Very nice hotel. The rooms are big and very clean, calm and peaceful. The bed is cozy. You can sleep and rest at anytime of the day. The breakfast is a bit poor for a 5 star hotel but ok. The service à la carte is very slow but the food is tasty. The lebanese restaurant is very nice too

One of the best hotels I visited this vacation I call it a Final destination to happiness, when you reach the front office, you will be welcomed by Lizeth from reception who will meet and complete your check-in process with an angel smile, Just to add an amazing f&b restaurant manager named pibin who will meet and greet you in the return with a shining smile ,,, he is doing tremendous and recognizable work in leverage the level of hospitality in the restaurant to 7 stars place service, also the captain Youssif and their team what an amazing personality and what a way they treated my kids the loved them, Can't leave without remembering also the health club manager Ibrahim who is demonstrating how the service was provided to kings and queens of Egypt a thousand of years ago, he excels in he does and promote the service to a different level with love and compassion explained to us where to go and discover the city . Last but not least, I haven't eaten in heaven as I am still on earth but I have tried what I can call a meal from heaven, prepared and served by the master Chef and his team as well chef Bilal, I call him the Chef of happiness because each bite from the food he prepared with his team take your breath away and draw a smile on your face that lasts forever. All the happy time is well planned and managed by Pibin and Youssef their fingerprints are almost everywhere in the hotel, Special thanks to the general manager who is creating this great environment. Super accommodating the all staff, nice view, very neat and comfortable rooms. The food was good. The pool was clean also the jacuzzi. Very relaxing the place and the ambiance. Super attentive the staff.

Mr Hussam, the front desk manager and the duty manager, shouted on me when I asked for his help for a situation happen between me and another person was staying with another guest. this person was not registered on the system. Mr. Hussam refused to offer help even if the person is not registered on the system, he just stood away from taking responsibility for such a case. when asking for a specific item from the House keeping it takes for ever to deliver it to my room. there were a noisy sound coming from the internal pipelines in the wall, I couldn't sleep for the last three nights, as the engineering team didn't solve the problem. Breakfast was very good, swimming pool is nice too.
