The Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel garners high marks for its attentive service and inviting atmosphere, making it a hit for those seeking a luxurious and serene experience. Guests consistently laud the cleanliness of the establishment, citing spick-and-span rooms and facilities. The hotel also stands out for its value, with affordable dining and family-friendly accommodations.
Its amenities, including diverse dining options and recreational facilities like a pool and beach access, receive frequent praise. The location is celebrated for its convenience to local attractions and the beach, though it may be a bit removed from Dubai. While the rooms are generally admired for their space and upkeep, a few guests note occasional noise and dated features.

We were at the hotel from October 9 to October 16, flying from St. Petersburg Flydubai, we arrived at the 2nd terminal, it is small, we went through passport control and baggage claim very quickly, we were at the hotel around 10 am. There are Russian-speaking girls and young men at the reception, they gave us cards for towels and showed us where we could change clothes, and we left our suitcases in the luggage room. The room was said to be around 15, but by the time we changed clothes and drank coffee, the room was already ready, but we didn’t waste time and went to the beach. There are a lot of people in the hotel, 99% are Russians, mainly from the regions, there are a lot of pensioners, almost all of the sunbeds are occupied, but around 12 many go for lunch and rest and there are a lot of free sunbeds. The room was a large deluxe, side sea view with a large balcony, which was always closed due to the intense heat, 38 every day. The room is old, the towels and bed linen are decent, the bathroom has soap accessories, slippers, bathrobes, a real hairdryer, there are 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator, they added them every day, a kettle and coffee, tea was also added. We took meals for breakfast and dinner, which we changed for lunch when we went on an excursion to Dubai, which we purchased at the agency opposite the hotel from Alexey, the price of which was much cheaper than that of the guide. The excursion was conducted by Alsou, we had a wonderful, unforgettable day, I recommend it. As for food at the hotel, the choice is small, but there is something to take in and you don’t have to circle around with a plate in the throes of choice. There is no animation in the hotel, there is music playing by the pool. Opposite the hotel there is a market with souvenirs, food, etc., there is even buckwheat, the employees already understand Russian, pay with a Gazprombank card. If you leave the hotel and turn left, in the evening you can walk along the small embankment around the canal; I don’t recommend local shops with consumer goods, especially Lulu’s, which many people write about in reviews. Overall the hotel is not bad, a big plus is that it is right on the sea. The beach is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, there are no young people in the hotel, who wants fun and expensive richness, then in the Emirates these are hotels in a completely different price category, this is not Turkey to which everyone is accustomed, but for 5-6 days during the cold season in Russia the best then a holiday at sea and a couple of excursions. We liked it and were satisfied with our holiday

We had a hitch with the tour operator and were sent here instead of the hotel in Sharjah. My mother and I have no regrets! Great tranquil hotel with beautiful beach! Checked us in a couple of hours early, we were lucky, this is not always the case, because there are very many people and there are not always rooms available. Waiting in multiple zones. There are always fresh flowers in the lobby! For the first 3 days we were in a room on the second floor with access to a huge terrace, other days on the sixth floor with a view of the mosque, heard but tolerated. Sign up for shuttles to shopping malls immediately!! We drove twice to the Ajman city centre and once to Dubai mall in 12 days (the last one spends almost all day, someone goes there to pick up certain brands, we personally scoured the whole area, found the entrance to the courtyard and watched the evening show with all the famous fountains). The hotel has pleasant staff (2 people spoke Russian), always help and explain. Mohamed and Allah went to our meeting in case of problems in paying for the hotel by our tour operator, very grateful to them for this! The restaurant on the ground floor is great for me (I'm not choosy), the staff is always smiley and open, the kitchen is quite varied (which is not the case with fruit), but there are always plenty of vegetables and different greens, always a vase with a flower in the water on the table. Children that at lunch, that at breakfast you can always choose and find different food. Not all soups, but I liked👍 At breakfast in the coffee glass we always took nuts and dates with us. We had breakfast and lunch included, but if we were going on excursions or to Dubai Mall on the Châtelet, we would always make concessions and swap lunch for dinner👍 During our visit in the lobby, the restaurant staff, together with the children and some adults, prepared a Christmas cupcake (a kind of stollen), which is aged under special conditions and served for Christmas to all customers! Recording video. The hotel is non-alcoholic, but if you need to, the alcohol store is very close ... you leave the hotel to the left ... through 2 hotels you need to go a little deeper, people go there a lot, you can find. At the hotel, we asked for a corkscrew, they brought it to our room and even opened the wine ourselves. The cleaning is daily, quality, everything always changed, the bathrobes forgot to hang up in the first three days, and we didn't even pay attention, so we have to talk. Shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner were always in plenty. The iron was brought on request. Just as you're getting off to the right, across the street at traffic lights and a little to the left of the fish restaurant is the Sail tour company. The tours are cheaper, the inclusion in the tour is greater than many we talked to. Besides, Tatiana will always tell you what and where best to buy with gifts and in general.
CONS: no dryers and towel dryers, having 2 swimwear, not always drying the linen

