It was a hotel that I chose for our short stay in Trabzon, we were satisfied, the room cleaning was very good, the location of the hotel is excellent, you can reach the long street within 2-3 minutes walking distance. The food prices of the restaurant are very reasonable, the seating area in front is nice, there are many cafes around it. Lovely hotel, great location with easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, gold souq etc. Very large, clean rooms with good facilities and lots of bathroom products. Great service from everyone. Not great - two emails I sent prior to my stay went unanswered. I had a small ( child sized) salad for dinner, but still got charged full price 🤨 Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

I have never had a worse experience in a hotel my whole life.
first of all I had a very hard time getting there in my rented car ( I believe having one is the best way to enjoy trabzon ) , it's located is terrible for that, the parking is horribly not accessible, and the staff people even scratched the cat while parking it. rooms and small and stuffy, terribly noisy and you can easily hear the people in rooma next to you.
all that I would have tolerated, but the horrible terrible ill-mannered staff is why I would never consider going back there and would warn everyone not to go, honestly I would rate 0/5 if the app would allow it.
they never once smiled, were angry all the time, like they did not want to speak to me at all. they purposefully ignored my Landry ( a service I pay for ) and they even tried to get me out the room a day earlier, and were angry and annoyed I called my travel agent over that they said : "it was not necessary"
all in all, do not go, it's horrible.

I was unable to enter Turkey due a problem in Turkish VISA system although I already Arrived in Istanbul Airport and have to fly back to my Country. I sent to Hotel to refund – or not to charge me for total stay - as the problem was not from my side but due their Country Regulation. They refuse to refund as Agoda Charge them commission , I contacted Agoda and they Accept to waive the Charge and tried to support me in the case. But the hotel decided to ignore my emails although I asked for escalation as none is replying !!! I sent many reminder with no response from their side. Really a Very Bad experience and Unprofessional Staff and bad customer treatment. Note : I asked for cancellation after few hours of Booking.

The location is perfect in the center of city close to el maydan. The people are very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfy. We ordered a standard room and got upgrade to a luxury room which was amazing
