This is our 4th holiday staying at Coco River Resort and Spa. We love the Hoi An old town experience and busy lifestyle, but we also appreciate the location of the resort, which is only 10 minutes away by vehicle. Here at the resort, it is so peaceful and serene. We consider ourselves as pampered guests when we stay here. The staff are exceptional, helpful and friendly. Anything you need the staff will arrange, nothing is too difficult to arrange. Additionally, the resort gardens are delightful and beautifully maintained. The resort rooms and facilities are well maintained and the resort catering staff provide a sensational buffet breakfast, as well as evening dining, with Vietnamese and western style meals. Unfortunately we check out tomorrow morning after a 5 night stay here. Last year we stayed here for 9 nights. As a tip, I would suggest be open to staying here during the low tourist season, the weather will be somewhat cooler and there maybe some (or lots) of rain, but the resort experience will still be superb (and cheaper) and the Hoi An hustle and bustle, lifestyle will always be there. We are already anxious and awaiting our 2025 holiday at Coco River Resort and Spa.

The hotel is rather conveniently located on a fairly wide one way road so you only have to worry about getting run over from one side (in theory anyway)... The river is very close and overall found the hotel very easy to venture out from.
The room was very high up so had no problems with noise and it was quite spacious. The bathroom was clean and so cool
Staff were always polite and helpful, I had no problem communicating in English.
There are quite a few good places around to try the local cuisine to the extent, the breakfast is so good, they have a lots of food, local food and western food also. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, we ususally used the dinner in this hotel, because they have the restaurant on the river, it’s so nice and the food so good .

We liked this place so much that we decided to stay a week instead of only 2 nights. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and serviced every day. The breakfast buffet was nicely varied and the staff super nice and helpful. Especially Ruby helped us with so many things I don’t even know where to start. The hotel is already a bit older however well taken care off. The pool was also very nice and clean and would have loved to use it, wouldn’t it have been a bit to cold for that this time of the year. The only point to mention is the location which is a bit distant from Hoi An center, but there is a free shuttle going several times a day between the hotel and the old town plus there are free bikes one can take. Also a cap is only 100 dong.

The hotel is more beautiful than I expected, the staff are super enthusiastic, I feel very comfortable here. The swimming pool is located in the center of the floors so it looks very chill. The hotel also lends free bicycles, convenient for transportation. Move to places to visit such as coconut forest, Cua Dai beach. If I have a chance to come to Hoi An, I will bring my parents here once.

Love the hotel next to thu bon river so beautiful place n the room was simply great with its long awwww! Hospitality here excellent. Very well kept gardens n breakfast was good too. The fridge was well stocked with titbits on the counter ( you open you pay) complimentary drink were served upon arrival n the coffee pack was out of this world

The hotel has an extremely quiet and airy space, rooms have balconies with pool views. Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The swimming pool is clean and large, my family really likes it. The hotel also offers free bicycles. Very convenient. I will recommend Coco River to my friends

Very beautiful and comfortable. The environment is clean and the service is very good. We specially organize a birthday party and there is a clean swimming pool. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. Do you need to relax your tense body and mind? When you travel to Hoi An, Hoi An River Coco Resort is a great choice for you to relax and recharge. Charmingly styled and close to many great restaurants, Coco Hoi An River Resort makes your trip to Hoi An especially memorable.

Such friendly staff and an excellent stay! Very reasonable price, slightly out of town but 4 shuttle services offered throughout the day make getting in and out of town easy. Rooms very tidy and outside pool area is beautiful. Make sure you check out the jetty out the back!

We were recently lucky enough to stay at this wonderful hotel. We were met by the most amazing staff, Sunny and Ruby. Unfortunately, there had been a powercut in part of the hotel which affected our intended room. Very swiftly and with no hassle at all we were moved to another wonderful hotel for the night whilst this issue was resolved. We returned to Coco River the next day and were upgraded to a fabulous room for the inconvenience.
The facilities were excellent, the swimming pool was spacious and heated with plenty of loungers and towels to be had.
We ate in the restaurant by the river most nights and the cocktails and food were both lovely and of good quality. We were, however, just slightly disappointed in the breakfast options, but this is likely down to comparison with other hotels we had experienced before and is therefore subjective.
Our room had a large double bed and two large single beds, it was certainly spacious enough for three adults and accompanying luggage. The bathroom and shower were gorgeous, but could have done with hooks for robes and towels, a minor thing, but relevant when you don't have somewere to hang wet towels! There were two large balconies which gave lovely views over the garden and pool.
I have to make special mention of some of the staff who made our stay an absolute delight. Firstly Sunny, for the amazing tincture she made for my sore throat, and both her and Ruby for their efforts in helping us and their wonderful recommendation re BeBe for tailor-made clothes.
Lastly Tri in the river bar, maker and supplier of outstanding cocktails and the adorable Ms Tram, in her probationary period, we know you will be a perfect ambassador for Coco River and wish you every success.
Would we visit here again?
