The Ramada Resort By Wyndham Kusadasi garners praise for its impeccable cleanliness and friendly, professional service, although some guests note service can sometimes lag. Its prime location near the city center is lauded, yet travelers miss the presence of a sandy beach. While the rooms are spacious and generally well-regarded, there are occasional remarks about outdated furnishings. The hotel's value elicits mixed reactions due to additional costs, but the vibrant atmosphere, brimming with entertainment and family-friendly activities, is popular, even if the music is sometimes considered loud. Amenities receive positive acknowledgment, albeit with room for slight enhancements.

We spent 10 days at Ramada Resort by Wyndam and Golf during the May half term 2023. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children (ages 13,10,8 and 5). The transfer time was approximately 50 minutes.

The Resort is composed of 4 blocks. Block two is where the reception is and houses the main restaurant (Gusto). It is connected to Block one, and inbetween on the top floor, is shops (clothing, souvenirs), the hotel lobby bar, the Italian restaurant, the Greek/seafood restaurant and the patisserie. Just past reception is a spiral staircase, going down to Gusto restaurant, the spa/hammam, sauna, gym, indoor pool, jewelry shop, hairdressers, pool towel service and photography. I did request a map of the resort, but the reception lady didn’t understand, and then near the Sea gate, I found a photo map of the resort, which I have attached. There is free WiFi throughout the resort, which I found very good. Only when I was in the amphitheater or kids club did I not get a signal. There is a gaming room near the patisserie but its not free.

Just be careful about the name of the resort when you are out and about. This is Ramada Resort, but there is also Ramada apartment and suites which is next door. I realized they also share the beach section with us. On one occasion our taxi for an excursion was outside the wrong Ramada.

The staff were always polite and considerate. The rooms are spacious. There is a minibar and the soft drinks and water in there are complimentary for the first time. If you have a family room, there is a kitchen including a washing machine, so take some washing powder. Air drier on balcony really helpful.

The main pool is large and 1.4m deep with a contained shallow section within it. Then there is the pool with the five slides. A baby pool with slides and a further baby pool with knee deep water. Slightly away from this collection of 4 pools is the quiet adult 16+ pool. There is an indoor pool that is split into a shallow section and the main area. It is heated. Occasionally I saw a lifeguard there but not all the time. They switch the water slides off between 12-2pm.

