We stayed for a week in late February/early March and found it to be a very good hotel offering excellent value for money.

The room we were given first was extremely noisy due to most of the air conditioning compressors for the building being attached to the outside wall, we asked to be moved and were immediately given a room overlooking the pool which was perfect and much quieter.

The buffet breakfast every morning was excellent, we had lunch one day from the special bbq menu, this was OK but nothing special, however it was perfectly adequate when we wanted a chill day by the pool. As we were staying more than 6 nights, we were given a complimentary dinner which was very good, our only problem with the bar/restaurant was that they closed so early - on our first night we came back from Hoi An on their complimentary shuttle, arriving back around 10pm and everything was closed, it would have been nice to sit outside with a nightcap. We learnt from this and stayed out later the other nights and came back in a taxi which only cost $2.

The hotel is quite a walk from both Hoi An centre and the beach but the free shuttle was very convenient and drops you in the centre of town. On the occasions we wanted to go to the beach the hotel just called us a taxi as we didn't find the times of the shuttle very convenient for our plans.

We also had a full day trip organised by the hotel to Marble Mountain and Ba Na Hills, this worked perfectly, the driver spoke a little English and waited for us at both places - the time he recommended at both was exactly right.

The hotel also organised our transfers to and from Dan Nang airport, again these worked perfectly.

Hoi An is a lovely place and should we return, we would be happy to stay at the Anio again.

Myself and my wife stayed here for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon around SE Asia.

From the moment we arrived the service from the staff throughout our stay was exceptional. Hannah (operations manager) was very helpful with arranging things for us and we got very competitive prices. The buffet breakfast in the morning is brilliant and the numerous staff and chefs on hand are very helpful and will make things to specification if desired. The bedrooms are large and the beds larger than super kingsize.

They kindly gave a free set menu meal for an evening at the hotel and the food was superb. I suspect this was because we informed them it was part of the honeymoon.

The distance to the beach and town are less than 8 minutes on bike or a free shuttle ride away.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would stay again.

This place is a real gem. The moment you arrive you are surrounded by friendly faces. The staff will know your name and room number what gives a very welcoming feeling. The check in is very personal and they treat you with fresh juice, snacks and good information about the town, where to eat etc. The decoration of the whole hotel is very stylish and the rooms are beautiful, spacious, quiet and the lighting is very well done. The beds are super comfortable. The whole hotel is very clean. The breakfast is amazing with fresh pressed juices, good quality fresh food (international and Asian) egg station where you can choice your egg any style you want. The staff will help you out in any way they can (for example to rent a motor bike) they will always welcome you back and make a small talk when you see them. The pool is very nice and has comfy beds. The bar at the poolside makes great cocktails and the food is good and reasonable priced. There is really nothing that they can improve on. They have bicycles for free to go to town what is around 10-15 minutes. Hannah: ‘Thank you so much for your welcoming check in, you really are doing a fantastic job’.

Hotel's location is quiet and kind of under-developed but within walking distance, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. Its about 10 mins bicycle ride to the beach. There is also a shuttle bus service to old town.
Being an avid traveller and a food lover who sometimes dislikes hotel food, I am really surprised with the standard of food served in this hotel.
As I stayed in Anio for 3 nights and its Tet (Vietnam CNY) the hotel gave us a free set dinner voucher for 2 pax. We were skeptical initially but Nancy, the staff who checked us in advise about the public holiday and possible closure of many restaurants in town, we may want to consider eating in the hotel on the 1st night. The set dinner was surprisingly good.
With the stays, food are always piping hot, (important for an Asian) and ingredients are fresh and tasty.
Breakfast selection changes and is good too.

Strangely, whenever there are no guests at the restaurant, they tend to off the aircon making the place abit stuffy and hot. I took out my fan and fan myself, and the staff were quick to react, they quickly turn on the ac. Its probably for energy saving but this is the first time I have encountered such.

Next thing to comment on is the spa in this hotel.
The masseuses here are amazingly skilful.
Having visiting some of the best spas in Maldives, Bali, Thailand etc in terms of massage skills, they are possibly the best massages that I had.
We had 2 sessions of massages for 2 days.

As for rooms, I stayed in suite room 406. Room is spacious and overall comfortable.
But the toilet has a bathtub with step and combined standing shower and the design is bad. Whenever we take a bath, the water will flow down the steps and wet the whole toilet. The floor rug that we placed below step in order to avoid slips are always soaking wet. And the step leading to bathtub is homegenous tile, its slippery and may be dangerous if there are older folks or children. Water pressure is also not very strong. Making every bath session awkward and frustrating.

