We traveled to this hotel in Ramadan. Our room did not have soap. I called the reception and asked for one he say after two minutes but there were nothing. We were two night there. In the last night with some negotiation they prepare a soap for us and said for apologizing they can change our room. For the second day we asked for room service and went out in the morning. There was any thing till night when we came back. We have a baby who has diapers. Its smell was woful in bath room we packed and put it in the front of door. The staff how take the soap whiteout any care went back and leave the trash bag. And there was an impolite Iranian boy in the reception how wait for Canada visa. He could not smile and greeting with guests and can help with language. I recommend to chose the staff by more care.

We stayed three nights with my wife and our ten-months baby during a sport organisation in November 2017. The hotel is well-designed, decor is new but the infrastructure and management are so bad. Staff is so rude and careless. There was a very bad smell in bath. The ceiling was leaking. Some drunk customers crashed aroung at our corridor in midnight and the staff can not control them. The breakfast was not ready on time and the foods was not fresh.