The food was delicious and bountiful!!!! My kids wanted to live on the resort forever. I gained so much weight. The main restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can help yourself to juices and tea. At lunch and dinner you can request alcoholic drinks and soft drinks. In the evenings, we discovered a small freezer in the desserts section with ice lollies. There is plenty of food choices. And always chips and plain spaghetti for the ones that don’t like anything. There was a lovely bread section (with one of those dangerous old fashioned toasters), plenty of salads and desserts, and also all the main foods. I really liked the grilled fish. They were huge! Some nights they had a theme on. I always found they varied the food. One night was Turkish night and they had traditional foods. Another night there was sushi and a beautiful display of this. Very embarrassingly, my youngest, vomited in the middle of the restaurant (too much ice cream and coke). The staff were brilliant and quickly cleared it up without making us feel bad in any way. Some reviews have mentioned how it was chaotic with queues. We never had a problem finding a free table for 6 and if there was a queue for hot food, it was very short. Even the toaster queue, the longest I waited was a minute. Sometimes the fried eggs ran out, but if you went back in five minutes, they had refilled.
The Patisserie was our favourite place, open from 11am-11pm. Unlimited ice cream on a cone, in several flavours. The also served fresh waffles between 4-5pm. They had a huge cake section too. Within this area was a coffee/bar with seating area. The patisserie could get busy as there was only one person manning the cakes and ice creams. But definitely worth the wait.
We found we used the snack areas at lunchtime, rather than come back to the main restaurant. The relax snack bar is near the adults only pool. We never used it for food. They had a set menu service. You have to ask for the menu, sit down and get served. The Yummy snack bar is next to the slide pool. This was where we mainly ate and really was Yummy! It is a buffet service serving chips, onion rings, burgers, hot dogs, pizza, donner meat, grilled fish, fruit. Opposite this was another drinks area, with a sort of slushy maker.
There is a further snack place called Yoruk snack, which only really served Turkish pancakes. It was open 11-4 and was next door to the miniclub. We never used it. Turkish pancakes aren’t sweet. They are like a flatbread with cheese or spinach.
We cannot really comment on the lobby hotel bar as we never used it. There is also an area serving drinks at the amphitheater when the shows were on.
There is a snack station at the beach. Two portacabins. One serving drinks. The other a selection of junk food, Turkish pancakes and ice lollies. Everything you need. They operated from 10-5.
The places that had drinks, you could also get bottles of water or Ayrun (like a natural yogurt drink – make sure you give it a good shake first). We only had bottled water. Sometimes we found the tap water in the bathrooms was brown. Hubby decided to make ice cubes one day and I said ‘did you use the tap water?’ He threw them away after that!
For every week you stay, you get one ‘a la carte’ meal at one of the restaurants. You can choose from Italian, Greek/seafood or Turkish. The first two are next to the patisserie. You have to book at least 24 hours before. The Turkish is closed on Fridays. We chose Turkish, but we couldn’t find it at all. After asking, we realized it is outdoors, on the decking at the very edge of the resort, next to the Yummy snack bar, overlooking the sea. It was a proper sit down meal, with a menu, starters, main and dessert. It was really lovely and probably a meal out like that in the UK would have cost us upwards of £100.
There is a popcorn machine/stall that comes alive at night that also sells candy floss. This is not free.
ENTERTAINMENT
There was a lot going on and completely up to you if you wanted to be involved. There was a daily list at reception and outside the restaurant and the adult pool of activities that day and the evening show. There was also someone usually doing games/activities in the main pool area. One day they had a foam party, but we out that day and missed it.
The animation team work so hard. All the staff do. They seem very motivated and are very enthusiastic. There is a team of about 8 of them including the minclub staff. I really admire all the effort they go to.
The archery was basically 3 shots at a target with no advice on how to shoot or hold the bow. One day this was changed to shooting. It wasn’t that great, but okay if you want an experience. There was around 20 people that turned up at the allotted time, so you could be waiting a while. The archery, beach volleyball and amphitheater, is higher up at the edge of the complex. You can access them from up some stairs from the main pool area, or from an upsloping path from the patisserie. You pass the miniclub on the way and the Yoruk snack bar.
For children, there was a miniclub. Usually two members of staff, that work really hard to engage the kids left in their care. I used the facilities at the miniclub but didn’t leave the kids there. They have a 4 piece enclosed trampoline (really cool and very bouncy) there and a small ball pit. There is also the main miniclub building for arts and crafts. On the site there are 4 relaxing hammocks in the shade. There is also a small playground on the slope below (overlooking the waterslides) with slide and swings. Adjacent to this is an area where I saw people do fitness things like yoga.
The evening entertainment was in the amphitheater and was great quality. We watched something 5 out of the 10 nights we were there. And after 7 nights, I think they were repeated. Annoyingly, it was on very late, especially for children. At 10.15pm. The kids disco would run from 9.15-10.15pm. The Fire show was excellent – I could feel the heat from the fire and it was very impressive. There was also Mongolian Acrobats, Circus Vibe, African Acrobats – really quality entertainment. However, some were inappropriate for children. We didn’t know what Mr Ramada show was, but when they chose four male volunteers from the audience and asked them to take their tops off and walk sexily, we made a quick exit. Figured it was the same when we saw ‘Mrs Ramada show’ and decided not to go to the ‘Turkish Dancing’. What made me really cross about the entertainment was the attitude of the audience. During the acts, people would go for a drink, crossing in front of the stage, disrupting those sitting down, by clambering back. It was really disrespectful to the performers and for those wanting to watch something without interruptions. Often people would be slightly tipsy and there were loads of uncontrolled kids running around. Some were very close to the fire and it was frankly quite dangerous. Really poor behaviour and no reflection on the resort – but sadly, particular holidaymakers being inconsiderate to others. I think they should not serve drinks at the amphitheater. I think that would help with disruptions. The acts were only 45 minutes, so its not long for someone to hang on for if they are desperate for a drink.
BEACH
