Nestled by the sea, the Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa is a haven of tranquility that consistently earns praise for its spotless cleanliness and serene, colonial-inspired atmosphere. Guests are enamored with the spacious and well-appointed rooms, though a few suggest enhancements in soundproofing. The staff's attentive service, including thoughtful gestures for special occasions, is frequently lauded.
With a private beach, stunning pool, and activities like tennis, the resort's amenities are a highlight. While most guests consider the resort a good value, some advise that certain services can be pricey.

This hotel really is a gem! We booked the junior suite by the ocean, it was amazing. The room had a japanese style with a tea room, big tub and a backyard shower. The ocean view and terracce at the front was perfect, in adition to the service and atmosphere of the hotel itself. It is close to what might be the best beach of Hoi An, with almost no people at all. In fact, this might be one of the best beaches we have ever been to in the world! Crystal clear warm water, nice sand and large comfortable sun beds. We bought drinks from one of the local sellers on the beach, as the prices at the hotel itself is really expensive, and I think its nice to support some of the local businesses as well.
We had a few lunches and dinners at the hotel, the Vietnamese food was good and the western was OK. There are a lot of restaurants nearby where we had good food for a very good price. The town of Hoi An is just a 10 minutes ride away, the taxis are very cheap and the hotel has a free shuttle bus. The side car ride was one of the best experiences and we would really recommend it! The service from the whole staff at the hotel was really friendly and you could tell that everyone wanted to walk that extra mile to make you Happy.
This stay was perfect. We are dreaming of coming back.

I could not give enough praises to Victoria Hoi An Resort, everything was perfect from beginning to end. The resort and the grounds are gorgeous, with Hoi An style yellow cottages between green grass lawn areas. The resort is situated along the coast, not in the middle of town but offers shuttles quite regularly. The nice thing about the location is that you have access to a private beach, and also it is nice get away from the crowd in the town at the end of the day to enjoy a peaceful sanctuary. The room was beautifully decorated and has everything to make you comfortable. The style is more classic than modern so don't expect huge TV or entertainment centre. We just enjoyed each other's company and conversation and did not turn on the TV even once. Breakfast was very good, the selection seemed to be down to western, Vietnamese, and Korean food (to satisfy the massive Korean invasion that is happening in Hoi An/ Danang). The pool was lovely but can be full at times. The rate was very very good, for what you get it is really incredible value. Overall I think we made the right choice to stay just out of the town centre and would recommend this resort to anyone going to beautiful Hoi An for a romantic holiday.

We were a family of five and booked two adjoining Garden View rooms for a three night stay. Danang airport pick-up was arranged and travel time to hotel was 50 minutes. Check in/out was smooth and a welcome drink was offered.
We were given two inter-connecting rooms (102 & 104). Extra bed in one of the rooms was a sofa bed which sat very low and was almost like a mattress placed on the floor. Other than that beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a bathtub and shower with a separate toilet. Very roomy bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent and had a wide spread of local and western food with lots of fresh fruit.
Service by hotel staff from reception to housekeeping to restaurant was excellent. Staff were attentive, helpful and prompt in responding to any request. In particular, we would like to commend Mr Tuan who helped out at reception and also doubled up as driver. Our family of five were at Hoi An and barely made it to the bus stand for the last 9.30 pm free shuttle service back to hotel (as we got lost walking around). The bus was pulling out of the station when Mr Tuan saw us running towards the bus. He was gracious enough to stop the bus and informed us that the bus was full and arranged for us to catch another taxi back to hotel on complimentary basis. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us.
Our family enjoyed the stay very much due in large part to the excellent staff who were always friendly and smiling. Please keep up the good work! We will be back!

We stayed at the hotel between seeing Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and it was the perfect break from the crowds of the cities. The hotel is beautiful but the beach is rather limited. The pool was definitely not heated which made taking a dip less than desirable. The beachfront suites are beautiful and the outdoor shower a really nice treat. Those that stayed in regular rooms did take issue with not having standing showers and found it tricky navigating the handhelds in the bathtub.
There is shuttle service to Hoi An with central drop off but the schedule can be a little tricky. Cabs however are quickly available and inexpensive so that we were often able to shuttle one way and cab it back. The drive was less than 10 mins and we went back and forth easily and often.
Spa treatments were really nice, not the greatest but staff was friendly.
The breakfast buffet was varied and presented well. We particularly enjoyed the huge fruit selections, fresh made donuts and the morning with made to order Banh My. Coffee, regardless of the style including latte and cold were excellent. We did not eat any other meals at the hotel as Hoi An offers so much.
Over all a really nice way to spend a few days while enjoying the charming city of Hoi An without being in the city.

