The resort is set on the renowned ‘An Bang Beach’ Hoi An. With its central location, the resort is only 35 minutes from Da Nang airport and 5 minutes to explore the old heritage town of Hoi An. The ancient town of Hoi An, 30 km south of Da Nang, lies on the banks of the Thu Bon River. Occupied by early western traders, Hoi An was one of the major trading centers of Southeast Asia in the 16th century. Hoi An has a distinct Vietnamese atmosphere with low, tile-roofed houses and narrow streets; the original structure of some of these streets still remains almost intact. All the houses were made of wood, decorated with lacquered boards and panels engraved with old ancient characters. Pillars were also carved with ornamental designs. Hoi An have earned the town status as a heritage site by UNESCO and has become a very popular tourist destination in Vietnam. All rooms are facing the sea with private balconies and some have direct access to the beach from private terraces. Room facilities featured single and double vanity, bathtub or shower, air-conditioning, television, IDD telephone, mini bar, safety box, hairdryer, wireless internet, coffee and tea making facilities. A large swimming pool is in the center of the resort surrounded by a tropical garden. A spa, located next to the pool, is a haven for pure relaxation and rejuvenation. Our spa facilities include three treatment rooms, five massage pavilions and two steam rooms. Pedicure and manicure services are also available at our resort’s spa.

Boutique Hoi An Resort is lauded for its prime beachfront location and welcoming atmosphere, with easy shuttle access to Old Town and a beautiful garden setting. Guests have called out the spacious, comfortable rooms and commend the hotel for cleanliness, although some mention noise issues and suggest a need for better soundproofing. The amenities, including a praised pool and beach access, are popular among travelers, even if breakfast variety and water pressure receive mixed reviews. Friendly staff and affordable services like laundry and spa treatments contribute to the resort's perceived value, though opinions on room rates and bar food costs vary.

Certainly a lovely place to stay. Centrally located with a great resort style pool & surrounds, great beachfront area with a sandy beach stretching north & south, plus its an easy 10-15 minutes access to the old town.
The hotel is 10 years old but has a graceful style, set in well tended gardens & having good amenities. The buffet breakfast was good & the restaurant offers a wide selection of meals throughout the day. Front desk was well attended & informative. Room service was prompt & efficient, with 2 bottles of water free each day. The hotel also provided free mini bus transport to & from the old town on a hourly schedule.
Whilst the old town of Hoi An is a national treasure, it was nice to be a short ride away from the inevitable tourist crowd & relax in the beachfront resort. At the Boutique Hoi An you get the best of both worlds.

We stayed here for two nights after a full on tour of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. A really great place to relax away from the hustle bustle of hoi an town. The staff were excellent super helpful and kind. Our rooms are spotless comfy beds and nice balconies. The hotel provide a shuttle bus to and from the town about 10 mins away and alternatively taxis cost about £3 equivalent each way. They are safe and easy to get. We ate lunch at the hotel restaurant two days running excellent salads two between two of us was plenty. We ate one evening meal which was also very good, buffet style and considering it was their new year (tet) it was excellent value !!
The pool was lovely and we had a couple of excellent treatments at the spa.
Just a word of advice if you are planning on visiting hoi an and have a favourite dress take it with you and have it copied at one of the tailors ... it’s cheap they do a good job and only take half a day !!!

We chose this hotel which is a few minutes out of Hoi An town because we wanted to relax on the beach after many days travelling in Cambodia and north Vietnam. Unfortunately the temperature (early Feb ) was cool, some showers and too much wind to sit on beach. So we spent our time in the very interesting heritage town, eating well and visiting a tailor for new clothes. Our room was excellent (premium luxury) but a short distance from sea without much sea view; restaurant was high standard but quite expensive so we also ate in town for a fraction of the price. Good free shuttle service to/from town. Staff friendly and helpful.

We chose this hotel based upon a personal recommendation and trip advisor reviews. The grounds are beautiful, especially the pool area. Rooms are very standard, we had three people in our room and it was very cramped indeed. I would definitely recommend a bigger room option if possible. We unfortunately did not manage to have a hot shower the entire time we were there. We did ask Maintenence to come and check, which they did, but the shower consistently went from freezing to luke warm and also flooded the bathroom each time.
Food was ok! We have certainly eaten a lot better quality whilst being in Vietnam. However, I do suspect that because we stayed over New Year the hotel were reliant upon younger chefs covering. As previous reviews have stated there is a shuttle bus but taxis into Hoi An are very cheap. The lady on reception during check in was pushing for us to visit the onsite Tailor which we did on her recommendation. My son did get a lovely suit made but whilst this was a fun experience it was not cheap!

We stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is on the beach and has a lovely big swimming pool and extensive gardens to sunbathe in. We had a superior room and it was in a small block of 4 rooms amongst the gardens, which was nice. The room was large, well equipped and pleasant and there were lots of staff ready to help with any requests.
The breakfasts were very good with a wide selection of options and plenty of fruit or cooked food. We did not eat in the dining room at night as it looked very formal western-style fine-dining. We either went into town or ate at one of the cafes outside the hotel entrance.
The hotel runs a regular shuttle bus service into the town during the day and the evening. This makes it very easy to spend half a day in town and half a day on the beach. The buses run quite late in the evening so it's easy to go into town for dinner. The front office staff were mega-helpful giving us maps and advice as to where to shop and to eat. Really friendly!

After staying in some lovely hotels in Cambodia and Vietnam we were very disappointed with our stay here. After a long days travelling when we were checking in the person seemed to be pushing the local tailor that we were not interested in. Then they took us to our room which was the first room next to a walkway to reception and a lift. Realising this would be noisy I asked if we could change rooms, the man who was dealing with us walked off in a huff and got another colleague to sort this out which we found quite rude. The lady was very nice and gave us an alternative room on the top floor at the end of the building. Unfortunately this was probably more noisy as we were kept awake by traffic noise and a local cockerel who squawked all night. The room was very average and no where near the standard we were used to. The shower leaked every time we used it. Breakfast was fine and the free shuttle bus to hoi an was excellent. The grounds were pretty but customer service was definitely lacking with no personal touch. We then moved on to Melia in Danang which is a much nicer hotel on a far better stretch off beach. Overall the boutique hotel seemed old and tired.

This was our last stop on our Vietnam trip. We landed late in the evening to a breezy welcome from staff who whisked away our luggage so we could grab some food at the Salon. Breakfast is beyond amazing as you sit outside and enjoy the morning. Abundant opportunities abound at the resort to just relax or jump on the shuttle to the Ancient town and meander around. The staff was very accommodating and helpful; you can rent bikes from the little shop next door and discover on your own. We did so and in fact it was our daughter's favorite part. We happened upon a young man with a water buffalo who was allowing rides and providing a once-in-a-lifetime picture opportunity. The local people were super friendly and willing to share their own stories if you ask. We were there for New Year's Eve and were privvy to a sumptuous feast and live entertainment by local artists. If you go, you will not second guess your decision.

We stayed at the Boutique Hoi An Resort for 4 nights and there is nothing to fault with this hotel. There are friendly staff who are willing to help you with whatever you need, whether you need help with you room or advice for the old town. The pool is the best that I have been in while staying here. It is bug, warm, quiet and overlooks the sea. Breakfast was nice, cultural and relaxing, the range of food was good whether you wanted freshly made poached, fried, boiled or scrambled eggs ( and omelettes ). I’m not normally into pastries for breakfast but the croissants were amazing. I loved my trip to Hoi An and this hotel made it that little bit better.

It s.was our second stay at this hotel and we were welcomed back with smiles fruit and chocolates. The staff are friendly and nothing too much trouble ,the rooms are very comfortable with large shower areas and lots of extras ie beautiful container of body lotion. The free bus shuttle into the old town makes the trip very convenient especially as there were extra at nights when most needed. On the one occasion the bus had problems taxis were called to fill in.
The breakfast has plenty of choice and in a wonderful setting watching the ground staff making sure the lawns were perfect and one morning watching them cut down the coconuts. The swimming pool is ideal for all the family and a beautiful beach is at the end of the lawns with a long strech of sand and sea to be enjoyed.

We booked the hotel through trailfinders and we are so glad we chose this hotel to stay in. On the first night we had an issue with our room and the next day we were moved. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and always took the time to say hello and ask about our stay.
The selection of foods at breakfast were excellent and the pool and beach were outstanding.
The gym was very basic but we still went twice during our 4 day stay.
The restaurants and shop directly outside of the hotel we would also highly recommend.
Nhan in particular was extremely friendly and helpful and I looked for her every time we went to reception to have a chat about our day and what we were upto in the evening. She was particularly helpful when giving information about taxis and our visit to the coconut village advising us how much things should cost.
Although this hotel is a little out of the ancient town (due to its beach location) we took the hotels free shuttle bus into town each night and it was very easy to get there and back.
Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay

We thought that the hotel, the pool, garden and beach were faultless. Just beware that if you chose a garden room that there is a back garden as well as those facing the gardens and beach. Not a huge issue but not such a good outlook.
