I am a frequent visitor to Hoi An and have stayed in quite a few hotels there, many have been very good but I have to say that De'Colore Villa has been the best of all of them.
The location is right next to the town centre and all the sights of the old town are an easy walk away.
The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable with the most comfortable beds I have slept in in Vietnam (I stayed in one of the very large rooms at the front.) The hotel has a clean and well kept pool at the front.
What makes D'Colore Villas particularly special are the people. The owner, Zumi, considers all the guests as friends and if you are around during the day you may well be invited to sit down to a delicious home cooked lunch with her and the staff. Jasmine and Ha take care of the hotel and are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts are excellent (with Vietnamese and western options) and large enough that you will not need lunch.
This hotel is one of my favourites anywhere and I will always stay here when I come to Hoi An.

Zumi is amazing from organising our trip and having us stay at her villa. Clean, large rooms, friendly happy staff willing to help. I feel I was extremely lucky to find this place as the location and quality are excellent. The street where the villa is located is nice and wide and lined with really nice shady flowering trees that create a very peaceful setting. De Colore' is only a short walk of about 5 to 10 minutes from the centre of the old town area and all the great restaurants in town and along the river. I didn't need to worry about using a taxi at all during the time I was there. Staff are very friendly and willing to help with everything and the staff at the tour desk are just great. They helped me organise the rest of my trip which was hassle free. Rooms are bigger than most and have been designed and decorated with a mix of what I would call traditional and Mediterranean styles. The villa also has a great swimming pool downstairs that is partly inside under cover and the rest is shaded by one of the trees in the street. A nice tall wall around the front gives a good degree of privacy but if like me you like to relax outside laying down then you will enjoy the roof lounge area. All in all I was extremely happy with my stay and I highly recommend De Colore' as a great place to stay and the travel staff if you need help with the rest of your trip.

We had a wonderful stay at de colores villa! The staff was so helpful and kind Jasmine offered us an upgraded room and gave us great recommendations for restaurants, sights and tours. We were pleasantly surprised by the home made breakfast the staff made us and it was included in our stay. I would highly recommend staying here , it is quiet yet very easy walking to town and so clean and friendly. Thank you Jasmine and staff! We will be back. Maureen from California

What a lovely little place to stay within 5 minutes walk from the old town. Sorted our airport and onward transfers to our next resort. We didn't need to join organised tours as Jasmine or the owner arranged our transport and activity bookings for us around the Hoi An area. The local breakfast was particularly good - we guess it was sourced from places around them that we wouldn't otherwise get to try. All dishes explained according to dietary requirements as well! There is a little pool to cool off when it got too hot to walk around after lunch, which was a welcome relief for the kids. The kids even had their banh mi takeaway lunch in the dining area downstairs under Jasmine's watchful eye while we packed before checkout. Such a pleasant and relaxing place to stay. We will definitely come back!

A comfortable, new, small hotel in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to old town. The rooms are well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The staff was fabulous and helped us with numerous bookings. My husband and I both were suffering with colds and they treated us like family by providing special drinks and soup. Fantastic, excellent, gorgeous ….everything was a pure delight here. Jasmine is a star! We are missing them all already, and we only just left. The best hotel we stayed in in Vietnam, we can't praise it more highly. Lovely welcoming staff who were very helpful in every way. including organising local tours and airport transfer. Beautiful colourful and stylish decor that had its own unique charm and character. The rooms were large and well furnished with q bathroom and separate shower. We made use of the terrace on the roof to watch the sun go down. Not in the busy tourist area so quieter but only a 2 or 3 minute walk to the sights of the old town. The hotel had free bikes that we used to visit the more hidden places in the area which made a welcome change to the town. There was a good choice of Vietnamese or Western style breakfast to chose from. If we came back to Hoi. An we would definitely come again to this Hotel.

The rooms and bathroom were luxuriously charming and superbly clean. What makes this place SHINE from other 5 stars hotel is the hospitality from Jasmine and all the staffs. They are attentive to all your needs and truly make you feel like family and you are home! The hotel is also walking distance to all tourist attraction such as ancient Hỏi An, Memory Show, shopping, restaurants and massage parlors! I guarantee you and your love ones will fall in love with De’Colore Villa and staff!

Great little Villa. Excellent price for location. Great location, close enough to everything, but on the edge of town, so you avoid all the noise and chaos. One small road between you and the river. Walk along the river and find lots of excellent restaurants and bars. Easy 15 min walk to the awesome night markets. Or stay on the main road and shop till you drop. Beautifully spacious room, great decor, with cute balcony. Everything in excellent working order. Great little pool to cool down in after your day out. Excellent breakfast with menu options that should suit most tastes. Lovely friendly staff who are willing to assist with any needs, and can help with tours and custom made garments. Free push bike was an absolute bonus....overall great place, out of the way, but not.

"A 5 minute walk from the villa heading towards the old town is the best Cao Lau Restaurant- MI Quang Ong Hai. Only has 2 dishes, both are 40k. We went twice."
