We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—you can walk everywhere, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area without needing transportation.
Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and had a breathtaking view of the river, which made our stay even more special. Waking up to such a beautiful scene was a highlight of our trip.
The restaurant offers great food at very reasonable prices, making it easy to enjoy a delicious meal without leaving the hotel. And the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
But the best part of our stay was the amazing staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help in every way possible. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Riverside. We were warmly greeted by Jack who outlined the city of Hoi An on a map for us and gave us restaurant/food recommendations right away. We also received a delicious drink, snack and cold towel upon arrival. The hotel also arranged pick up and drop off from Da-Nang airport for us for a very reasonable cost.
The room was very nice. They decorated the room with a special dessert and swan towels since it was our honeymoon, and upgraded us to a river view suite. Housekeeping always did a nice job keeping the room tidy and came early in the day which was appreciated.
The daily breakfast buffet was excellent with Vietnamese and western options. Sitting outside each morning was a highlight of our stay. This is where we got to know Aimee, who always ensured our stay was perfect.
The rooftop pool is beautiful and you can order food and drinks there to enjoy as well.
The staff in general were all very friendly and helped show us the way to bike to An Bang beach and arranged for our clothing we had tailored to be shipped back to Canada.
The location is about a 7 minute walk from the Old Town so it’s quiet while still being central. We highly recommend this hotel.

My choosing a hotel anywhere is based primarily on location, a room with a view and balcony (if available) and some unique hotel features any hotel offers. Little Riverside Hotel fitted right in. On arrival, I was welcomed with all smiling staff who made me feel like I’ve been there before. My room was nothing less than perfect. It had everything I expected. The furniture setting in colonial style era will make everyone feel like living in the past. The balcony with the entire river view was entertaining as boats with colorful lit lanterns cruised along the river each night. A unique sight to see. On first breakfast, a wonderful general manager of the hotel introduced herself to me and further informed me of the hotel’s history, future events and other Hoi An stories. Thank you Manager! Next day breakfast, a staff noticed my scratchy throat and within minutes a hot ginger tea was on my table. And this personal attention is what makes this hotel special. You feel being looked after. In the end, the hotel’s quiet location being away from the center town’s traffic madness, the river views, its unassuming facade and the all genuine smiles of everyone is what sets this hotel apart from the rest. I wished to have stayed longer but will return in future plans.

We had a great first stay at Littie Riverside , fantastic location by the river , local markets and restaurants , loads of tailors nearby . Had a local supreme next door for all our needs who also did our laundry . All of the team excelled in customer service , and made sure all parts of our stay was amazing . A van and driver took plus to the local beach , 15 mins drive away and picked us up , complimentary , loungers , umbrellas and towel all organized and steadiest/bar at the beach amazing cocktails and food . The gym is yet large with good selection of weights and 2 treadsmills. Does need water station in the gym thou👍 day trip to Bana hills was organized seemlessly wirh a guide and driver , awesome experience . Recommend rug spa , had foot massage / pedicure and shellac paint , fantastic !

This is a lovely hotel on the banks of the Thu Bon River. It's in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Quarter and market area, which you can access along the road just outside the hotel or along the river promenade at the back of the hotel.
There is an indoor and outdoor dining area (as well as on its own boat anchored on the river) and the meals are lovely and plentiful. Breakfast has a good selection of western and local options. If you prefer to eat elsewhere, there are a number of restuarants along the bank of the river just outside the hotel.
Our room overlooked the river and provided a wonderful spectacle, especially at night with a cavalcade of boats all brightly lit with lanterns, taking tourists sightseeing.
The room has a balcony, queen-size bed, fridge, TV, writing desk, a double shelf for luggage, a sofa, large, spacious bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There are plenty of power points in the room, a hair drier and safe, with a user-controllable air conditioner. There's also free coffee/tea facilities and kettle plus two bottles of water replenished daily. A swimming pool on the top floor overlooking the river, and a gym and spa in the basement complete the facilities.
There's also a free shuttle daily to the lovely An Bang beach about ten minutes away. Try and get an early shuttle so you have the choice of staying for as long as possible, as it's a lovely beach with eating and drinking facilities. Also free are bikes for guests to use - if you are game enough!
The best thing about the hotel are the wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. We greatly appreciated the assistance given us by Aimee, Julie, Law, Rose and Jameson. Julie especially provided us with a detialed tourist map and highlighted all the places worth seeing. We strongly recommend a visit to the night markets - and don't leave it to the last night of your stay, as we did!
We would love to be able to return to this lovely hotel and beautiful Hoi An.