Staffs are mostly friendly and cheerful except for 1 or 2 staffs who are always moody.
Operations manager, Miss Hahn Na whom I highlighted about the bathroom issue was quick to explain how the management is looking into rectifying this matter since it seems like only the suite rooms has that toilet type.

Overall its a happy stay for us and if they upkeep their standards and maintenance of the hotel, I will love to stay here should I visit Hoi An again.

Good morning Ms. Vin.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay at Anio Boutique Hotel in Hoi An! The hotel and facilities exceeded our expectations! There is not one thing that we can think of that would have made our stay any better!

I would like to highlight some of the areas that we think you should know about:
The most impressive for us was the level of service we received from every single staff member/employee! I cannot say enough positive things about the service….from the experience of checking in to checking out everything was exceptional! Your employees are what makes the Anio such a luxurious resort. Everyone (includes all areas – housekeeping, servers, reception, chefs, etc.) were extremely polite and professional. Their efforts to remember details (names, preferences for foods and drinks, concierge, etc.) ensured we felt we were in a ‘high-end/luxurious’ resort.
Your resort is very comfortable and feels intimate and not a large chain type of resort, which we truly value!
The location is fantastic as it is easy access to many parts of Hoi An that we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed using the bicycles to tour around!

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed this hotel. Since it’s not super central, they offer a shuttle to downtown and the beach. The private beach access was comfortable and had showers, although the pickup was miscommunicated so we hired a car to get back. They don’t run the shuttle as often as we would have liked, so we hired a car this time and walked a couple times. We did use it to get home both nights.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. You would have thought they were charging $25 a person, although it is included! The pool was beautiful, the rooms well decorated and the service was wonderful. They arranged airport transfer for $18 USD for pickup and we got our own tour with drop off to get back. We would definitely stay here again and recommend!

What can I say but fabulous. Even before our arrival Hannah was very quick to respond and help us with our questions. One of the warmest welcoming I have ever received on arrival at a hotel and so genuine. A MUST stay if you are looking in this area

The hotel was decorated very nicely and felt lovely and fresh. The rooms were a good size and the pool area great design

The hotel was a little distance from the main area which was what we wanted. Although a 10-15-minute walk or a jump on the complimentary bus and we were where it was all happening.

We used the hotel complimentary bikes to ride to the beach which took about 20 minutes and nice and flat so amazing easy ride

If at any time There was even the slightest comment mentioned about something we were not 100% happy with it was dealt with immediately i.e. we were having trouble sleeping (this had nothing to do with the hotel) and the next thing we know they put atomisers in our room to help us sleep. It was the continual special touches like this that made them stand out

Only 2 very minor niggles were that at breakfast we didn’t have teaspoons for our coffee. Steak was a little tough at dinner but I think this seems quite the norm so cannot necessarily say this was actually down to the chef.

Big shout out to Hannah and Harry who made our stay so welcoming!

We had a fabulous time at the hotel. The location is not central but there is a frequent shuttle, inexpensive taxi if needed and even walked to the old city one day sampling the coffee and food scene along the way.

The hotel had modern furnishings as it was fairly new but most of all the service stood out. The staff was very attentive, eager to go out of their way to make your stay as memorable as possible. For instance, they gladly cared and played with my toddler as my wife and I were serving buffet. Simon went out of his way to build our itinerary and even paying for them in advance as were running late saving us a last minute trip to the ATM which would have led us to cancel the trip.

We’ll be back again.

Excellent customer service from all the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Recommend and helped us on the tours we wanted to do and also arranged taxi pick ups for us to.
The rooms was very nice and spacious we had a great view of the pool side, it was also our anniversary and the hotel kindly set up rose petals and cute elephants made out of the towels.
We felt very happy and comfortable stay with anio boutique hotel the location was very good to 20 min walk or a 2 min taxi ride for 50000 dong (£1.70) into old town.
The food and Vietnamese coffee was delicious to from the hotel

We just returned from a 4 night stay at Anio Boutique Hotel and loved our stay! Generous sized rooms, the best breakfast we had in Vietnam with plenty of variety for both Asians and Westerners which is hard to find in Vietnam as we found other hotels mainly cater only for Asians at breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful as well especially Jasmine in the restaurant and also the girls that work in the Spa. Reception staff also were very helpful booking us a tour with a driver last minute when our tour was cancelled due to all the coronavirus issues. The decor is very nice and the hotel very clean. The only negative was the pool area is a little crowded with day beds and pool tiles a bit slippery but if you are careful you will be ok. There is a shuttle bus that goes regularly into beautiful Hoi an and also to the beach so the location is fine. We really enjoyed our stay!
