The way Mr. Krishna & Mr.Ibrahim and team handled everything from taking our booking to our special requests was something that you wouldn't get from any other hotel. They made sure that the food was fresh and heated, they accomodated almost all out requests and had to say that Chef Sushil's food was out of this world. I 100% give my full reference to Mercure Grand. Its an amazing place for family with some amazing staff.

I wanted to ride a bike in the Hafeet mountain and enjoy sunset and sunrise from the top Mercure has a great location for this and view from the balcony is magnificent all the time morning, day, and night Welcoming team starts from Hotel Manager Ibrahim who personally take care of guest comfort. Thank you Rooms are very clean, food delicious, I had to extend for longer as I did not want to leave 🤍

Starting off with location, the view ( especially city lights at night) and the recreation facilities they have is unremarkable. We had beautiful stay for which I have to mention Hussam (I suppose I spelled his name correctly) from the front desk and Suraj from housekeeping for their hospitality. The only thing is guests next door had kids who were noisy at night but property being fully booked we couldn’t shift to a quite room which is understandable.

First time to travel to Jebel Hafeet and we found this beautiful mountain hotel. It was great experience to drive up to the hotel. The hotel offers many facilities you can do with your kids from the mini golf, playground area, kids' splash pool, kid's slide pool and the main pool. However, they have limited selection for the breakfast buffet. During the evening, you can see a really beautiful view from your room's balcony. I recommend you to book for higher floor. Good value of money Good facilities Good room (though a bit old but they are clean) Average staff friendliness (can't really feel their hospitality)
