This is a fantastic hotel with incredible staff. Ame was warm, friendly, professional and super organised - she deserves a pay rise! She took amazing care of us for the duration of our four night stay, checking in with us at breakfast every morning to assist with booking activities or to give local recommendations for great places to eat and drink. The hotel is beautifully appointed, rooms are spotlessly clean, breakfast buffet has a huge selection with a rotating menu of freshly-made famous Vietnamese dishes and both pools are a great place to swim and relax. Its location just outside the Ancient Town makes this hotel a relaxing choice away from the hustle and bustle. There's a shuttle you can book through the front desk to take you into town for free, or it's a fairly cheap Grab ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Sunrise and would definitely stay here again on future trips to Hoi An.

Where do I begin! First and foremost I would like to give special shoutouts to the most welcoming, friendly and customer service driven staff members… Kathy, Ame, Jay, and Lucy! They made our stay more than worthwhile and catered to our every need and want. The hotel was immaculately clean, both swimming pools were eye candy, one on the rooftop and the other ground level on the first floor. Daily breakfast was included in the rate and the selection was vast…ranging from American, Asian, British, and Middle Eastern cuisines. If you are vegan or a vegetarian no problem! We had a twin double room with balcony. The aesthetics and decor were new, not worn and well adorned. This hotel’s toilet and shower were separated by a glass wall and there is also a claw foot tub to soak. Hot water temps are a plus! The spa did not disappoint! I elected for a combo package (full body massage and facial) and received a discount with a promo they are currently running. The massage therapist took such good care of me she even put back on all of my jewelry down to my ankle bracelet! I am still in awe at the level of service and attention to fine detail here! This property is not a year old yet and it shows, one word…BEAUTIFUL! If you’re not staying here while visiting Hoi A then you’re doing yourself a huge disservice!

This hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, having travelled around the world. The accommodation is beautiful, the rooms are unbelievable similar to rooms I have stayed in luxury five star hotels but for over ten times less price wise!! The facilities are fantastic spa was one of the best I’ve been to in Vietnam and despite being a luxury hotel spa was cheaper than most other massages I’d had. The pool is great to get away from the heat, the food is good. Most importantly the service is second to none, Lily and Thu Trang (Ame) were so welcoming and made our stay extra special. They went above and beyond with recommendations, organising and making our trip one to remember. The hotel has a shuttle bus which runs regularly so do not worry that it’s slightly out of town it is so simple to get in just a five minute ride in the free shuttle, couldn’t be easier!! Overall a stay to remember, we will be back, if you are going to Hoi An do not miss out on this hotel!!

Great value for money and a really nice stay. Hotel room was spacious, nice standalone bath, and Netflix on TV (which is welcome when travelling and for when going to bed). The curtain separating the bath and the bedroom is a little strange, but a minor point. Breakfast was plentiful, with a fresh eggs station alongside a western / Asian buffet offering. The location is a short taxi ride from the old quarter, but in a grab this costs around £1-£2, and bikes were available for free from the hotel. Check in was quick and smooth, with a nice welcome drink offered. AC in the rooms very good. Mini bar which was reasonably priced. Overall would stay here again as great value for money. Lily on front desk was helpful during our stay.

Amazing stay at this hotel, couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The service is unlike anything I have experienced. Sunny and her team couldn’t do enough for me, helping to arrange tours at very reasonable prices, checking in each morning at breakfast if everything was okay with my stay. The hotel offers amazing value and is just a short grab ride away from the ancient town. The hotel also offers shuttle to both the old town and the beach - which is highly welcome. The breakfast selection was good and some aspects varied each day. The room was very spacious, modern and clean, and the ladies would bring free cookies each evening which was a very welcome touch. The hotel has only opened 7 months ago, so is less known than other places in Hoi An, however, you should definitely give it a go if you find yourself taking a trip to this amazing town!

We loved our stay at the Grand Sunrise Palace and want to thank guest relations officers Ame and Kathy for their kindness, customer service experience and hospitality. They truly made our stay very enjoyable and we felt very welcomed, they provided 5 star hotel service.
We rate our stay 10/10. The decor is beautiful and the room is very spacious and the hotel service from each and every staff member was great! There are free bikes to rent which came in handy to bike to the nearby coffee shops which overlooked the rice fields. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast buffet offered lots of different options and fresh exotic fruit.
If you stay here, I recommend a family dine in place across the street called 'Quý Cơm Gà' which does fried chicken with rice and salad for 30K (about £1) which was so delicious! I also recommend doing a Hoi An cooking class during your stay with Mrs Tram at Hoi An Eco Cooking Tour Discovery.
I would definitely stay here again upon my return to Hoi An in the future!

