I'm not recommended this hotel as they have the worst staff as I was setting in the smoking area and the security push me out because their a wedding party is going on and I'm setting infront of the laddies gate so what my mistake if I'm in the right place why the hotel didn't put a sign board not allowed to set here or removed the bench instead of treated me in this way. Also the hotel is so old without a proper maintenance the safe box in my room was locked and not working , the house keeping is so lazy and if you didn't call no one will come , all security staff are so rude really it was a worst holiday for me so I'm strongly not recommended this hotel for even a single day
Last minute my family and some group of friends decided to drove all the way to Al Ain to spend the holiday and get away from busy life in Dubai. I called the reservation team and assisted by Kranti. He gave me the best deal as we booked 4 rooms with breakfast. We requested for early check in and he manage to book us the same floor / connected rooms as requested. He constantly updating me on the way to Al Ain and that’s a plus knowing how busy this season were. We never had this kind of assistance from any hotel that weve been and Kranti’s service was exceptional. In the reception, Sheila assisted us greeted with beautiful smile, even the guy who assist us with our valet and luggage were amazing. The rooms were outdated but its huge and clean (Huge balcony is additional surprise for us) The room service were fast and they always greeted you with genuine smile whenever pass them. The pool was crowded (given its a holiday) but our kids had their best time in the water, there’s a lot of life guards everywhere to ensure the safety of the guests. Overall, we had a great time. My family and friends love the hotel and were not disappointed with the facility and service. We had the breakfast, less option but very tasty. Thank you Danat team for making our holiday a memorable one. We will surely comeback on out next trip to Al Ain.…
We were three families who spent 3 nights at the resort. The resort manager organised a good half board package. The Arabesque restaurant organised my daughters birthday party.. Staff were very courteous and cooperative inspite of the Eid rush. Great ambience for family.
It was a Wonderful experience restful stay we had a birthday party as well and it was well organised. The pools the water through jacuzzi the food the rooms qnd the beds were incredible I enjoyed immensely. The best staycation ever i loved it so much.
One of the worst hotels I have stayed-in over the years. The room air conditioning takes about 3-4 hours to cool. I set the thermostat to 18 deg but it would not cool below 22 and it was still warm. The kettle wasn't functioning and we had to get another one. The breakfast buffet was a mess and the food selection was not really great. On the positive side, the pool looked very nice especially for kids. Gym was acceptable. A few good restaurants on site. Arabesque breakfast was continental and Indian food. All the reception cared was my review. So here it is!
