the breakfast area. They could consider better usage of the air conditioning system. The water pressure in the shower is quite weak, which is a shame when the rest of the bathroom design is quite nice. Finally, the overall soundproofing is poor, a lot of things can be heard when resting in your room.
If they can improve on the areas I mentioned above, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

We have been traveling through Vietnam with my fiancee and celebrated the new years at the bistecca restaraunt and then a rooftop bar with a pool. Hotel is very trendy, I even can call it fancy, amazing service, beautiful rooftops and views to the water. Food at the Restaraunt is very high class and very affordable, one of the best meals we had in Vietnam to be honest. Especially I want to thank Ms.Duong (Helen) who helped us to organize the celebration and been so kind to reserve a great table, we felt very welcome and very special, so we are very thankful to her for all the help. In general service at the Restaraunt is really friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel from location, service, food and design sides. I m sure you ll enjoy it a lot.

The hotel offers modern and luxurious bedrooms with plenty of space. It‘s location is at the heart of Da Nang with a big variety of restaurants, bars, rooftops and clubs around. The whole staff is exceptional friendly, especially Felix and Johnny are taking excellent care of their guest and we felt always very comfortable. Breakfast is one of the best I‘ve had in Vietnam, huge variety and delicious. Hotel is fully recommendable. Definetely gonna come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff, from the concierge, bell boy, reception, restaurant, pool, and cleaning crew were all very friendly, polite and helpful. We were always greeted with happy smiles and everyone was always willing to help and guide us with many tips/suggestions as needed. Recommendations for where to eat and what to do were very helpful. A few staff I would love to praise and mention were, Le Thi Phuc, Alex, Felix and Luan. Very appreciative of their help. We actually moved from a different hotel because we were not happy with the location and cleanliness but from the first moment we arrived at New Orient Hotel, we were immediately impressed. The hotel smells amazing, like a fancy spa and is modern and decorated with warmth and elegance. The rooms were gorgeous with a balcony and impressive views of the city and river. The pool on the 2nd floor was a wonderful reprieve from the heat and perfect place to wind down. We love that breakfast buffet was included every morning. Large dining room with windows all around to enjoy views and even an open patio area if you wanted to sit outside. Love that they offered some Asian dishes as well as some fruits pastries and egg station and beverages area. I have stayed in many nice hotels before and I can honestly say, this will rank as one of my top hotel. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and would love to come back here whenever we visit Da Nang again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, we have our wedding here on 5/11/2022, so naturally we picked this hotel to stay before our wedding, but we ended up to stay over 12 days. The hotel is very modern, the room is big and very clean. I am very sensitive to the AC fan noise, but this hotel the A/C fan is very quiet when it’s running. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, they speak English well and very knowledgeable. The staffs, Johnny, Felix, Hanna, Zelda and staffs are serving breakfast treated us very warm and with respect . I am not hesitate to recommend anyone I know to this hotel. There is some noises during the night because of the night club next door, but it did not bother us at all, maybe I am very quick sleeper. But if you are sensitive to the noises, ask for higher floors. Notes: I stayed at floor 4 and floor 6 during our stay, and I did not hear much. I got free late checkout at 2 pm 😃

This hotel is beautiful and I was just amazed with my stay. Beautiful views from my window! Beautiful room! Lovey breakfast! Great staff!
I just wish they would be clear with the snack bar. I know that some hotels charge so I asked one of the receptionist at night if I would have to pay for it or not. He said free. To my surprise the next day, I was charged. They are hiding the menu list. I swear I was looking for it as soon as I arrived but nothing.
Tip: do not eat or drink anything on the snack bar, they have a small mini mart by the corner just a 2 minute walk if you want some food or drinks it’s a cheaper option.
Because of this snack bar experience, I would have given this hotel a 3 or 4 rating but the team is just amazing especially Jennie, she made me change my mind. I can’t blame everything to the hotel as a whole if there is one member who is probably just isn’t good in English I don’t know. All of the staff or most of them appear to be good in English and I love how they keep offering help from the top until the bottom floor.
I was waiting for a tour that I arranged through get your guide. It was such a long time. Jennie, one of their receptionist saw me and start chatting with me and made me feel comfortable and I felt like time flew by. She was very personable. She deserves a raise or promotion. She’s extremely good at her job. These small things make the customers experiences at your hotel exceptional. She went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable.
Request: please make it clear that all snacks have a charge. That’s the only thing and don’t hide it. I swear I was looking so hard to find it. Is it a business strategy?
I will only give you a 5 star rating because I have so much respect to most if not all of your staff plus your hotel is just exceptional except that sneaky snack bar please.

Enjoyed our stay 4 nights. Booked room with balcony (9th floor). It was amazing. Hotel is new and modern. Clean and staff speaks English very well. Advice: Book room without breakfast, because very good breakfast restaurant is 5m away from hotel (English breakfast with coffee costs apx 5€).