The beach is not on site. The hotel has a free shuttle bus, which is parked outside the sea gate exit at the rear. It takes about 5 minutes to get there. There are specific times when it leaves the resort, and specific times it returns from the beach. The timetable is at reception and near the lift going to the sea gate. The shuttle isn’t labelled Ramada, so initially you may need to ask ‘is this the beach shuttle’ as the bus looks like the ones that go on the excursions. When you come back from the beach, you need your room card to access the door to get back onto the resort.
The beach section is for Ramada Resort and Ramada apartment and suites guests. It is quite generous and the sand perfect for sandcastles. There are some sharp rocks close to the shore, so you need to be careful. There is a lifeguard on site. There are also outdoor showers, a toilet cabin, a drinks cabin and a snacks cabin with a few tables and chairs.
SURROUNDING AREA/TRIPS
We didn’t want to spend the whole time on the resort and wanted to book some excursions. This had been the reason Alex meets up with you. The paperwork said he would give us our return transfer details when we met him, but he just said reception will let us know 24 hours beforehand and if they don’t, then contact reception after 6pm the day before you are due to leave. I already had an idea what I wanted to do, but listened to Alex’s presentation on what was on offer. I had read in some of the other reviews that the prices are much cheaper in the town. I took a note of all the prices (with his ‘discounts’) and said we would think about it. Alex came across helpful and non pushy. We then took a walk into Kusadasi town for prices for the same thing.
You can catch the number 1 dolmus (bus) across the road outside the sea gate. It costs 8TL. It goes into the town and when it turns left, get off, when you see the Vodafone shop. You can catch the bus in the same place back to the resort and it drops you right outside the sea gate. I think its on a loop route. We walked down the first time and it takes about 20-30 minutes. We stopped at a supermarket and got some sweets for the kids. Then you come to the beach, keep following the road straight and you come to the port and can see the cruise ships docking. The shops are here and other tour operators selling excursions. We found one and after comparing prices, booked the dolphin show, ferry trip to the Greek island of somas and boat trip with them. The price was better for going to Ephesus with Alex.
I was very disappointed with the Somas trip. If you want to go to Somas – do your research first. I wouldn’t say its a great trip for kids. It didn’t help that it was raining. Somas is not cut out for tourists like Rhodes is. The tour operators just book your ferry and visa. Once on the island you have 7 free hours. The tour operator did not tell us on Tuesdays the museums are shut. We didn’t know how to get around the island and spent ages looking for a bus stop. Then the routes weren’t helpful. There is a timetable – but no one can tell you which number bus to catch. You just have to ask each driver. There is limited English speaking. We managed to get to the other side of the island to Pythagaro – but the museum there was also closed. We couldn’t even go home early as our ferry stayed all day until it was time to go.
I would definitely recommend the sealion and dolphin show. Do haggle with the price. This is about a 10 minute drive away and lasts about 40 minutes. You can swim with the dolphins but I think its about £100 for 20 minutes and even then you’re in a group with other people. I don’t think you’re actually swimming with them. And then you pay for the photos. You can get a photo with a dolphin after the show. Its 10 euros for the dolphin to jump up and touch your hand and 15 euros for one to touch its body with it lying down. Adaland – a water park is next door and the tour operators try and combine the two attractions.
The boat trip lasts from 10-4. They collect you from outside your hotel and take you to Kusadasi port. You get lunch on board – pasta, chicken, salad, bread – and the boat stops 3 times for anyone wanting a dip in the sea. Mainly people just relax and sunbathe. If you are going with kids, it is worth taking some games or activities as they can get bored. You can buy snacks/drinks on board. They also take the opportunity to take photos of you and then print them out to sell them after. We did purchase 10 photos for 35 euros.
We booked the half day Ephesus trip for £200 for all 6 of us. Ephesus is worth seeing, its very impressive. It was the 3rd largest Roman city. The first being Rome, the second Alexandria in Egypt and the third Ephesus in Turkey. It was the Roman capital in Asia and used to be a port town. We had an English speaking guide and he was very informative. Before going to Ephesus, we stopped at The Temple of Artemis. This is the ruins of one of the wonders of the world. One of the pillars have been erected to give an idea of how it would have looked. There is an interesting museum that has a lot of the findings from Ephesus, but it wasn’t on the itinerary. I believe the full day Ephesus trip included lunch and then visiting some churches and areas of religious significance. At the end the guide stopped in a very posh jewelry shop and suggested we look around whilst he organized the buses, but it was annoying to have to go through the shop and be approached by the sales people. Some Belgium holiday makers I met on the boat trip told me they paid 60 euros for a taxi to take 4 of them to Ephesus, wait a few hours and take them home. They paid 400TL to get in. It is only 30 minutes away and you can even catch a bus to Ephesus. So it is possible to organise it yourself. I believe you can get audio guides at the site. I am glad we only did half a day, as walking around in the heat, looking at ruins, isn’t exactly every kids idea of a holiday.
Alex also said we could get a massage in the hammam for £30 for both me and the other half. I thought this was excellent value so booked this with him. However, I don’t think Alex was very clear as when we went to book it at the hammam, the member of staff said the voucher we had paid for was for a foam wash and scrub only, in the public hammam (not personal room) and did not include a massage. I paid an extra £20 (£35 in total) for a wash, scrub and 30 minute full body massage in a private room with face peel at the end. It was worth it, but I felt deceived and it probably would have been better to go direct. The prices for the massage are negotiable. You also need to think in Pounds and Euros. They are not so keen on Turkish Lira (TL).
The resort photographer and water activities sales person will canvas for business whilst you’re on the resort. They were polite and not persistent. We did book a photography session and brought 9 photos for £40. You can get them made up into a book for a lot more. He said minimum 24 photos. They also send you digital copies. They also send digital copies on the boat trip, so you can forward to family and friends. We had a random photographer take photos of us in Ephesus and was very pushy and annoying – but we were taking our own photos and just had to say no firmly. We didn’t book any of the watersports.