We stayed at the hotel for five wonderful nights. The hotel staff is friendly, professional, kind, smiling and will do anything, but everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our room (with a view of the river) was very large with a huge bathroom. The room is very well equipped, pleasant and inviting. The air conditioner is strong, the balcony to the river allows you to lie in front of the river with a drink. Definitely great fun. The location of the hotel is excellent and only hundreds of meters away from the old city. The hotel is highly recommended. Breakfast was a real celebration every morning. A huge and huge variety that included both Western and Vietnamese cuisine. And everything is arranged and prepared in a beautiful and pleasant way. The flavors are rich and intense. Just a celebration.
I would especially like to mention Mrs. Nghia who did above and beyond to make our stay at the hotel pleasant and for that we sincerely thanks.

We arrived at the hotel during a storm late in the afternoon. The staff were warm and welcoming and all safety precautions had been taken to ensure the comfort and care of all the customers. Our room was not one overlooking the river but none the less had a lovely view at the front of the hotel! It was as I had requested a quiet room, spotlessly clean and spacious with a lovely well equipped bathroom. Due to the weather we remained in the hotel and took advantage of the beautifully presented restaurant. We were not disappointed the food was traditional local food fresh, tasty and very resonably priced. Waking after a comfortable nights sleep we went for breakfast which was also of a high standard with plenty of choices, our waitress “Moon” was delightful. The hotel is situated on the river a short stroll from the busy old town just far enough to be peaceful but still close enough for easy access. During our stay we utilised the hotel spa which I highly recommend! The two ladies who gave our massages “Jasmine and Sunny” were well trained and this showed in the amazing treatment we received. We had some lovely cocktails around the spotlessly clean rooftop pool which has amazing views. The entire staff at this hotel are wonderful we were shown how to make lanterns by a young staff member “Jamieson”. And given exceptional service from both “Rose” and “Aimie” who assisted us in helping to book and arrange a day trip as well as give advice on local sights and eateries . After spending eight nights at this hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An and on leaving felt as if I were biding family farewell. The only comment if I were to nit pick would be larger mugs in the rooms (I drink a lot of tea) and drinking glasses would be beneficial. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at little riverside was superb. The location was excellent - situated right on the river and a short 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room could not be faulted. However, the service received here is what made our stay so wonderful with no detail missed. May and Jameson went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. We had the traditional Vietnamese dinner on the hotels private riverfront boat which was a beautiful experience. Our favourite part of our stay was with private cooking class and market tour we completed with brandy and moon. They were so insightful and taught us so much about the local cuisine, whilst enjoying many laughs too. I could not recommended this experience with them more. All of our transfers were organised with ease and efficiency of the laundry service is of great note. I could not recommended little riverside more for anyones stay in Hoi An and we will definitely be back. Thankyou so much!

An great hotel; clean, spacious and good air conditioning. Staff are super friendly and helpful, giving tips about what to do around the area. Views from the rooftop pool are incredible, and location is perfect - a short 5-10min walk into the main centre (careful, the humidity makes this feel longer, so take water). Only small critique would be that the pool bar was often unattended, even during the happy hour but honestly we did not mind and didnt feel like we missed out - just hop in the pool or relax beside it looking out over the river. The breakfast buffet has a good variety and, depending on your package you can special request that the prepare food specifically for you. Make sure you coordinate with them in advanced though, as the are not magicians. This place will be a highlight.

Oh I'm so sorry, but I don't think it does. Surely in this day and age they can offer twin rooms? It might be worth checking with them directly if you haven't already. They respond very quickly to emails
"Hoi An gets very busy after about 4pm with lots of Tourist busses arriving, so take the opportunity to explore the town while the streets are less busy in the mornings."
