My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Silk Marina. The package we were able to purchase was beyond belief. The staff at reception, around the pool and in the restaurant were so friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to be there. The chef who gave us the cooking class was excellent, and the girls who took us to the market and then watched as we had our class, were great.
We had a drinks package which included cocktails and beers which made the whole experience such good value.
The resort itself was spotless, the bed was the biggest we have ever slept in, and the staff who serviced our room did a top job. The pool was maintained well and we enjoyed being able to cool off in it.
The meals in the restaurant were exceptional, from the top class fresh fruit and juice (loved the strawberry juice), to the eggs, quail eggs, and everything else. The special lunches and dinner we received as part of our package were equal to a top class restaurant.
The massages, also part of our package, were delivered with politeness and experience.
The location of the resort was really handy. We were able to walk along the river to the night markets and cross the bridge to the old town. We always felt very comfortable moving around Hoi An.
Thank you for looking after us so well and making us feel so special. We would love to come back again.

On arrival we received a very warm and friendly welcome from Lieu. She also took great pride in explaining the features and benefits of the hotel. In fact, every staff member we spoke to clearly displayed a happy, helpful persona. Our rooms were well appointed, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and offered a great view across the pool and the river, the small balcony has enough space to sit and enjoy the view. The pool was also a winner, never overly busy and the swim up bar was perfect. Bar staff very friendly. It’s only a pleasant seven-minute walk into the old quarter form the hotel and five to the night markets. We stayed for four nights and would have happily stayed longer. Would certainly stay here again.

The hotel Hoi An Silk Marina Resort & Spa has a 4 star rating, but the warmth and friendliness of the staff cannot be expressed in stars. Super staff that is immediately ready for you and wants to do everything for you. The hotel has really spacious rooms with one or two large beds and there is also ample room for 2 comfortable chairs with a coffee table and a desk with a chair. The rooms have a good bathroom with of course a rain shower. An improvement for the bathroom is better lighting (more light). The hotel also has villa’s and other rooms. The hotel has a nice large swimming pool with separate areas for children. Some sunbeds around the pool are partly in the shadow of the hotel (make sunbathing possible in a part of the garden). Absolute to mention is the beautiful big garden adjacent to the river with a fantastic sunset. The hotel also has its own hotel bicycles, which are great for cycling. E-bikes would also be an idea for the near future. Although you can take the bike, you can easily walk from the hotel to Hoi An (10 minutes). Really not far. Overall the hotel is a great choice.

Do yourself a favour and book here if visiting Hoi An(advise to spend a few nights). Truly world class. If rating any higher than 5 stars was an option I would happily. 10/10 rating for Room, view, cleanliness, service, pool, location, food. I am generally not an easy customer but someone give Lieu from reception a promotion or payrise, she is brilliant at her job super attentive and always had a smile. Overall staff made sure we don't have any issues during the stay by providing advise on what to see and do, baggage storage, calling taxi's or anything else that was required. In short we cannot fault this place, 100% recommend.

I wish I had stayed longer! The Deluxe Balcony River View room on the 4th Floor has a spectacular view to wake up to!
I was there on a National Holiday so it was busy with families on the first night but it was mostly quiet the next night ( there was a family spread over a few rooms and the kids were rather noisy, not the hotel’s fault though!)
The room was nicely appointed and had everything you could have needed (if you are prepared, I forgot my travel adapter and after the first day the staff kindly looked after my phone at the front counter while I used one of the staffs chargers).
My booking didn’t include the breakfast but they provided it anyway. The reception staff and the doormen were fantastic throughout my stay.
If you are coming from Da Nang airport the staff will book a car for you, the price is a little more than if you found one yourself but it’s worth going through the hotel with the knowledge the driver will turn up and be well presented.
The room rates were very fair when booked through Agoda. I didn’t use the pool but it looks clean and had a swim up bar, the weather wasn’t sunny enough to swim for me. The gym took a bit to find and was closed for my stay. It looked like it had dated equipment, but everything you might need, even had a Smith Machine which was a surprise.
I will come and stay at Mulberry Collection Silk Marina for a longer visit next time I am in Việt Nam.

