We would not have found this place if it wasn’t recommended by a friend, and we are glad we trusted this recommendation. The location is perfect if you have limited time, it’s incredible value for money and the staff couldn’t do enough to help. We booked all our tours, cycle hire and airport transfers through them and it was completely seamless. We also were given some local suggestions of places to eat & shop, they were all great. We had an amazing time in Hoi An and having a great base plays a big part in that.

We had a great stay here. The staff were really friendly and lovely which made our stay here very enjoyable and memorable. The hotel rooms and facilities are very modern and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool, breakfast and the great location of the hotel on a quiet street by the edge of the old town. I would definitely return here. Thanks!

Our first time in Hoi An and we didn’t know where to stay. I would strongly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Hoi An.
Central location, 4 minute walk to all bars and restaurants but hidden around a quiet street so you don’t hear anything.
The staff organised scooter rental with no problems and gave us information about the area, providing a map with local insights for where to go.
Rooms are modern and clean with a spacious shower.
The highest praise would be to the staff, they were amazing. Nothing was a problem.

Great location as its so close to night market and the river, but also quiet. Our rooms had balconies and it was fun to sit on them and watch what was happening on the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They seemed to genuinely care. Laundry is so cheap. Lots of variety at breakfast. Would stay here again.

I was worried when I read some reviews about the hotel's facilities, but I had a wonderful stay here. The facilities, staff and room rates are excellent. They introduced me to some places to have fun, some local food, and peach tailor shop. I'm very sad to leave, I would like recommed my friends and relatives to this place.

We stayed here for 2 nights, everything was satisfied. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet, especially the hotel is located in a good security location. The room was very clean, the bed was very soft, so we had a happy vacation in this beautiful, charming city of Hoi An. I highly recommend this hotel if you are wondering where to stay.

The hotel has a laidback tropical vibes which we loved. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. We stayed on a double room with window. The room is big, and the bed was huge. We enjoyed the smart TV after a long day of exploring. The toilet and shower is spacious. The front counter ladies were very helpful and kind. They organised some drivers for some of our activities and all are excellent. Highly recommend this accommodation!

My stay at Chillax Old Town turned into an absolute nightmare when the shower screen suddenly exploded, leaving me with glass shards embedded in my arms and feet. Shocked and in pain, I had to remove them myself before reluctantly seeking medical help at a dismal facility, Ho An Hospital. The hospital's grim condition—mold, mildew, and rusted medical utensils—amplified the distress of the situation.
Adding insult to injury, although the hotel covered my post-hospitalization costs, they callously refused to compensate for the damage inflicted on my personal belongings by the shower screen explosion. Even when I suggested they cover the excess from my travel insurance instead of the exorbitant repair costs, they cited financial inability, despite boasting four business partners. Their promise to chase up the builders for an explanation is simply not enough. Immediate action is imperative, especially with ongoing guests on the premises.
The sheer irony of a hotel named 'Chillax' being the center of such chaos is incredibly astounding. Their blatant disregard for guest safety and well-being is utterly appalling. I strongly caution against considering this hotel for anyone valuing peace of mind and personal safety. The thought of a potential recurrence of a shower explosion at any hotel now lingers in my mind, thanks to this distressing experience. The lack of accountability and care displayed by Chillax Old Town, including their failure to cover damages to personal items, is nothing short of unacceptable.
PS: the hotel receptionists were trying to assist where possible. However they are only messengers.

We completely understand that bathroom mirror break due to natural collisions and unfortunately this is problem no one wants to happen to you. 3 days 2 night stay, its convenient.. quiet during day and night. Very clean and comfortable, very friendly front desk and super helpful. Love everything about it. Best choice and decision to have my holiday stay with them. Last but no least their breakfast... for me for such price with the breakfast included is worth the stay. They serve local cuisine and also western cuisine. Loving it!
