Stayed for five nights and wish it could have been longer. From the moment we checked in and the excellent ten minute welcome chat with Iris to the moment we left, our stay could not have been better.
They kindly upgraded us to an excellent Junior Room for free which was much appreciated. The room was spotless with a small balcony which looked out over the green area in front of the hotel.
The housekeeping team were very friendly and processed our one laundry request in very quick time.
We ate dinner in the restaurant on two occasions - both very nice meals where we were served by the very friendly Jasmine. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide range of dishes on offer and eggs cooked to order by the obliging chefs.
We utilised the very useful courtesy shuttle bus to/from town on two nights and it was on time and problem free. We hired the free bikes to cycle to the beach for two days and again we were well looked after by one of the doormen who sorted out tyres/seat adjustment etc.
Ms Ana on the front desk was extremely professional and helpful in booking me two sets of train tickets and a car transfer to Danang. We also had a laugh and a joke with the very friendly Ms En-Ri. I am afraid I cannot remember all the names of the staff we came into contact with but they were all friendly and very professional.

This is the best of the 9 similarly priced /rated hotels my wife and I have stated in so far on our extended holiday. I just hope we find another one or two that live up to it during the remainder of our trip.

This is not a luxury hotel, but it does the absolute best with what it has. It is is tidy and clean, the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful (and numerous, there are staff everywhere to help you at all times), the rooms are large and comfortable and the location is excellent. 20 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride or 2 minute cheap taxi into the old town, or about twice that to An Bang beach. It's great being a hit further out of town, but there are still loads of bars and restaurants and shops right by the hotel, including two terrific vege/ vegan restaurants (ROM and Minh Hein). The hotel is great value too, 850k for a junior suite or 600k ish for a double. You can get cheaper easily, but I doubt you will get the same level of service and comfort. Breakfast is decent and included in the rate and they do laundry by the kilo, not per item, making it good value.

All in all it was a great experience and we will return if we come back to Hoi An in the future.

The hotel is located between Hoian and the ocean . They have a shuttle both ways and one can borrow bikes for free as well . The room is lovely with a balcony , clean , new nice TV ,computer screen ,great bath room with a nice bath tub . Big pool , very inviting . Huge buffet breakfast with western and Asian choices . Fresh passion fruit for breakfast who can resist that ? Laundry service is $3 per kg /2lb . Service is impeccable . I can’t say enough about this hotel . I love it !

This mid-range hotel is excellent value and you will be impressed by the courteous staff, especially at the reception desk - they work really hard to meet your high expectations.

The rooms are large, the bathrooms quite adequate, though there is nothing fancy about build quality. The breakfasts are excellent and cater to all tastes.

The hotel is located 2.5 km from the old town centre but a shuttle bus leaving on the hour until 9 pm makes getting to and from the center easy. We used complimentary bikes to visit the nearby beaches.

Most impressive, though, is the exceptional service provided by the reception desk staff (Flora, Iris, Selena and others). Thank you for a first-class value travel experience in an amazing city during the Tet celebrations.

No problem recommending this hotel with this being a return visit for me. The staff are ultra friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool and spa facilities. Rooms are very clean, the bathroom is well equipped, coffee and tea making facilities provided etc along with two bottles of water. WiFi throughout the hotel is very reliable. They do provide a computer in the room both mine mine and my friends were faulty including the substitute laptop. I think it would be better if they just concentrated a couple of PC stations in the lobby for those who do not have their own devices, that way they can ensure they are always working. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the town and the beach. Buffet breakfast is excellent plenty to eat even for myself as I am vegan I still found enough to eat. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and when I return to Hoi An will use it again.

Just finished a three night stay. This hotel cannot be beat for value. 40$ a night???!!!! Crazy. Breakfast was great and included an egg station. There is a pool and well equipped gym. Shuttles to the old town and beach, although taxis will only run you about 2.5$ each way if you want to go on your own (we didn't want to use the bicycles). Walking is about 15 minutes.
En-ri the desk manager was very helpful. We checked out in the morning but had an afternoon flight, so she arranged for us to shower and change in the spa for free after a day at the beach.
As part of the hotel, you get access to lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach.
Laundry is about 3$.
We did notice that our room did not have much hot water. The water was not cold, but certainly not hot. The water in the spa was piping hot, so might be more of a you get what you pay for thing.

What a fantastic place to stay. So much so that I intended to stay 1 night but ended up staying 5. The hotel is beautiful, great food, impeccably clean, a lovely pool, good gym and spa. It's also a great location midway between the beach and the town centre of Hoi an. Motorbikes can be hired from next door for $4 a day. But the best part were the staff who were very helpful and so kind. Special thanks to En-ri, Emily, Iris and Phoebe

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hoi An Sincerity Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there again. The hotel is located out of the old city which may deter some people but to overcome this they have shuttle busses running into the city and to the beach regularly each day. Also the Hotel is only a 10 minute walk to old city so you have the option to walk in and then catch the shuttle back. There are several smaller restaurant located near the hotel which are worth a visit. We tried the restaurant in the Hotel several times where the food was excellent and priced at a level that made it worthwhile eating there if that suited you. We used the pool each day which is large and well maintained, we swam mid morning and late in the afternoon to keep out of the hot sun. They have a seats around the pool that provide relief from the sun. There is a Gym that is a bonus that was regularly used. The cost of the hotel is value for money for what is provided. The breakfasts are a buffet style consisting of both traditional western food and was a highlight of the morning. Customer service is a high priority at this hotel with all staff being very proficient. All staff go the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Special thanks to Flora, Vicki, Jasmine, Chris, Michael, Ken and Gin and all others that looked after us. We look forward to our next visit. Sorry about the pictures of the food it was that good we would only think of photos after we started!

Can’t recommend this place enough: nicest place I stayed in Vietnam and at such a good price! The pool was great, breakfast was tasty. The rooms were clean and well thought out. The staff were simply fantastic the whole time. Flora and Selena as well as the booking staff were so helpful. The trips they booked were the same price if not cheaper than quoted in town and everything ran seamlessly. I even asked them about a trip they don’t normally book and in the time that it took me to drink a coffee they had it all organised.
Am very thankful for such a great place, and it’s a 10 minute walk to the old town, and plenty of lovely cafes and shops surrounding the hotel also.
Awesome

Sincerity... Where do I even begin? :)
Such a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and pristine. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. A wide range of fresh, delicious food and wonderful options for drinks, including Vietnamese coffee! Always a must to start the day.
They also have bicycles which you can use for free, which is great fun to travel around in Hoi An. They're close to a number of restaurants and shops, as well as tailors. They're also just a short drive, or cycle, to Old Town.
And the staff.. well the staff are simply amazing. So hospitable, so helpful. They are so kind and sweet and really go out of their way to assist you. The embody the name of the hotel. Sincerity. They are so sincere.
Flora, the manager, was such an incredible help. She helped us with a few things as well as booking our cruise in Ha Long Bay (where we also got upgraded to 5 star). She even came in on her day off to finalise everything before we left for our flight in Da Nang. Phoebe, who checked us in and helped with few of our other queries, as well as Alice. All three of them are such amazing ladies!
They were kind enough to keep our luggage safe from early in the morning (when we were going on a tour) until the late afternoon, when we eventually returned after our tours and were able to check in. They told us where we could find a really good tailor and gave us some advice on activities nearby.
And every other little query or question we had, they were there, willing to help out in anyway that they could.
They were amazing. And I can't wait to go to Hoi An again and to stay in this lovely hotel, and I sincerely hope that I will meet these lovely ladies again.
I highly recommend Sincerity as a place to stay for any who are travelling in Hoi An.
