The Beachfront sits just opposite the beach on a pedestrian promenade in Marmaris. It's located on Turkey's popular Dalaman coast and has its own private strip of sandy beach with sun loungers and parasols. This adults-only hotel is made up of white buildings and bright rooms with balconies or terraces, many of them with limited or direct sea view. The pool is in a secluded spot at the back of the hotel, with plenty of sun loungers, a great place for relaxing in the sun. The hotel has a combined buffet- and an 'A la Cart' restaurant with a nice view over the beach and the sea, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you get hungry between meals, the restaurant has sandwiches and salads available. The hotel's beach also has its own waiter service to keep you supplied with drinks and snacks, so you don't need to leave your sun lounger. There's is a Turkish bath with sauna and also a Spa where you can book a beauty treatments or several kind of massages. You could head out of the hotel and explore the center of Marmaris, with its Old Town, bazaars and local bars and restaurants. In addition to the hotel's beach, Marmaris is popular for its other beaches and there are plenty more to discover in the area. There are also two water parks on the outskirts of the town and, as it's a port, Marmaris is also the starting point for many boat excursions.

I returned here for the third time in October 2021. Given the covid situation not too much had changed, the level of service was still fantastic with the salads and desserts from the buffet being served to you with lunch and dinner choices being A la Carte. Each day there would be a lunch and dinner special, the menu is the same throughout your stay which didn't bother me as I like to eat out a few times whilst away in a fortnight. Wide selection of drinks and a very nice white wine included with cocktails and premium drinks extra but not expensive. Rooms were kept spotless and the sea view rooms have a stunning view to wake up to every morning, you can't beat that view! I was on the 5th floor and found it to be nice and quiet. I was so lucky to have a holiday after waiting two years to come back to Turkey and was one of the few brits in the hotel at this time and felt like a king the way the team looked after me. Monica on reception greeted me as I arrived quite late with a sandwich and I came down to the bar and was given a warm welcome. Monica was incredibly friendly and helped lots of us print off and sort out our forms to head back to the UK, can't fault the reception service at all. Big thank you to the guys working in the restaurant for making my stay so good, I was staying at the hotel alone but had friends in another hotel. The guys introduced me to other brits and I never felt alone the whole trip! Great team of staff including Messi, Ümit, Ediz, Fernando, the DJ and all of the guys and girls working there. I'll see you next year!

Great location. literally metres from the beach. Staff very good especially Murat and Monica on reception. Drinks not brilliant but passable. Food was ok but choice was very limited with pide or pasta being the only options apart from the single choice at lunch or the three choices at dinner. Attached photos show both menus, they never changed. As others stated, rooms a touch small but adequate with sheets and towels changed whenever you wished but linen very worn. Plenty of hot water and shower gels, shampoos etc supplied. Only one bottle of water supplied at beginning of holiday, but staff will readily fill up a small bottle for you. Beach towels supplied daily but again very worn. Live music twice a week dependant on weather. Overall a reasonable low budget all inclusive small hotel

Very Friendly, clean and simple, good value, great bar and lovely staff - highly recommended. Bedroom Small but fine with balcony, great WiFi but TV not good. Right on the boardwalk so great for bars and restaurants. Would certainly return.

We’ve spent here a week - full house (F&F)! Let’s start the review! Location: In the very heart of Marmaris, just on the embankment. 15-20 minutes walk to the old town and port. Good thing the hotel has its private beach fully equipped with the enough amount of sun loungers and umbrellas. I’ve seen some feedbacks that there was not enough of that, but to be honest not during our stay! Normally the beach was half occupied when we were there. Exterior: Looks white and this is a great match with the sea and palms! All the rooms have the balcony and sea or partly sea view. Interior: Rooms are small but still enough to spend a night there. All you need is in the room. (The iron yeah .. only one for all guests and should be asked at the reception) Rooms from the left side of the hotel are more quite - it’s for those, who are interested. The best thing in the room is the bed! Absolutely comfortable with amazing pillows! You are gonna sleep like a baby :) Good thing would be to have the bottle of water every day, not only the day of arrival. Some of the rooms have quite old AC that don’t work properly, which could be a nightmare while summer season. We’ve got one, but we’re moved to another room as soon as we figured it out, but it’s just the time to replace them. F&B: It’s an absolute city hotel, so even if you get “all inclusive” don’t expect extra buffet all day long, you’ll definitely not be starving, but you’ll just have the limited options. Lunch and dinner are served a la carte. But yeah, strange thing, no bread and buns in the salad bar. Cleanness: Quite old linens with holes and spots sometimes. The rooms are clean. Staff: From my perspective, staff is amazing. Helpful and friendly! I should say huge “thank you” to miss Monica, we’ve met her at the reception at check in and been dealing with her during the stay, and she is fantastic! Staff doesn’t really speak Russian, but you can always find the way )) they know main words and still trying to guess and please the guests. This hotel is recommended for people, who are ready to be in the middle of action!

I am not normally given to superlatives, but the attitude of staff is fantastic. We had a side room and even these have a sea view from the balcony. The food at the restaurant is the best on the boardwalk. Top notch quality on everything. We will come back!!