All in all, we had a lovely holiday. I cannot fault the resort at all, great staff, lots to do, fabulous food. The only thing I would change is having the evening entertainment on earlier. We had a couple of days of rain, but it didn’t spoil the holiday. I would be happy to recommend Ramada Resort to family and friends and I would be more than happy to visit again.

We had a fab holiday at the Ramada Resort Kusadasi and Golf!
Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean and the fridge was filled with soft drinks and water. The water was replaced each day and the soft drinks were sufficient to last us the whole week. Our cleaning lady, Melina (sorry if I’ve spelled her name wrong!) was lovely and kept our room looking great. We had fresh towels every day.
We had a fab view out to the sea and it was lovely to see the sunset from the balcony.
The hotel in general was also very clean and had great facilities. On our first day we had a Turkish hammam and massage which was absolutely amazing and a great way to start our holiday. My boyfriend then went and had a traditional Turkish shave and haircut which he was very happy with!
We ate all our meals in the hotel and thought the food was great and had plenty of choice and variety. There was even sushi one night.
Our lunch was usually from the snack bar which had a selection of pizza, chips, onion rings, pastas, burgers and grilled chicken/turkey or fish. There was also a selection of salad.
Ice cream is available all day from the patisserie and from 3pm-5pm waffles are available. We had waffles and ice cream every day.
As for the drinks, I would say it’s what to expect from all inclusive. I never expect to get premium brands abroad! My boyfriend enjoyed the tuborg lager and I enjoyed the Amsterdam cocktails. They definitely can’t be accused of watering down drinks as my cocktails has plenty of spirits in them!
The outside bar was great and the lobby bar was also nice to sit it later on at night. I also enjoyed the bowls of nuts that you could get from the bars.
I also cannot fault the service and the waiters often brought drinks and snacks to us at night and also at breakfast and dinner.
For every week you say you can use one of the Al a Carte restaurants as part of your all inclusive. We booked the Italian for our last proper night of holiday and it was absolutely fantastic and great to sit outside with the lovely view of the sea as the sunset.
We also booked the photographer and got a couple of lovely photos and booked our boat trip through the guy who has a stall in the hotel. All those guys went around the pool promoting their services but none of them were pushy.
There are also plenty of activities if you want to take part…..my boyfriend took part in the water polo……and I would say the entertainment is decent. We won the bingo one night lol!
If anything I would say I’d like the pool to be a couple of degrees warmer although it did provide entertainment for everyone watching other people get in. Once you were in it was ok!
There is a quiet pool but we were happy to stay at the main pool as liked the bit of atmosphere and music in the background.
Also I think the beach could do with a wee spruce up, just a rake of the sand to make it look a bit nicer. I would say food and seating facilities at the beach are adequate.
All in all a fab holiday and I would definitely recommend the hotel and Kusadasi!

