Booked a last minute getaway to Turkey & chose to stay at The Harman Hotel. We were greeted warmly when we arrived, all COVID measures were being observed, temperature checks, bag spraying, spaced out tables for dining. It’s a small traditional hotel, very clean & well maintained. For breakfast the staff serve you, to avoid the ‘self service’ that usually exists. Omelettes, pancakes & eggs are cooked to order. The pool area is lovely, enough sun loungers to go round and big parasols to escape the heat. Air conditioning is charged at £4 per day, a necessity for us as it was still very warm. The staff here make you feel very welcome Emir at front of house, Murat heading up the team at the pool bar, everyone is friendly and polite. Emir organised a one day car hire for us with Oscar, £30 for 24 hours, with hotel drop off and pick up. The pool bar is sociable, the area has a nice relaxed vibe. Many people return year after year, which speaks volumes. Our favourite place to eat out was Cafe Soul, down on the front of Calis beach, great food and service. Turkey still offers great value compared to other places. Take the water taxi over to Fethiye, they go on the hour & half hour, 30 minutes, £2.50 per person. Head right and into the old town, great to wander around and do some shopping. Haggle away, ask the price, half it and go from there. All in all we had a lovely relaxing week, would definitely consider this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff, keep up the good work 😊

Just back from a 10 day break in Harman. Had a fantastic time and returned completely chilled out - most relaxing holiday for years. Prices of food and drink very reasonable and service was excellent. Great location for restuarants and bars all within easy walk and beach only 10 mins. Hotel is kept very clean and measures in place for current Covid pandemic - hand dispensers available at all entry exit points and temperature taken each time you leave an re enter hotel. Pool area and bar so chilled out plenty sunbeds. Special mention to Tugce & Kubra for service during the day nothing was a problem and always with a smile. Also both Murats (bar & reception) always smiling and time for a chat. Even the cats seem to be friendly in Harman to the extent they will join you on the sunbeds. Only downside I would have is rooms do need some attention a bit dated I'm afraid but didn't spend much time in them anyway and clean all the same. Thanks to all (and the nice guests who made me feel welcome too)

This is the 5th time back to the Harman and despite all the doom and gloom on beach holidays 2020 due to Covid the Harman came out 10 out of 10 for a safe and healthy holiday. Turkish authorities have pulled out all the stops with sanitizers, safe distancing and temperature checks every time you return to the hotel after a day/eve out. Staff were brilliant with special meniton to Murat the Gm I think, Emin Yildiz an absolute diamondwhere nothing was too much trouble (seemed to be on duty 24hrs a day!) and Mehmet running the excellent bar. Hotel and gardens very well kept loads of hot water and comfortable sun beds. Weather was very hot in the first two weeks of Sept but the delights of the hotel and the resort made it the best place to go for a vacation to remember. See you next year Calis and we'll done yet again

A quiet basic hotel but great value for money. Lovely pool area and very pleasant staff. Breakfast was a nice variety of Turkish food with some cooked English standards. The egg and pancake station was popular. Be aware of extra charges for air conditioning, fridge and safe- at £5 per day each these may seem expensive but you have got to remember the value of what you originally paid. Our only complaint was the cleaning of the rooms. There was no system, some days they were cleaned, towels changed and other days no one had been in by 5 pm. Staff and management were very friendly and we would definitely go back. The hotel is a short walking distance from the beach/promenade and a lot of great restaurants so is well situated.

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst on a group walking holiday. The hotel is about 5 to 10 minutes walk from Calis Beach. The hotel has a swimming pool and the bar is next to it, The bedrooms were comfortable and the reception area has some quirky old items around.
The food is buffet style at both breakfast and evening meal and is good.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, a nice place to stay.

This was my second time in turkey and harman was definitely my favourite hotel to stay in. Definitely basic but cheap prices and it’s good value for money. Pool area is lovely and the staff were great always chatty and friendly welcoming you every time you walked in or out the hotel. We requested to change rooms so we was closer to our family and friends and they did it straight away no problems.
The only negatives for me was the extra charges £5 per night for air con how ever if you book direct on there website there’s no extra charges just if you do a package holiday. Also the floors were just abit dirty could of done with a vac but sheets and bathrooms were clean.
It’s about a 5 min walk to the main strip and 10 minutes to the beach a great location.
Would 100% stay again.
Breakfast is great just know you can order omelettes and pancakes free of charge we didn’t realise till the end of our holiday. The buffet choice wasn’t the best but the cooked food you can order was really good.
Definitely recommend can’t wait to return.