As usual in Victoria Hotels the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Excellent breakfast and amazing swimming pool ocean view.
Quaint room in colonial/Vietnamese style will all the facilities.
We rent a stand up paddle and kayak at their very clean beach (they set up umbrellas and sunbeds).
Relaxed location regardless the position of the room/villas).
Good spa, play room and restaurant.
Food and drinks in the pool are a bit pricey.
I a nutshell: Enjoyable

My wife and I spent five lovely days in Hoi An at the Victoria. We're both seasoned world travellers (we spend around 60 nights/year in hotels of all kinds), and the Victoria was one of our absolute favorites. The service is impeccable: polite and helpful without ever being intrusive. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, from the central pool to the koi ponds, spa, restaurants, and of course the rooms themselves. We stayed in a corner oceanfront suite, complete with a delightful open-air shower, spacious rooms, and oceanfront balcony open to the sea breezes. The interior design is impeccable.
Breakfast was a staggeringly large spread of Asian and Western treats, while the in-house restaurant served up a cao Lau dish that tasted better than anything we sampled in Hoi An town.
Speaking of the town, it's a mere 10 minute ride away on the hotel's free shuttle. As an airline pilot, I've seen much of the world and stayed in countless hotels of all calibers. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the Victoria is one of my all-time favorites.

We are on our last day after 2 weeks staying at this superb hotel. We have travelled the world and this has to be the best yet. All the staff make you feel at home, they are very special people who we now call our friends. We used the Shuttle service into town more than a few times to explore the Old town of Hoi An and the Silk factory. The meals at the hotel are tremendous and not too expensive at all. There is a happy hour(s) every night between 6 and 8 where it’s two drinks for the price of one! Very reasonable prices. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance, we found the best ones about 15-20 mins walk, turn right outside the hotel and keep walking until you hit a dual carriageway and there they are. Lovely private beach for a lazy day. We always say we won’t go back to a place for a second time but this may be on our radar again in the future. A big thank you to you all for making our stay very special.

We just spent four fantastic nights at the Victoria. The staff was attentive, meeting us at check in with a cold drink and helping us get transport back to the airport the room was clean and the view (pay for the waterfront) was perfect. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves is worth the extra money. the shuttle into town is convenient but don't skip the onsite restaurant. The sweet and sour squid was really good. The pool and beach were both exactly what we needed. Should I find myself in Hoi An again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

First time in this commendable resort, the main Telefone staff lured me in by offering much better condition than booking com.
Thank you , I liked my post COVID stay in this private feeling resort, no skyscraper, manager available, nice gardens with fish trays.
They did not offer shuttle service to Da Nang or the nearest longer beach due to Covid lack of tourists, I will not come again in COVID times , they have to be honored that customers are coming .
The private beach is small but good to swim , for an ban beach you Need taxi.
Breakfast was Good, not excellent , no change !!! In five days , which I do not find ok, sometimes fresh fruits were not replaced .
Do not understand me wrong, it is a good place but they can improve

A great stay from beginning to end. The staff were a highlight - the reception team were incredibly helpful, fluent in English, and the pool and bar staff were friendly and thoughtful. The resort is located right on the waterfront and has a pool big enough to swim laps in, and lovely manicured tropical gardens. We were offered a very good deal which included an upgrade to Junior Ocean View Suite which was just spectacular, with an outdoor shower, deck right over the water, separate dressing room. Loads of space. A decent buffet breakfast was included and the Vietnamese soups/noodle dishes made to order were a treat. There are beachfront seafood restaurants and a little shopping strip within walking distance. Hoi An town is 10-15 mins away by car and we found it much, much hotter than our lovely beachside retreat with its cool breezes, we are very glad we stayed where we did.

Apologies for the late answer. We saw many elderly groups enjoying their time at the resort. You could request a G/F room to avoid any steps up.
There are a few steps around the reception area and a flight of steps at the entrance, but I believe it is all very manageable.
It is easy to call a taxi into the city.
Have a great trip!
yes beach to side of hotel, not the best beach in the world but has parasols and loungers, very quiet and peaceful. lovely pool and bar staff are fab. amazing hotel and didn't want to leave
We’ll, I’m a month late. Sorry. The pool is quite large. I don’t have exact measurements. Good for laps.
The pool is large perfect for laps.
Immediately to the right of the resort is a beautiful beach. It is fine for swimming however I am unaware of snorkeling opportunities.
There is a beach in front of the resort but it is difficult to reach and is used by local citizens at low tide.
