Wonderful service from staff - nothing was too much trouble (Ms Sue, Ms Lee, Ms My). They suggested a range of reputable places to eat, places to have our clothing tailored, they organised us taxis and offered free daily bike hire. Location was great. The breakfast was exceptional with a huge variety of foods - the chef and kitchen staff were outstanding (Mr. Linh, Ms Diem). The rooms were a great size and we were able to get an additional bed in our room upon request. The rooms were cleaned daily with extra water refills, they supplied an extra fan when required for illness and fresh towels daily etc. No cocktails but the pool was a great temperature and very refreshing on hot days. We were truly looked after - a wonderful stay

Really appreciated staff behaviour specially "sue" she made us informed about every nearest location and provides free bycycle for hoian roads in vietnam.
The hotel is really good and there room also very nice.
Will recommend to stay there whenever visit hoian city in veitnam.

We had a wonderful time staying here. All of the staff were lovely, especially Sue.
Lee also contacted us before our check in to ask about our arrival time and to ask if we needed anything arranged.
When checking us in, Sue gave us so much helpful information to navigate our way around Hoi An.
Sue helped us arrange a driver at a very competitive rate to see sights in a short time frame. We were so grateful since we only had two days in Hoi An.
Our room was very clean and well-appointed. The power worked throughout the day (with the exception of the air conditioner) so we could keep things cold in the mini bar and charge our electronics while we explored.
The pool was amazing to enjoy after a long day too!
The collars are an eight minute ride on complimentary bikes from the ancient town. We also walked there in 30 minutes.
Breakfast was fresh and light.
This was the best accomodation we experienced during our trip to Vietnam - made all the better by fantastic staff.
We will be back!

The check in was efficiently handled by Ms Lee who was expecting our arrival. She gave us a comprehensive overview of Hoi An and also tips on places to eat.
The room we were assigned was great. The hotel was generally well maintained. While it's not a large hotel, the staff were attentive and provided plenty of personal touches.
Breakfast was good and we especially liked the vietnamese noodles served, which changed daily. Ms Sue was very attentive in meeting our needs and would always be available to ask us if we needed more coffee or tea. She would ask us about our plans, was happy to chat and have great recommendations too.
We had massage at the Spa. They provided a very relaxing experience and we enjoyed ourselves. Also, the spa was running a promotion with 30% discount, so it was value for money.
Our request for late checkout at 1.30pm was not acceded as the hotel was fully booked. However, Ms My still agreed to let us check out at 1pm, which delighted us.
Overall, this is a hotel that I would highly recommend if one is visiting Hoi An.

I stayed for 4 days, and enjoyed my stay. It’s old, could use some maintenance here and there, but it has a lot of character and quality materials. The river / pool view is very calming, and the large tube was awesome. The bikes are in great shape and even have a headlight. The room was spacious with large window with elegant curtains, and balcony with table and chairs. There were a few glitches that were quickly resolved by the excellent staff of My, Sue and Lee. Just minutes from old town, a mini and restaurant just up the road, it had everything I needed. If you want a TV with English speaking channels just ask and they’ll arrange for you. Check in check out very smooth, and again the staff were delightful and attentive. I will come again!

This is a cute little boutique hotel about 30 mins stroll riverside to hoi an old town. We stayed a week here and it was one of the better stays of ouv5 month travels. The rooms are spacious and worth upgrading to second or 3rd floor for a little more privacy .Breakfast every morning was 10 out of 10. Varied eggs cooked to order,pancakes fruit pastries baguettes all top class.huge asian menu also.we loved everything about our stay but most of all the staff are exceptional.From main reception to breakfast staff to cleaning staff and security are so kind and friendly and always looking to help you in any way.Hired a scooter one day to head to marble mountains and it was perfect .the next time we wanted it again they said to get a better scooter with local company for bigger engine for longer journey..They could have rented us the smaller one but number one priority for staff at riverside is customer happiness.we loved our stay and highly recommend riverside villas.You will be well looked after.

It was a perfect, spacious room provided with all amenities that you need during your stay. I think this is the best Hoi An hotel. Don’t worry about the location (which is good by the way) - grab drivers will take you to city center for ~ 1,5 usd. Special thanks for Sue, My, Duy and Long who are very kind and helpful and their hospitality was exceptional. It was a pleasure to be your guest.

We are so glad we booked this hotel for our Hoi An stay. It was so nice to be welcomed by English speaking staff bearing a welcome drink and then taking the time to orient us to the area. Something sorely lacking in our other accommodations in Vietnam. The staff was always available, smiling and helpful. The pool is a very pleasant area and larger than it looks in the photos. The on-site spa was convenient. The location worked very well for us. It was a short taxi, grab ride or bike ride into the old town but situated in a quiet location near to many good restaurants. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very clean and tidy with very helpful staff at the front desk. The rooms were spacious with a supply of tea, coffee and water daily there was also a balcony. The breakfast was included providing hot and cold options up to 9.30 am. The swimming pool was small with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and also provided shade. The location was good a short 10 minute stroll down to the river with bars and restaurants. You can follow the river for a few more minutes to the market and other entertainment.

First, I 'd like to say thank you to Ms. Mỹ, Ms. Sue (FO) & Mr. Long (SE) for the excellent service you guys brought to me. It was a right decision to choose "Hoi An Riverside Villas & Apartments" for my two-day trip in Hoi An. The location of hotel is perfect for me, not too far from town (only about 1km), nearby great restaurants like "Little Flowers" or "Firefly". You can also have breakfast by the pool of the hotel.
The room is really clean and tidy. They have free-rent bicycle service, so it's super easy to discovery Hoi An on your own.
I'm really looking forward to coming back Hoi An and staying in this hotel in a near future.
