Experience the cultural art of Hoi An luxury hospitality. La Siesta Resort & Spa embraces everything there is to love about this UNESCO world cultural heritage site. Our neighbors are green rice fields rustling and whispering in the breeze, ribbons of winding village lanes, some which lead you down to the Thu Bon River, while right next door is the ancient neighborhood communal house, dedicated to the 15th century Thanh Ha pottery village founders – few resorts can boast direct access to ‘their very own temple’. Resting in natural tropical gardens, is an imaginatively wide selection of guestrooms, suites and duplexes housed across three wings – classical hotel style and two wings of townhouse villas with verandas, terraces, and balconies. Three wings come with four pools – one for children, a freshwater pool, a saltwater one plus an infinity pool ‘merging’ with the rice fields. Wander the garden paths and discover the charming ‘La Spa’ villas. ‘La Spa’ is La Siesta’s much loved award winning spa offering a wide menu from Himalayan salt stones to four-hands massage. Food lovers can savor the best of Hoi An’s cuisine from traditional Vietnamese fare at Asian influenced ‘Red Bean’ restaurant, to classic European and international dishes at ‘The Temple Restaurant & Lounge’. And that’s not all. First impressions count and immediately you step inside La Siesta Resort & Spa you enter a quiet calm world of interior design. Hand crafted dark teak furniture, polished wood flooring and patterned mosaic tiles, soft white linens and sumptuous drapes blend with whites, greys, duck egg blues and taupe create timeless peace. We blend tradition with modern luxuries right down to handmade toiletries, Samsung soundbars and espresso coffee makers. Welcome to the La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa experience filled with the characteristic spirit and essence of true Hoi An hospitality.

On a previous trip to Vietnam we stayed at La Siesta in Hanoi and knew it was a reputable place. My husband and I started with a 3 night reservation at Hoi An La Siesta and stayed 11. Initially, we planned we would move around the Hoi An, Hue and Da Nang area staying in various hotels during our 2 week stay in the area. We toured many upscale hotels in the area and none came close to the La Siesta. The grounds and pools are beautiful with lots of greenery and nature. There are 2 beautiful pools. We were always greeted with a smile when we came in the front door by everyone who worked there - cleaning staff, spa employees, dining staff, and front desk employees. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were very comfortable and clean. You get fresh towels at the end of the day as well as the morning when they make up the room. We stayed in a poolside room and received fresh fruit daily in our room - it was so delicious. We ate most of our meals at the hotels 2 restaurants, the Temple and Red Bean. The Temple restaurant has a more western food taste and the Red Bean more Vietnamese cuisine. 2 nights a week the Red Bean has a street food buffet so you get to sample many of the local street food flavors. Ngan and Cathy were very kind and helpful in the restaurants. At the front desk Stella and Selina were of utmost assistance. If you are traveling to the Hoi An area you need not look any further for a wonderful, comfortable place to stay.

Gorgeous rooms, lovely pool(s), and the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The spa was amazing and great value. The breakfast was delicious and there is an a la carte menu in addition to the buffet, so you’ll definitely find something you like. The upgraded rooms have a very comfortable bathtub; recommend! (The regular rooms have a tub/shower combo, so you can also take a bath there!) Free shuttle into town was appreciated because it is quite humid, but the walk is only about 15-20 mins. Free bicycles were also nice to ride over to Cam Kim island. Happy hour at pool is a good deal, and you can jump between pools to have happy hour all afternoon long. ;) I already miss La Siesta! Would absolutely come back here with kids, too. Also, my in-laws visited us in Da Nang the next week, and we ended up coming back to Hoi An to stay at this hotel again because we loved it so much. :)

As soon as I stepped inside this lovely hotel I instantly felt calm and the staff were so welcoming! We stayed in one of the Veranda suites right by the pool on the ground floor. The room and bathroom were huge and had it's own sauna. The service levels were extremely high with all the staff being so attentive and helpful. There was a huge choice at breakfast and we chose to eat in the old town at night but I would have happily dined in the hotel restaurant if I had stayed longer. We didn't have time to use the spa but the prices were very reasonable. It's only a ten minute walk to the old town and the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle bus during the day if you didn't want to walk. I personally preferred being slightly away from the main tourist area and our room location set away from the road was very peaceful.

