At Hillside Beach Club, the immaculate state of the rooms and facilities often receives applause from guests, who also admire the sweeping views and considerate amenities within their accommodations. Despite this, some guests have noted the rooms to be rather simple and occasionally disrupted by noise. While the hotel's service is typically lauded for its amiable and diligent staff, a few travelers have encountered sporadic lapses.
The vibrant array of activities and entertainment options available garners appreciation, though the atmosphere can be marred by loud music in the evenings, impacting relaxation. Moreover, several travelers have expressed concerns regarding the value, pointing out unexpected charges and a scarcity of included amenities.

Hotel's Favourite
Well, this was a really fantastic holiday, so good that we instantly rebooked! There was a warm welcome before my wife, my daughter and I were taken to our room. It was a regular-sized double room with a very comfortable bed. Our daughter had a camp bed which made things a little crowded but not a big deal. You have to be familiar because there's not a huge amount of privacy! The toilet and shower are on the terrace rather than in the bedroom which seemed odd at first but then quite normal once you get used to it. Every room has the most amazing sea view from the balcony.
We'd missed lunch by the time we arrived, but the head chef brought us out the most fantastic fresh fish and sides anyway. I turned around, and there was a selection of amazing desserts. The food continued to impress all the way through the week, as did the brilliant service of all of the staff. The other guests were often disgusting - a man eating spaghetti with his hands(!) and so many children lost in ipad/phone world to keep them quiet, but that is standard and no fault of the hotel.
We ventured into one of the dance shows to see what it was like and were gobsmacked. The talented dancers put on a great show and this is something you have to go to every night. Themes ranged from (tame) game of thrones to Grease with some ballet but all brilliantly staged, costumed and choreographed. The dancers are all working during the day too and are really friendly. Our daughter went to the children's club: there are two; one for up to 8/9 year olds and one for older children with a mix of activities. Anri catered perfectly for our daughter.
There is a main beach and two adult only beaches. Serenity beach was full of caterpillars, so we only stayed there for a short time, but silent beach was bliss. Just reading and relaxing (no talking!) and then some swimming. The sea was divine: hardly any swell and crystal clear water. I used my goggles and watched all of the fish swimming around my feet. I've bought a GoPro for our return visit next month. The sea was fresh at the beginning of April but fine once you're in. I swam from silent beach to main and back each day as there is a 320 metre cordoned route. The water should be much warmer in October.
There is quite a lot of step climbing to do to get to and from rooms, but there are funicular lifts to get you nearer your room. The evening continued some nights into late-night parties, but we could always get to sleep once the door was closed.
We took a speedboat ride at extra cost around the coast and would probably do it again next time but in a different direction.
My wife and I used the spa and had a good massage there in the main hotel. My wife went to the silent beach spa for a facial and said that was even better because of the outdoor nature of it.
The staff were brilliant throughout: the chefs, the waiters, dancers, maids, spa staff, guest relations and grounds staff. All ready with a cheery greeting and happy to help. We can't wait to get back!

We came as 3 separate families, 13 in total, children ranging from 7 to 19. This truly is a magical place and you can completely get why people return year on year. We spoke to a few families who said they had tried elsewhere, but they are always drawn back to Hillside, which is completely understandable.
This is my first review of Hillside, as before I haven’t wanted to share how fabulous it is as am worried that when we come to book, it will be fully booked.
We were a bit anxious coming during the pandemic, however, the hotel’s covid precautions were amazing, and we all felt extremely safe, the measures in place were thorough, and everything had been well thought out and implemented. Every member of staff wore a mask, doors had been changed to hands free opening, masks were given out at the buffet restaurant, hand sanitisers were plentiful.
The staff are all amazing at Hillside. Everyone says hi, everyone has a smile (although you can’t see it behind the mask, but you can in their eyes!), they all work extremely hard and nothing is ever too much trouble. The place is spotless, the grounds are immaculate, the beach and the setting in the bay are breathtaking! The food is delicious - always something for everyone. There is a main buffet restaurant, where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served every day. Different this year because of covid, but still just as good. You can either order whatever you like from your table, and it is brought to you, or you can go up to the buffet, with your mask on and social distancing, and be served by very efficient staff from behind Perspex screens! You can also eat at Pasha restaurant where they serve to your table a later breakfast (think 10.30am-12.30pm?), where you sit outside, so no mask needed. You can have lunch at the Beach Bar, which we favoured, again sitting outside.
Rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. They provide big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body scrub, soap, moisturiser, hair grips and hair bands, lip salve! Kettle in room with tea and coffee, milk in the mini bar. Hairdryer in room along with safe, robes and slippers.
For our transfers we booked a couple of minibuses direct with Hillside. They were there to greet us at the airport, it takes about 1 hour 15 mins, to 1 hour 30 mins to get to Hillside.
We used the water sports a lot. They are very reasonable, and you can also take out kayaks and paddle boards.
All in all an amazing place which we all would highly recommend. Thankyou.