Arrived at Harmon Hotel late at night. Shown to room 105 in main building. First reaction was to leave and book into another hotel. The carpet was covered in stains, with some that looked like blood (see pictures). Room furniture was mismatched & in very poor condition. To be fair reception did try to move us but only double room available. Next day we transferred to room 106 only to find pieces of broken mirror on the floor. Rooms not cleaned every day.
Appears that hotel has new owners, not sure if £5 per day charge for air conditioning, fridge and safe (each) is a recent charge.
Apparently hotel owners/management have restricted the Holiday reps to the hotel reception area.
Good points Bedding & towels clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. Decent choice at breakfast. Meals good. Good position for restaurants & short walk to Calis beach.

Dear Bailey, Thank you for your return. Here are my notes: - This is UK tour operators contracting model for hotels like us, keeping the room rates extremely low and asking extras for additional services. We cannot sign with them unless we accept their terms. Next time please be aware what is included in your holiday pack. - Restriction of the holiday rep is so not true. We do not have such a right, it would be reason for contract termination for default. The holiday reps could enter anywhere at the hotel 24/7. It is like restricting a referee in a football match. Please write responsibly. - Yes, the rooms are cleaned twice a week. But, you may request additional cleaining any time from the reception if you are not happy. I have to note that we are using Johnson Diversey cleaning products in our hotel for years even which most of the five starts do not prefer for saving.

Smallish hotel, over 3 blocks. It was very clean, and the maids did a great job, reception were helpful, even though they wanted £5 a day each, for a aircon fridge and safe (£15 a day for all 3), we refused for all. The breakfast was quite poor in my opinion, and I had to settle for toast. The room (302), was small, but very clean and adequate for what we needed (best take a double socket adapter as only one plug socket). The balcony was small, but ok. The pool was nice, as was the surrounding area. The bar us reasonably priced and Hassan,who runs it is a great lad. The food we had in the hotel was really nice, the cheese pide was the best I've had. They do a BBQ night, where hotel guests can go for 120lira, unfortunately it wasn't on whilst I was there. You run up a bill as you go along, and settle when you like. We had no problems with it. If you come out and turn right, it's 10/15 minutes walk to the prom, Or turn left and it's a 5 minute walk to the market area which has good bars restaurants and barbers (best barber, from hotel, walk past cafe pazar, over the road,go right and immediate left, he's behind a restaurant on the corner). Would I stay here again? Yes

Well what can i say that hasn't been said, Fantastic a friendly hotel with great staff, 10 min walk to the beachfront and 10 min walk to the back streets where the Calis market is situated. I missed Murat at the bar making his fantastic cocktails but Hassan is doing a fantastic job and learning every day such a nice polite helpful young man, Something that I didn't expect was the price in general at all bars shops and restaurants rose while we were there, Apparently, this was due to taxes changing when the summer season started. Please don't get me wrong everything was still cheap compared to UK prices. As people have said there is a charge for the safe, air con and fridge this is mentioned online so why this is a shock to some people is beyond me they must have not done their research. Would love to return to the harmen next year

Second time in Fethiye in 3 months. Choose all inclusive big resort previously and had a good time but a lot more happier with this hotel. Location is perfect, 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Turkey. Callis is so much better then oludeniz and definitely cheaper. Staff made sure we had all we needed and it suited our needs. Sun lounges always available, fast service as not hundreds of guests. Many repeat guests and with plenty of good advice. Any concerns we had with a/c etc were dealt with immediately and for what we paid we found we had good value with a central base. We used local tour operator called intersky based on beachfront. Best prices with pick up from hotel. Guys name Mohammed. Taxi to Fethiye Central around £4, money exchange in fethiye opposite post office offers best rates for sterling by far. Don't change cash in UK. Used jet2, brilliant from start of trip in UK to arriving at hotel. There staff an operation gave me little to do but enjoy my trip.

At the hotel it’s 60lh for bottle of EFES (local beer) In local restaurants it’s 30 to 40lh. Hotel is more expensive for food than local restaurants. Food is good though.
It is very cheap there and all the restaurants provided great food.

Depends on where you eat.
We got a Sunday roast with dessert for under £3 from the nil bar.
Then we had a steak in the palm tree (hisaronu), that was £50 for 2 (with drinks)
Efes was 35lira on average with the three monkeys cheapest at 25 (they were putting it up in may)
There are more places to choose from in the Fethiye area.