We stayed for three nights at the Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel in Hoi An, the property is beautiful and brand new. It has two swimming pools, a spa, a restaurant and a gym. Thanks to Nancy, it was possible to make our stay special, since she organized for us two tours: Ba Na Hills and Mu Son Temple. The room is very spacious, equipped with every comfort. They met every request, allowed us to stay in the hotel after check out, to use the pool (providing us with towel and slippers) and allowed us to take a shower in the changing rooms of the spa, then arranged a transfer to the airport.
Included in the price were really good and varied breakfasts, afternoon tea, and an aperitif with snacks and beer.

I have stayed in four different Hoi An area hotels in the past few years, and the Grand Sunrise Palace is my favourite. In fact, I'm writing this from my 2nd hotel in Hoi An wishing I had just stayed here for the whole week. Value for money, it is the best. Whilst, it is a little further out of the main old town, their shuttle service makes it so easy and if all else fails a USD1 Grab motorbike does the trick.
I read on one review that the breakfast was ok, if this is their ok breakfast, then what were they judging it on? The Grand Sunrise has had the best breakfast I have experienced inside of Vietnam, (apologises to the other hotels I've stayed at, they do it best). Their selection of Vietnamese options was delightful and changed everyday I was there. I loved the pre-mixed Ca Phe Sua Da. The mini Banh Mi this morning, I had two. Frankly, the detox water which I have every morning at home in Australia was the deal sealer. They thought of everyone.
The rooftop pool is stunning, and you need to be careful of the sunburn because the pool is perfect. I fell in love with the ground floor one too, it was deeper and gave enough shade midday for respite.
Now the people, as with all my favourite hotels in Vietnam, it's their people who have me coming back, and the Grand Sunrise has the best people. I've stayed in other Hoian hotels, and have experienced both, those who are professional and those who make you feel at home. Grand Sunrise's people treat you like family.
To the young man who made my mojito cocktails on the first day, the best mojito I've tasted in all Vietnam, to the other young man who rubbed sunscreen on my back so I wouldn't get brunt, CAM ON. It's not like I'm a supermodel either.
Tina & Cam in the spa, both have magic hands, and a USD10 head shampoo which is really a 50 min massage... heaven.
Massive CAM ON to the ladies in the reception/conceige team: Luna, Lily, Ame, Kathy & Nancy, let's not forget the amazing young men who open the door EVERY time you are near it. Apologies, I didn't take notice of the young men's names, that's my bad, they are quiet achievers just doing and being of service.
Grand Sunrise, you will be number 1 hotel very soon. Congratulations, on getting the formula right with the team. Money for value you are hands down #1.

We stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we knew we would have a great stay at this hotel. We had our room decorated for our honeymoon and this looked fantastic, they had really put so much effort into decorating the room and making it special for us.
All the staff were so helpful, organised and friendly. We would especially like to thank Nancy - she was so so lovely and helpful and gave us recommendations on things to do and she organised everything for us and made sure we were very happy.
The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. The pools were lovely and peaceful. The breakfast had good options and we were treated to a complimentary afternoon tea where we could try different Vietnamese treats. We both had a massage in the spa and these were the best massages we have ever had and for a very reasonable price. Any time we needed a taxi, the hotel would organise this and the taxi would be there within a couple of minutes. The hotel is in a good location. It is a good distance from the old town, it only takes a short cheap 5 minute cab journey there. It is also only a short taxi journey to the beaches. The hotel provided free bicycles but we didn’t use these. We booked all of our tours through the hotel (Basket boats / Marble mountains & My Son / Local street food tour). These were all great and would recommend.
We can’t rate this hotel highly enough. If you are staying in Hoi An, we would highly recommend to stay here!

Hi, they do not have rooms with toilets for wheelchair users.
No ,the balconies are narrow and you cannot place a chair. The balcony with the suite is larger.I stayed in the normal room but I think a suite could be a better option as costnus marginally higher
