I am staying in the Zorlu Grand Hotel from last Thursday. I am very satisfied with the great service of the stuff and with the room itself. Firstly the hotel is very central everything is very accessible :shopping centres, restaurants supermarkets and change money services . It's very nice to have everything so close to you when you are on vacation. The hotel itself is very clean the room is large and the bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is also very comfortable. I ordered some dishes from room service and it was very tasty and not expensive at all. The staff in the reception are very good and take care of everything that I requested like printing my flying ticket back to Israel and connecting the private hospital for the covid test for my flight. It's very important to have a staff like this and it really gave me a sense of security. I would definitely come back to this hotel again if I'll travel to Trabzon again.

Very centrally located in the middle of the city, a few hundred yards from the beach.
The public lounge is very dark, like a nightclub even during daylight.

Advertising on the website, claims to be a five star hotel, But I really wouldn't give it at most 2 stars. Since the quality of the furniture aré really bad, the mattress in the suites Is very bad you fill like a water mattress. I spoke with the manager and she tell me there are new mattress, and I make a claim because I paid a 5 stars hotel like they advertising in there own website and she answer me do what you want, I do not care about. Better look another place to stay and do not throw away your money, nor fall into deception.

The location is great.. it’s in the center of everything with many shops, banks, restaurants and more around. You don’t need to use transportation. The staff are attentive especially Mr. Emir Bal at reception. The hotel and reception lobby area look nice with a cafe on site.
However, the hotel is 25+ years old & the room is small with old furniture that needs renovation immediately. The breakfast is so basic it’s not at all a 5 stars hotel. I got bitten by mosquitos in the room and that was bizarre when no window were opened!
Hence the price is so high for this hotel.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The parking garage is very confusing, however. We did eventually find it underground. The hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking drivers to the local sites like Sumela Monastery. It was a wonderful stay!

Amazing location indeed, you have everything you need in your vacation few steps from you. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Room is very clean with very nice smell. Don’t think twice, it is your best choice in Trabzon. Highly recommended. I will come back again for sure.

Hotel is wonderful. During trip I have got positive COVID 19 . I have stayed on guaranteen also here extra 7 days. All personnel cared about me minimum 2 times a day. Thank you very much all personnel. Great place. Advised strongly.

This might be a 5 star by Turkish standards, but by international standards it is more like a 3 star, and is therefore overpriced. No hot water on first night, and erratic on second night. No offer of compensation when pointed out. Extremely hot in room and no way to change temperature settings. Poor service at breakfast: staff did not smile and were very slow and seemed unmotivated. Staff generally stare at you as if you're from another planet if you happen to be foreign!