Currently at the Hillside and cannot say, how happy we are. We're here with some family members who have never experienced The Hillside. We've been here 6 times and yes, there's some small changes but in my opinion for the better. Room has everything you need, so no need to bring loads of bottles of Shampoo Conditioners etc.etc. fabulous comfy bed and pillows. Tea, Coffee facilities. I like to bring my own T Bags and Coffee, as I'm fussy haha!! The main restaurant caters for every taste, whether you're meat, vegetarian or vegan/health lover. If you're a sweet lover then don't look any further. I believe you would die happy with the varieties of cakes, deserts, soufflés, chocolates and ice-cream. Also delicious fruits and Melons. Apart from that the hotel is set in the most gorgeous horseshoe Bay, with their own private beaches and the sea is crystal clear. There's always something going on throughout the day and night, its your choice to participate or just soak up the sun! Hillside caters for every age and you will be spoilt rotten. All the staff are happy and eager to please, thats why we come back again and again!

This hotel used to be good but not anymore. People used to come for the service and the food and both are now mediocre. In order to get a sunbed you need to wake up around 6.30 AM and wait in the beach to get registered. Many times it ends up in a fight. Food is such a disappointment. Don't even go next to the barbecue because you can't chew the meat. They just used the pandemic to earn more money (hotel is fully booked) and just cut everything that was luxurious in the hotel. Now it's just another three star bungalow place. Avoid until they get to their senses. Definitely not worth the money.

Visited with friends in September had very high expectations as it’s very expensive and has very good reviews.
Let me start by saying that the staff are exceptional and the WiFi is the best I’ve had in any hotel.
I was very disappointed with the rooms they definitely need upgrading for a five star resort, if you want the quite rooms it’s a long way and lots of steps to get there not ideal for elderly or even children.
Food was very disappointing the main restaurant does not have much variety and after a few days you will get bored.
Trying to book anything is very hard for example pasha restaurant was always full, sauna and jacuzzi was impossible to get a slot in due to COVID restrictions.
We paid good money for a resort which unfortunately did not deliver what was promised.
Maybe it will change once the Covid situation is over.

Lovely room, fab view and in-room cleaning each day did a great job. Food was plentiful and delicious. Beach, pool, facilities all excellent. Communication could be better in terms of letting people know about things like happy hour (free drinks), complimentary fruit and pastries at certain times. Felt like we were just getting the hang of things then had to come home! Quite expensive drinks and don’t expect “all inclusive” as it’s definitely more like full board. One major gripe-no iron and ironing board in the room or available on request-ridiculous! Overall really good, lovely, clean resort in a stunning location. Would return!

We’ve have been fortunate the stay as a couple and with our three children. The staff are beyond amazing. Every effort is made to make sure you have the most wonderful time. The entertainment team go above & beyond and create a wonderful experience for the children. The outdoor gym is great, you can get a great workout with all the latest equipment.
I would highly recommend the foam roller Pilates too.
The hair salon is amazing, the girls and I had a wash and blow dry each night which was very well priced and saved me the tears of having to detangle long knotty hair from being on the pool and sea all day.
For parents they have the most amazing food & have a baby station where fresh food can be blended up. Children’s cutlery, plates ect. We didn’t take a stroller but don’t worry you can borrow the hotels if you need one.
As feedback has said before no ironing service available which blows my mind in a 5star resort. I had to use my hair straighteners. Amazon do a great travel steamer so invest in one.
Our only gripe is the rooms.
As a couple fine, but with our 3 children having to be squeezed into a single room you can’t walk around and at £1,300 a night ! The cost cannot be justified.
The larger suits need to have two larger room like the main room.
Sadly we DID book in again for next year but the prices keep going up and up and at over £1,400 a night & that’s with our return discount it’s a very very expensive trip, it’s cheaper for us to stay in Dubai in a suite in a 5 star hotel on the palm.
Sadly the hotel is pricing themselves out of the market to cater to its Russian clients who spend months there at a time ( we where told by many a guest )

Hillside continues to excel in making guests feel welcomed and catered for. There have been changes following on from covid. Some items of food have to be ordered and then brought to the table whilst desserts are served over the counter. All drinks are brought to the tables even at breakfast. Thankfully there is no loss of quality. Toasters have been modernised and are much more reliable.
Water ( I presume from the tap) is served chilled in carafes in the restaurant in an effort to avoid single use plastic. Likewise bottled water is limited to glass and has to be purchased but there are several chilled water dispensers positioned around the resort especially near sports areas. Bring your own small insulated flask for convenience (or reuse a smaller plastic bottle).
Shows feature strongly in the evening entertainment and always of a high quality.

Hillside Beach Club, Fethiye is a perfect combination of a beach resort that combines one of the best swimming spots in Mediterannean, with an all inclusive concept in naturally beatiful setting.
Our third time there and despite the restriction from pandemic, the service is excellent, the personnel attentive and very helpful, the food quality, quantity and variety is great. Everyone there trying to make your vacation more pleasurable.
Make a dinner reservation in one of the seaside restaurant for a memorable dinner included in the price.
SPA is one of the best in the region.
Serenity and Silence beaches are good escape areas when the main beach gets crowded.
The only low note: the rooms may require a facelift! The outdoor furniture, doors and structure are worn out.
Great value!

Sorry, i dont know.
Yeah loads unfortunately
Each time we visited (2018 was the latest) 1 litre bottles were provided at breakfast/lunch and dinner. They are free for you to takeaway. We never needed to buy any additional water. I think there is a special baby section in the main restaurant too, I hope you have a great time. It's certainly our favourite resort!