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveller reviews.
The hotel is more like a 4-star rather than a 5-star. Room: It had a musty, stale smell, mixed with the odor of the toilet. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor. The size and cleanliness of the room were fine, but the bathroom needs renovation. Restaurant - food: The quality and variety of the food were average, nothing special. Unfortunately, the utensils used for serving the food were not replaced or kept clean, making the spoons dirty and unpleasant. The cleanliness of the tables in the restaurant was average. They are only disinfected when management is inspecting. The chairs are often wet because people sit on them in wet swimsuits, and no one addresses this. Asian restaurant: Excellent service, tasty food. We had to book a table three days in advance, as the receptionist claimed it was fully booked, but the restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. Reception: We arrived at 14:00. We had booked two rooms, but only one was ready, and we had to wait three hours for the other. We did not receive any welcome drinks or refreshing towels, although some other guests did. We requested a room change, but the receptionist was incompetent. However, the male manager at the reception was always helpful, and he deserves the highest praise. Rest: It is impossible to rest or sleep in this hotel, either day or night, due to constant noise from a nearby construction site. The machinery operates 24/7. Russian children are constantly screaming and yelling. Beach and pool: The pool is mainly used by children, making it unsuitable for relaxation. The beach and sunbeds are neglected and dirty. Massage: Overpriced. The atmosphere and setting are beautiful, but the service is amateurish, and the masseuse lacked skill. Guests: 95% of the guests are Russian. Other nationalities are rarely seen. As is typical of Russians, they reserve the sunbeds early in the morning and do not use them all day. They touch all the food, including bread, and then put it back on the trays. They exploit and look down on the staff and do not know words like "thank you" or "please." In summary, I would only recommend this hotel to Russian families who can tolerate the noise and enjoy an average 4-star experience. We will not return, that's for sure!

