Best experience upon reaching the hotel until our last stay. Not only were they professional in handling our difficulty (disability issue), the staffs and manager has been so gracious meeting our requests.
We felt comfortable moving around the room because it's one of most spacious room for the price we paid. And the room has a traditional setting yet looks bright and clean.
Strategic location to shops around the area. Otherwise, we would just order our meal next to the pool area surrounded by luscious greens.

Picturesque hotel at a very affordable price. Stayed for 3 nights and had the buffet breakfast daily which was always well catered for and delicious. We didn’t get to eat dinner at the hotel but others in the group told us it was fantastic. We had a very reasonably priced massage at the hotel and enjoyed sipping cocktails and beer by the pool. The staff were very friendly and ready to help if needed. The hotel is conveniently located near the old market with a 15 minute walk or quick taxi ride. I would happily book this hotel again and have recommended it to family and friends.

We stayed 3 nights at the Rosemary Boutique Hotel. Its location is not too far from town, a quick cab ride or a half hour walk depending on weather. You can hire a bike as well. Check-in was easy and staff very accommodating and friendly. Food at this hotel was lovely. Although, I highly recommend a meal at Bale Well in town. Overall, a great place to stay in Hoi An.

Beautiful hotel hotel with really attentive staff. Location is good with a 20-minute walk to the old town or a 4 minute drive with an electric car, which the hotel staff arranges with a smile. Breakfast is excellent with great variety, mixed of western and Eastern cuisine. The only downside is that the rooms can use some finishing touches here and there, although the cleanliness is top noch. I can really recommend this hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is really lovely, the rooms are large and tastefully decorated with a lovely view of the city and down to the swimming pool. Here is clean, and here is all that is needed. The staff is really cute, smiling and helpful.
It is located a little outside the old town, but it is only a plus, because there is not so much noise here in the evening.
Several restaurants within walking distance and a small mini-market.
Will would love to live here again.

This boutique hotel is lovely with many helpful front desk staff. Phong has been particularly helpful with recommendations and helping us arrange rides. The rooms while a bit dated are spacious with everything you need. The bathroom setup is ideal for getting your own room or as a couple. Fortunately we each got our own room, so it’s not an issue for us. The hotel is just a short Grab ride away from the old town, or about a 20m walk, so you are away from the hustle bustle, the crowds and the noise. The included breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area was very lovely. The staff did a very thorough cleaning job of the room and always replaced the towels. Buffet breakfast was well stocked with chefs making fresh pancakes and eggs. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is a gem. Very relaxed atmosphere but with friendly and attentive staff. There are friendly greetings at all times of the day and night and the staff are willing and able to assist in any way they can. Front of house, Phuong is particularly helpful and I have not had a more helpful person anywhere that we have travelled Worldwide. Her staff could not be faulted and the service is first class. There is a nice pool to relax in and the food is delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hoi An. Madame Chou is a most gracious hostess.

There are a few bars and some good restaurants nearby but many more in Hoi Ann centre which is a 20 min easy walk or a very short and very cheap taxi ride. Also the hotel offers a courtesy bus to the town centre but I can't remember how frequent it is.
