We stayed here for 9 nights and we enjoyed it so much that we booked another four nights. The perfect service starts on arrival with cild towels and drink. Clear explanation of the services and luggage is taken to the room. The room is very clean, beautifull design and very large bed. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of different food types. There are free bicycles (5 minute drive to the center) and they can arrange a scooter as well for your own adventure (about 8 euro/dollar a day). We Booker excursions via the hotel to Hue and the islands of Cham. Both were great days. We used the spa which was great and used the shuttle service to Esco Beachbar which is great and you get 10% discount (on food & drinks, beds are free but there are not many on the beach itself). We surrely recomment this hotel for a stay in Hoi An.

What a place! I have never stayed in such a beautiful hotel with the loveliest and most attentive staff.
The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the hotel itself is beyond 5 stars. Was pleasantly surprised that there were 2 pools - one in the garden and one on the roof which felt like luxury.
The staff are so helpful and speak perfect English. They upgraded our room for free and put on a cooking class and traditional outdoor BBQ dinner for our group.
The location is really good - about a 15 minute walk to Old Town or a $1 Grab car.
Can’t recommend staying here enough! Perfect for couples, friends or families.

Nice, clean hotel a little away from the hustle and bustle of the old town with comfortable beds, good bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff! The old town is very easy to reach both on foot and by bike - the hotel offers free bikes. You can also get to the beach easily by bike. We fell in love with the place and the staff! Spacious, aesthetic and clean rooms with all the necessary palliative, friendly staff and service that responds to every request with a smile. There are two bright and clean pools, shuttles going back to the private beach of the hotel, the possibility of renting a free bike when the distance to the old town is about 10 minutes walk, on the 6th floor there is a billiard table, breakfast was very good, we even went to try the dinner of the hotel restaurant and it was excellent.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable 5 nights stay at this hotel this December. During our stay, we were able to experience their ful range of services and are able to report on them for you. Almost immediately after booking our stay at this hotel on booking.com we received an E-mail from the hotel to introduce themselves and their facilities and asking if we had any needs for our stay. Inquiries were quickly and helpfully answered. They emailed again a few days before our stay to enquire about our arrival and if we needed help with airport transfer. On arrival, check-in was very comfortably done on the sofa with the very friendly with the helpful lady from the front desk patiently explaining the hotel services and available tours in Hoi An to us. This attention and care continued throughout out stay when they enquired daily how we slept and how our day went. We had a family connecting room. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully done. The included breakfast was very good and included a delicious selection of local as well as western items. We had enjoyed different types of massages and the spam. The masseuses were awesome. My daughter’s birthday fell during our stay. Every staff seemed to know about it! At breakfast the restaurant staff sang Happy Birthday as they presented her a birthday cake. Later, as we we down for our tour of the day, the receptionist walked us to the car and again wished my daughter Happy Birthday! Such was the care and attention we received at this hotel. We cannot recommend it highly enough!!

Ms Chi, greeted us on booking in , she spoke very good English which was nice , she was able to explain all about the hotel and activities around and recommended where to best get clothes made. The hotel is very nice we had dinner the first night and the restaurant was good food and good prices. The hotel offers laundry service, we were so surprised that the clothes came back quickly. I would say this is a lovely friendly place to stay. All the staff are wonderful 😊

First class service and a stylish and well appointed hotel. We were greeted with a delicious iced ginger and lemon grass drink as the host checked us in and gave us a detailed itinerary for our one full day. The rooms are spacious, The bathrooms include a bath and multi- function shower. We took the transfers to the nearby beach which has a relationship with the hotel. There are plenty of activities at the beach (surfing, swimming, kite surfing, or just reading a book in the bar... which I did). Walking distance to the old town which is beautiful and has lots of great eateries. Lunch in the hotel restaurant was one of our best meals in Vietnam. The breakfast buffet included a great mix of western and local foods. Wonderful stay - wish we'd stayed longer!

Excellent interior, attentive staff, cleanliness and shine, coziness and harmony - all for guests who have come to relax in Hoi An. Rooms are cozy, beautiful, linen clean, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, safe - all thought out to detail. My granddaughter enjoyed not only swimming in the pool located in an open-air patio with sunbeds and individual towels, but also in the bathroom in our room. Just superb and gorgeous. Thank you to General Manager Queen for your warm welcome, help, attention and compliment. It's so nice, I want to come back and stay. With a beautiful mood and a smile on our lips, after a nice goodbye, we drive back. I recommend this hotel where you'll be welcomed like family. For sports lovers there is a gym, for children - a small but cute play area, you can also play pool and swim on the top floor. So many cozy places in this amazing place.

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. We were immediately greeted with a refreshing drink and were offered a bike to ride around town or to the beach. We were also informed about all the excursions and entertainment options. The bed was very comfortable, just a bit narrow, which is why I only give it 4 points. My husband is a bit taller and of a strong build, so this bed is just about OK. There is a smart TV and there is a shower in the bathtub. There is a kettle for making tea or coffee, as well as a minibar and a safe. There are two pools, but it was raining when we were there so we didn't have time to use them. That's not the hotel's fault. We'll be back when the time is better!