And the good thing is the Persian Gulf, the presence of sunbeds in the shade and an open horizon line, but the beach area is small, sunbeds need to be occupied at 7-00 in the morning, some Russians take them in the evening on the first line of the beach. Small rooms, no animation of any kind, no territory either. We rested during the November holidays 2023 in this hotel with a child, expectations and reality did not coincide, especially since there are a lot of good reviews about this hotel. Everything is in order, we arrived at the hotel at 9-00 in the morning, checked in at 14-00 with no options, the room is small (418 if anything), everything is old, the doors in the closet do not close, no bathrobes, no hairdryer, iron on request, adapter for socket There was one in the room, the rest were brought upon request. Meals are 50/50, there are not many dishes, there is a grill, not every day, fish in batter or marinated, 2 times there were shrimp and squid in marinade. for children there is mainly pasta, potatoes, meat mainly with spices, soups are tasteless, the waiters do not serve. Well, this is probably the most unpleasant thing we encountered for the first time, especially in the UAE. I was told that such things happen in low-quality hotels, but not in the Emirates. At the beginning there was cleaning every day, on the 3rd day they forgot to put a bath towel, and that was a warning sign that something was wrong, the next day we were on the beach all day, periodically coming to the room, there was no cleaning all day when It got dark outside, at about 18-00, we went up to the room to change clothes for dinner and at that time we had cleaning, Roomboy was just cleaning the bathroom. We entered the room and did not interfere; he quickly began to finish everything and left, leaving the garbage not taken out of the room. After that, I went into the bathroom and saw that there were no towels provided again. There was a strong smell of chemicals in the bathroom, I just couldn’t breathe + it didn’t flush the toilet, that is, traces of detergent were obvious, at that moment I looked at our toothbrushes, and they were wet and the foam from the detergent was clearly visible on the dark bristles and There was a very strong smell of chemicals. As they explained to me, due to the lack of daily tips, the toilet can be washed with the toothbrushes of the person living in the room. I also noticed that there is no toilet brush in the bathroom)). When contacting the administration, there was no strong surprise on their faces and the hotel manager said that there was no 100% evidence, so I could not file a complaint, and there was no apology. The holiday at this hotel was very spoiled and left a negative impression because of this incident and the attitude of the staff. In the remaining days, I did not ask for cleaning to be done, only to change the towels in my presence. I usually leave a tip for the staff at the end of the holiday and that's normal. Advice to those who want to visit this hotel - leave a tip every day and for the cleaning staff. BE SURE to put away personal hygiene products.

We were there in late March early April. I liked the hotel. Very friendly staff, they are attentive to everything. And the room was cleaned every day, and bed linen was changed daily, water and cosmetics were replenished. Room 305 with a balcony (we were originally booked on the 6th floor without a balcony, but were changed without any money). The food is not super-super, but there was enough meat, white fish, and seafood. Baked beef and lamb lulakebab are especially delicious. Desserts are mainly biscuits and jelly, cheesecake, very tasty. Among fruits, sweet pineapple, watermelon and melons are not very sweet. Well, apples and oranges. Thank you for your concern Reza, Kim, Khalid, Atta. Always friendly. The beach is small, but there is a comfortable, gentle entrance; the guys are constantly cleaning, sweeping, and washing things. There were enough icebreakers. The adapter was provided upon request.

We vacationed at Bahi Ajman palace hotel in April 2024 with our family. Upon arrival on April 5, the girls at the reception received us very kindly and helped us with check-in. Everything about the hotel is great - the rooms, the beach, the sea, the service. Food!!!! Mmmm - this is a separate topic, thank you very much to the chefs who made our vacation very tasty!!! Much attention is paid to the little things, the sun loungers are cleaned and washed, beautifully arranged, the grass is watered, and trash is constantly removed. The rooms are excellent, luxurious bathrooms, comfortable mattresses and pillows, snow-white linen, high-quality cosmetics, bottled water, everything is replenished in a timely manner. Cleaning is good! The area is small, but there was enough space for everyone - in the sun and under umbrellas and in the shade created by the hotel building. The hotel has an excellent gym and sauna with jacuzzi, spa services. I would like to pay special attention to the staff - everyone is always smiling and responsive, I especially liked the work of the waiters Reza and Bilal. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception - this is important!!!! We were helped by Nodirbek, Hajar and a Russian-speaking young man in a suit, on the same shift, I didn’t write down his name. There are lifeguards working on the beach and by the pool, we saw Prem’s work with our own eyes - the person’s reaction is lightning fast!!! We turned out to be restless tourists, but not a single issue was left unattended and resolved. I highly recommend the hotel!!!! Don't hesitate, buy tickets and enjoy your vacation!!!! For a complete experience, take rooms with sea views👍👍👍👍 On excursions. Before meeting with the hotel guide, go to the agency across the road with a red sign, see Tatyana, check the prices and the main content of the excursions. We took three excursions there, very responsible attitude towards customers and reasonable prices! Prosperity to the hotel and health to those who made our vacation amazing!!! With gratitude and deep respect, guests from rooms 510 and 610.

