We have just returned home after a fabulous two week stay at Hoi An Central Hotel. Staff friendly, warm and helpful, location ideal just on the edge of the Old Town, close to markets, restaurants, shops and taxis. Executive room with balcony and pool view was spacious, quiet and extremely comfortable, a large bathroom and huge shower were great. The public areas of the hotel have a spacious airy feel, with the large central staircase a real feature. Breakfast was extensive with lots of choices, we loved the fresh fruit especially, we also appreciated the fact that on many days we went down near to breakfast finishing and there was still plenty to choose from, with staff keeping plates topped up. The setting and pool area is pretty and inviting and I just loved the hanging pots of colour and also the vibrant green Zanzibar plants in large white pots throughout the hotel. A great little hotel with a big heart.

This was my family's favourite hotel that we stayed in on our Vietnam holiday! There are so many good things about it... Ill try and list a few.
Central location: its so close to the centre of Old Hoian, and so easy to walk anywhere you need. There is great food and shopping all around.
Kind staff: everyone we dealt with was warm and friendly. We felt like we were arriving home every time we walked in the front door. The reception staff always greeted us by name, so I would like to personally thank Kay, Jasmine, Chloe and Tony by name for their hospitality. In addition, the breakfast staff, pool bar staff and house keeping staff were always smiling and friendly. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request we had, and happily made recommendations on things to see and eat. Upon arrival, Kay marked up a map for us with places to visit, places to eat, and places to shop which became our bible for the stay.
Huge room: Our room was 102, which is on the ground floor, right next to the main staircase and opposite reception and the front doors. We feared this would be really noisy, but it wasn't noisy at all. Unfortunately, the view was of a wall opposite but that didn't other us, as it gave us privacy (and we weren't really in the room much). The room was really big and spacious, and impeccably clean. The bathroom was also huge, with a massive walk in shower. It was one of the cleanest bathroom we encountered in Vietnam. The beds were also massive and super comfortable.
Amazing breakfast: we really enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard where breakfast was served every morning. It was a calming and peaceful way to start the day. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and there were a la carte Vietnamese and Western options each morning.
Driver: the hotel also provides a car and driver service, which we used on 2 occasions (both times with the same driver). Our driver was smooth, safe, and courteous on the road, and the car was modern, clean and luxurious. The service was well priced against others and could be charged to our room account. Bikes are also provided free of charge, but we did not have the time to use them... next time!
The only downside of our stay? Their regular driver was unable to pick us up from the airport, so a replacement did so, and managed to drop us at the wrong hotel (but with a similar name) across town, but with a quick phone call to our hotel, they quickly sent him back to collect us, and apologised upon arrival. What more could you ask for?
This hotel is well located, has great staff, great rooms, and importantly is an absolute bargain as well!! Do not hesitate to stay here if you are thinking of visiting Hoian. If we return to Hoian, we will surly be staying here again.

This is our 4th visit to Hoi An but our first stay at Hoian Central Hotel (we stayed 10 nights). And what a find this was. The locations is fantastic, just one block from the start of Old Town. Check the room rates, this hotel is a bargain!
The hotel is lovely and the rooms are VERY spacious and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were also quite large. Some executive rooms have a bath/shower combined. Most rooms have a large shower. The entire hotel was spotless.
Buffet breakfast was plentiful and all you could ask for. Eggs are cooked to your liking and the noodles of the day are brought out hot to order.
The pool area was really great and never crowded. The attentive staff were always on hand with towels and a complimentary cold fruit juice.
The staff at this hotel were amazing and so helpful. Thank you to Rossie, Jasmine, Chloe and Iris, the porters (Mr Ti & Mr Tu), the breakfast staff and chef and all the staff at the hotel. They could not do any more to make us feel welcome and happy.
We look forward to our next visit to Hoian and we definitely will stay at Hoian Central again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing in the old town. They serve a lovely breakfast both European and Asian style in the garden, next to the pool. Staff, only names known of ladies Chloe and Kay, were most welcoming to us and did everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. When my husband felt sick they even organized him a healing rice-porridge 🌷and fresh ginger tea. Hospitality in CAPITALS!

