Just come back from a sports tour with my son and his friend, along with a large group.
The hotel staff were all absolutely fantastic and really couldn't do enough for us, from Mr. Marin in the restaurant to the pool guys and bar staff, absolute credit to your brand.
More of a business hotel than a family hotel, which worked well for us, as the pool was very quiet, well it was till the kids arrived into it.
Food was very good and a reasonable rotation from an established theme. Pool towels were provided and poolside service was also there with quality polycarbonates to drink from, all being charged back to the room for ease.
I used the spa and although quite a basic setting, the therapist was very skilled and provided a great treatment.
The recent table tennis table and foosball were welcomed by the kids, as was the pool table, with its wall call button for drinks.
Our location was ideal for the cricket tour we were on, but I would look elsewhere if it was a family for a week, a weekend would be ideal if you want somewhere quiet for the kids to chill.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the rollaway beds are only good for a young child.

It was my 1st ever visit to this Radisson property located in Ajman,United Arab Emirates.
Location:Its just behind Ajman City Centre Mall.
Check In : It was smooth & they were completely following COVID19 measures Mask & Gloves available at entrance & sanitizers are available all over the hotel even in the lifts.
Concierge: Mr.Shahzad at concierge was always there for all my needs thanks to him.
Reception : If you want to know the true meaning of Guest service & hospitality you just need to meet Mr.Simo the on Duty manager at the reception.He was always there for any help during my stay.Thanks to him aswell
Room : The rooms are Quite spacious with all the amenities you need & for any extra services just need to Press 0 on the phone & the house keeping staff will be much happier to assist you ASAP.
Pool : The pool area is quite huge & the pool depth is till 1.8M which is quite deep & good for pro swimmers.Kids pool & Jacuzzi is also there with lots of sun loungers aswell.
Breakfast : Breakfast was not fully operational but it was half buffet & half Al a carte.But no doubt what ever we ordered from the Al a Carte menu was delicious from Pancakes to sausages,Hashbrowns,Omelet,Fresh crossiants,Fresh Orange&Watermelon juice,selection of freshly cut fruits.
The only thing I would suggest improvement in was the Cappuccino it was not upto the mark.
I would specially like to Thank-you Mr.Naryan who made sure that we get everything we need while enjoying our breakfast.
At the end I would like to Thank-you everyone at Radisson Blu Ajman(Castle)for making our stay memorable.

Despite some attitude & poor check in skills during check in from the nepali lady, everything was generally very good. I checked in at around 8 pm and tired from a long journey. I asked what sort of room I would be getting, she said a good room. Err ok, usually the response is a bit more elaborate so that if I feel it doesn't suit me, I can change it at the spot. It wasn't a good room. I was on the side facing the next door building wall and faraway from the elevator. Has she asked my preferences other than smoking or non, I would've said near the elevator if possible.
I asked about restaurants for dinner but she didn't bother to suggest making me a reservation.
The hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable but not the best mattress. They should also have two types of pillows on the bed like they other similarly-graded hotel. A soft pair and a firm pair. The bed had 4 very soft pillows that I don't prefer. Also, until 10 am, food put it by guests the night before was still in the hall way.
Also, they don't make it clear but they charge extra money if you order room service. To cover costs they write? But we've paid the premium to stay at a radisson hotel.
Toiletries were more 2 star hotel quality. I had to ask for a toothbrush.
I expect better from a Radisson property, or lower the prices by 35% to match the experience.

Your candid feedback is much appreciated and certainly gives us an opportunity to look back and fine tune the areas you feel that we did not meet your expectations. Due to the hotel being completely full unfortunately my colleague wasn't able to offer other alternative rooms on arrival but we have noted your preferences for your future arrival if given an opportunity. All our rooms have 2 types of pillows which include the soft and a slightly firm one but I understand that both were soft for you. We do also have more firm pillow available on request which is the same with dental kit which along with the other toiletries are of high quality and used all across the globe. Our newly designed room service food and beverage menu and rates are very competitive amongst all 5* hotels and offer a good variety as well. Not sure which hotels you're comparing the hotel rates with but I can assure you that we are way competitive with our prices compared to other 5 star hotels in Ajman. Had a great time here during the winter break of the kids. The pool was perfect to relax and sip some great cocktails and order food.
We tried the Italian restaurant for dinner and it was super. Very homely atmosphere and very friendly front desk staff who go out of their way to help, suggest and assist.
The cleanliness was very high due to the pandemic and we felt very comfortable and safe in the hotel.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city with Ajman City Center at a stones throw.
The building gives the impression of a palace and is nothing less than one from inside.
The real gems are the well trained and professional staff from reception to restaurants, to pool and special mention to room cleaners.
The rooms are spotless and give you the homely atmosphere considering all hygiene practices.
The food was good too along with the relaxing pool experience.
The parking is slightly difficult at the entrance but there is a shaded parking area at a short distance.
Great stay, great staff, very well trained and managed.

I am now on my second long term stay in this hotel, the staff are amazing and the rooms are very comfartble like staying at home only in the UAE, the local jazz bar has the friendlies guy you will ever meet Ali he will make you laugh and serve whatever you like, a beer or a crazy cocktail. The only thing I miss is manoj he was the number one mixologist, always making you feel welcome, it always felt like coming into the bar as its your first time after many weeks staying here, . I hope he can travel soon I and a lot of colleagues miss him, if traveling to this area I highly recommend the hotel.

If you plan to stay in Ajman, this would be the best choice in town.
The location is ideal for peacefulness as it is away from the hustling and buzzling of vehicles. To go Dubai, just use the E11 Highway nearby, very convenient.
Room is big and clean with daily housekeeping c/w complementary bottled water.
Amenities opposite the hotel is a provision shop and don’t forget to try the famous Karak Tea (a big cup cost 2dhs only). Across the street there is Ajman City Centre (shopping centre with Carrefour Hypermarket, fast food and slow food eateries, Mothercare, electronic shop, leather repair shop)..too much good stuffs to write, go figure out yourself.
The staffs are VERY accommodating, helpful and friendly (let me name a few, my special thanks to Jane, Flora, Sonam, Narayan, Anim, Nanatte, Mary, Anesh, Fateesh, Shabbir, Joy and rest of them) they will NEVER turn you down. Radisson Blu Ajman shines like a jewel, because their staffs are amazing. GOOD JOB..!!