I am very mean with my 5 star reviews this hotel is worth every one of them. The staff are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. We had a delightful room overlooking the larger of the 2 pools.
I stupidly left my insulin at the previous hotel in Saigon the team here, especially Selina have worked tirelessly to reunite me with it.

Much care has been taken over the public areas which are spotless and well maintained. The pool side service is attentive they respond quickly to the waving of a red flag, the only downside is we are only here for 2 nights!

If you are using the shuttle bus be careful the driver doesn’t wait a second longer than the advertised time!

I have come here for a day of summer and really amazed at the space, architecture and people here, they are really professional and dedicated to customers.
The Reception arranged the Verenda Suite with a large area, clean, pool view and especially the Sauna Room in the room.
With a combination of Asian and European cuisine, the meals could not be created better.
There are always staff members in the lobby just to let you borrow a Martin bike to ride to the Old Town (about 1km away) but note that bring a towel to line the saddle because otherwise it will be a little too much. When you arrive there ^ - ^.
My wife and I really regret not being able to stay longer but maybe in the near future will come back here many more times.

Oh and one thing, the hotel is repairing the Main Door so at first I thought I was going to go and also hope that the hotel can improve Wifi to improve the quality of utilities.

This hotel represents the colonial charm with very pleasant staff on a high level.
Hoi An is one of the must sees in Vietnam, therefore a bit overcrowded, but the hotel will be a Oasis for you to relax.
Please try the Temple restaurant, it is worth it and a very nice colonial black wood french style directly at an illuminated pool.
I recommend the Club Rooms. It is more expensive, but the rooms are nicer and you do have brealfast at the temple instead of the other much bigger breakfast restaurant.
The SPA team was amazing as well. Prices ranged from 20-40 USD for 60min. Service was very good and enjoy the tea before and after the SPA.
I truly can recommend this hotel.

An immaculately maintained hotel with exceptional friendly and helpful staff. An hotel where the guest certainly comes first. We spent three nights here in a Veranda Suite. Our room which was very comfortable and spacious with sufficient hanging and draw space for clothes. The en-suite had a a shower with rain shower and a wood effect bath perfect for a good soak. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast in the Temple Restaurant was very good indeed. We ate dinner at the Temple and the food and service were superb. Service throughout the hotel was was excellent and provided by smiling staff. At check-out we handed in our completed questionnaire and this was later followed up by the hotel with an email. If only every hotel was as good as this!

Everything about La Siesta is great. They welcomed us with a delicious juice drink and fresh and freeze dried fruit. They have bicycles for you to borrow for free, breakfast is included and delicious, they have shuttle service to Ancient Town and the beach, their spa is great (had a 90 minute hot stone massage, heaven), they have two outdoor pools, all of their staff is super friendly, helpful, and speaks English, their turn down service always came with a different little treat, and I really appreciate that they're environmentally minded, they reuse their small shampoo etc. bottles among other things.

We traveled from Hanoi down to Hoi An with two other couples and stayed for two nights at the La Siesta Hoi An Resort and Spa.

It was among the nicest hotels in Hoi An within 15 minutes walking or free shuttle to the must see Old Town along the River.

Great rooms, a great and friendly staff, a beautiful pool, and an amazing free buffet breakfast made our stay very enjoyable.

I would highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed five nights in Hoi An La Siesta. I had bought this as a part of his Christmas present as a treat, with it being a five star hotel (and very affordable)!.

We were not disappointed, the rooms were stunning and very clean! They cleaned our rooms twice a day, gave us fresh towels and bottles of water.

The two pools were stunning, and it was hard to leave the sun loungers to explore Hoi An.

The buffet breakfast was by far the best I've had on my travels, which have been 7 weeks now. They had lots of different options and all food was very premium (fresh juice was beautiful).

And the best part of this hotel is the staff! They were so kind and accommodating, helping us with taxis, exploring, recommendations etc. They even had a service where you could rent bikes for free and take your own day trips with them. Celina was especially helpful.

Can't comment on difference as I stayed in classic wing. My room was great, breakfast was great and I had access to all of the common areas, so I do not see need for upgrade unless you need a bigger space.

The temple is more up market. And more international cuisine. Red bean is traditional Vietnamese. We went there all the time. Both have lovely buffets Both serve lunch and dinner as well and menus are at the front and you can choose.