Beautiful hotel in the old town in close proximity to the night market and walking streets. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The hotel has two pools (one massive one outside by the lobby overlooking the river with a swim up bar) and a second smaller one on the roof of the premium tower (also with a bar just next to it). I would recommend this hotel in general. My only complaints were that the housekeeping was very late every day coming to clean my room (in some cases as late as 4pm). So after a long day at the pool or beach it was inconvenient having to call for extra towels and bath amenities because the room had still not been made up. I also found that at breakfast there were many cases when clean glasses were unavailable (for juice) and several tables were left dirty and I had to scrounge around for clean silverware. I know that the hotel was very busy when o visited and I think the staff was a bit overwhelmed. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant stay and the location was unbeatable.

"Bel Marina Hoi An Resort left a lasting impression on me with its attractive features and a few areas for improvement. The promotions and budget-friendly room rates were a definite plus, making it an affordable yet appealing choice. The central location added convenience to my stay, allowing easy exploration of the nearby attractions.
One of the highlights was the meticulous daily cleaning service that maintained the rooms in excellent condition. The thoughtful decorations added a pleasant touch to the overall ambiance.
The staff's warm gesture in celebrating my birthday created a cozy and memorable atmosphere, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction.
On the flip side, the breakfast fell short of my expectations. While the quality was decent, the limited variety left room for improvement. Adding more diverse food options would undoubtedly enhance the breakfast experience and align it with the overall positive aspects of the resort.

The Bel Marina was excellent we arrived a few days before new yrs eve and stayed for eleven nights. We got adjoining rooms for us and our two children. The location is perfect on a quick walk to the night market and bridges across the river to the old town. The rooms were huge and immaculately clean with comfortable beds and pillows. All the staff were very friendly and very professional....anything we needed was sorted out with a quick call to reception... including a car and driver for a half day trip to My Son temples for a very reasonable price. Our washing when needed was done quickly and returned to our room clean and folded. We booked in for new yrs eve dinner which was a great night with amazing food and lots of entertainment. The breakfast buffet was very good with a huge range of western and Asian food The swimming pool was huge, clean and very well looked after. They had a birthday cake for my daughter on her birthday. I left my Australian wallet in the room safe when I checked out and the manager contacted me when the cleaners found it... she immediately called me and sent a driver to Da Nang airport an hours drive away to deliver it to me with all my cash and cards free of charge. All in all Bel Marina provided the best service of any hotel/resort that I have ever stayed in and I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Hoi An. Super good if you have kids and the in pool bar would be nice for a grown up stay. 10 out of 10

The Bel Marina Resort is well located close to the main areas of interest in Hoi An , the most within easy walking distance. This is probably one of the better hotels in Hoi An and is geared up to cater for tourists visitors. All those things that your expect to see when thinking of the word 'Resort' are available. A large salt water pool, sun loungers, swim up bar with cocktails as examples. A coutesy shuttle sevice is available to transport you to Am Bang Beach for a change of scenery. The hotel itself has several restaurants and bars which were not overly full, am thinking many guests decided to eat in the many local restaurants. The rooms in general seemed quite spacious , many with balconys. We had a river view delux room on the 4th floor which we were quite happy with, many rooms were pool facing and could possibly be a little noisy during the day. All in all a nice place to stay if you like the resort experience, pricing was reasonable value for what was available. Service was excellent and the hotel staff friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the General Manager Robert Menzies who personally ensured our dietary needs were taken care of during our visit to the hotel restaurant. A point to mention the Happy Hour is in fact a Happy 5 hours offering a 'buy one get one free'.

Stayed here for two nights in February, we were upgraded to a river view room on arrival. The room was large and large super king size bed. All areas were very clean. The staff were very friendly, Nga was very helpful on reception. The food was excellent we dined here the first night off the menu, the buffet was breakfast style. The gardens look over the river. The hotel is located in a quiet street about 10 minute walk to the town and Japenese bridge. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Yes, seems like a big resort is under construction on the left side of Bel Marina. Our room was on that side of the resort and we weren't affected by any noise.
It is an ideal choice if you are staying in Hoi An.