My stay was great overall. The hotel is in a good location. The check in process was very smooth and and the staff was friendly. They brought out cool, wet towels and a drink when we first arrived. They offer a breakfast buffet in the morning, but we didn't partake in it so I cannot comment on that. There is no room service, but we used Grab to order a late night snack for delivery. The check out process was okay as well. However, the front desk receptionist inspected the room when we were checking out and after she came out she asked us twice if we took a laundry bag from the room. We didn't recall seeing a laundry bag in the room to begin with and we packed our own laundry bag anyways. It just made me feel a little uncomfortable, but she said she would check the room again. Aside from that, everything was great.

I chose the hotel based on the reviews and so glad I did. It is lovely in every way. We took advantage of the hotel airport pickup which set the tone immediately, calm and efficient. A small hotel in the Old Town of Hoian where you can just step out the door and turn left and you are right in it. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. We had a room on the front with a balcony overlooking the street because we like to watch the world go by but if you want a quieter room choose a room with a pool or garden view. The room was beautiful with a wet room and the most comfortable bed. Breakfast choice was excellent with local and western options all served by the pool. I just loved the intimate feel of this hotel. It’s was a joy to be greeted by Rosie at breakfast and Jasmine on reception. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

This is our 6th visit to Hoi An and our second stay at Hoian Central Hotel (3 couples stayed 10 nights). The location is fantastic, just one block from the start of Old Town. Check the room rates, this hotel is a bargain!
The hotel is lovely and the rooms are VERY spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were also quite large. Some executive rooms have a bath/shower combined. Most rooms have a large walk in shower. The entire hotel was spotless.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable which is most important. The hotel staff shocked us upon arrival when they notified us that back when we made our reservation, it was a higher rate and they were reducing the rate for us. In all my travels I’ve never had a hotel do that voluntarily so thank you. We thought the hotels location was perfect for our stay.
They also coordinated sending laundry out for us that was back the next day. Sadly it rained most of us stay so we couldn’t take advantage of the pool. They also offer bikes for guest use around town.
The area that could use improvement for us was the breakfast…the location it is served and the food itself left us opting to going out for breakfast each day.

We have just come home after a wonderful stay at the Hoi an Central Hotel. This small hotel just a short walk from Old Town is a real gem. We stayed in two rooms during our stay, because we loved Hoi an and this hotel so much we extended our stay for a extra night. Both rooms were large well laid out with good size bathrooms and balconies. Breakfast was very good and plenty of variety for our 5 night stay, and the breakfast area is a delight, a lovey relaxing way to start the day. I think that the real asset of this hotel is the staff. You will receive better service here than at many 5 star hotels. Jasmine and the other ladies on reception, the Breakfast staff, Porters and Cleaning Staff, are all very well trained and amazing, and a big thanks for the lovely bunch of flowers, that were given to me for my Birthday. We look forward to our next stay at the Hoi an Central.

I never write reviews of anything, but this hotel deserves it. The location is fantastic, you’re right in the Old Town and can easily walk to the riverside for the evening to enjoy the delights of Hoi An. If you’re looking for a day at the beach, the hotel will lend you bicycles for free and you can get there in 15 (there’s a cycle path when you get to the main road on the way to the beach so it’s not as scary as we thought!).
The staff are so so lovely - Rosie on the front desk in particular was fantastic and made sure our stay was as wonderful as it could be. She was helpful with recommendations and generally brightened our day with how kind and attentive she was.
There’s a beautiful pool which is immaculately kept and very clean. The pool is so zen and you can chill out in this sanctuary in the middle of the town! They provide towels for the pool which they’ll also loan you to go to the beach - super handy and generous.
The rooms are lovely and spacious and are kept beautifully by friendly staff. The beds are comfortable, clean and a decent size. The bathrooms are great with rain showers, also kept very clean.
I can’t recommend this place enough.