It was an unforgettable vacation, I did not regret at all that I chose this hotel. As for food: there is a lot of food, I took breakfast, lunch and dinner, however, given that the breakfasts here are good, I could only take breakfast and dinner. For breakfast there was always fresh vegetables, fruits, yoghurts, freshly squeezed orange or watermelon juice, carbonated drinks, concentrated juices and water, tea, coffee, pasta, omelet, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, vegetable stew, breakfast cereals, halva and dried fruits . For lunch and dinner there were always two types of soup and, among other things, dorado fish, shrimp either in a salad or in a stew. As for the location, the hotel is located on the shores of the Persian Gulf, with its own sandy beach. Not far from the hotel there is an alcohol market with prices below duty free... The city has a fish market where they can cook seafood, and a gold market where you can buy jewelry, usually 750 gold. In the department, the service is 100 points: the room is cleaned daily: with a change of bed sheets and towels, no need to throw them on the floor, if the towel is wet or dirty, they change it themselves, the room has an electric kettle, tea and coffee. And by transfer: every day you can get to Dubai and back to the hotel by bus, which is provided by the hotel.

The hotel is suitable for quiet relaxation. Very smooth entry into the water, gentle waves, there are swimming pools, including for babies. The beach is sandy, there are plenty of sunbeds. The rooms are perfectly air-conditioned. Cleaning's daily, all clear. The restaurant is open at a convenient time and there is a pool bar. The food is pretty good. Convenient for those who adhere to the principles of healthy eating - almost always there are many vegetable salads, vegetable slices, rice, broths, fruit. Dubai is 40-50 minutes away. Opposite the hotel is the excellent tourist office Sail. Many excursions, often cheaper than guides. Free shuttles are available from the hotel to shopping complexes such as Dubai Mall, Ajman Center, Safari Center.

We rested in September 2024. If you are planning a holiday at this time of year, pay attention to the weather - very hot, day and evening stuffy (sea - warm bath and air - sauna). As for the hotel staff - everyone and everything tries to make the guest as polite and helpful as possible! There is not as much food as in Turkish hotels, but you will not stay hungry, there are specific dishes with national spices, but in general the food is delicious. I want to highlight the work of the waiters - both boys and girls work quickly, help with tea and coffee, prompt for food (inscriptions in English, sometimes it is difficult to understand what the dish is). The Russian-speaking girl in the restaurant, unfortunately, is only one, Reza, she tries to help everyone whenever possible, and despite her fatigue, which she hides behind a smile, is always polite, open and sympathetic. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is good, soft white sand, it is very good to relax with children. There are enough sunbeds for everyone, I would like more umbrellas or canopies. The towels are clean and warm. There are lifeguards by the pool and on the beach all day! In the morning, all pools are cleaned with a special vacuum cleaner. Rooms are spacious, cleaning and changing of towels every day, hygiene kits and water are replenished daily. Of the wishes - more Russian-speaking employees, as 80% of the vacationers are Russian-speaking citizens, unfortunately not proficient in English, much less Arabic. At the moment there is construction on the waterfront outside the hotel, so there is nowhere to walk in the evening.

We rode in a big company, all three rooms were clean, cleaned daily, brought tea, water, very soft comfortable mattresses, big beds, furniture intact, you can see they are watching this. The cafe fed beautifully, the food was fresh, varied, lots of pastries, juices. There's a nuance that for small children there's no milky porridge, let's say, and most dishes are peppery. All the staff are very friendly, nice environment! The beach and swimming pools are clean, cleaned daily, nice comfortable sunbeds. I would like some music in the evenings, but not critically, it turned out to be a quiet rest without too much noise. We'd love to come again, I recommend!