We stayed here for 2 weeks near the end of July 2022. Check in was straight forward on arrival around 3pm. Room was stunning. We booked a 2 bedroom suite which had 2 floors. On entrance in you had a utility room with washing machine. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, one large comfy double, 1 twin room both leading onto a good sized balcony. All with good storage. Upstairs was a large lounge area, a toilet and a kitchen area which led onto a large open air balcony with a large table and chairs. We had a side sea view and have never stayed in a hotel that was so nice.

Never sure where some of these other reviewers actually stay as everyone from the cleaners, front of house, guest relations, bar staff, caterers and entertainers were all so helpful and pleasant. Just saying good morning to them in Turkish went a long way.

Pool areas are set out well. If you want peace and quiet and your over 16 there is a separate pool. The entertainment team worked so hard every day and so much thought and effort went into everything they did. Pool parties, foam parties. Yes the music might be loud and not to everyone's taste but there are other areas you can go too. They really get everyone involved and yet they are not in your face or pushy. Special thanks to Mike.

Food was stunning, something for everyone. Main buffet open 7am till 11am. Again at 1230pm to 2pm and for evening meal 7pm to 930pm. Bar by the slides opened from 11am till 5pm serving burgers and pizzas mainly. Relax bar by 16 plus pool offered a menu service 11am to 5pm and that was to everyone not just over 16. Or the patisserie which offered cakes, ice creams, waffles (around 3pm), coffee or wine from 11am to 11pm. There was apparently a late snack from 11pm till 12pm too. You could book Italian, seafood or Turkish alacarte once per week of your stay. Italian and Turkish was lovely, nice setting and great to be served food and drink.

People did put towels on sunbeds quite early and as usual you do get the ones that don't turn up for hours or not at all but this is a minority and again if you ask staff they will get beds for you.

All areas kept immaculately clean, we witnessed two incidents of let's just say people (or children) caught short and within minutes the area was cleaned. Even the toilets by the slides someone would constantly wipe the marble top around the sink so there was no splash marks.

If I would give a negative at all it would be that more toilets nearer poolside and that the lifeguards need to look like they are doing more as they seem to congregate together eating food and not really paying attention to their job. However, the hotel should not be marked down on this as its very stunning and well worth a visit. Thank you for an amazing holiday ❤️

Stayed here for a week departing tomorrow as a group of 7.

The positives first - great location close to the town you can walk or take a taxi.

Lovely Seaview

The rooms are great we have 2 rooms one with 3 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, dining room, lounge, dishwasher, washing machine, it's lovely and another 2 bedroomed room.

Lovely beach (but toilet facilities are grim with no water yesterday at all.). The free beach bus is good.

Spa was lovely 7 of us went as a group and we all loved it, definitely a must.

Patisserie is great with the best lemon ice cream and coffee.

Negatives - entertainment has been poor or non-existing.

Pools are not heated even the indoor one is cold.

Food in the buffet restaurant is very Eastern European focused even breakfast. The a la carte restaurants are better.

The food is not labelled so nut allergies are a problem we had to keep finding staff to keep asking.

The room cleaning needs improving they need to splash out on some bleach and cleaning fluids.

You cannot eat outside due to flies, wasps and cats (which are cute but also hungry).

I really wanted to give this a good review as the room is so lovely but it really needs improving in other areas, they are not hard things to improve maybe for next year.

Me my partner and 3 children 12, 6 and 4 have just returned home today after a 7 night stay here. Apon arrival the bell boy helped us with our bags and reception checked us in promptly. We had a family room which was nice and big, had a washing machine and a cooker but nothing to cook with so pointless really. Pool area is well maintained but most sunbeds are empty with towels draped over them all day. There is also no children's water activities with the entertainment team. The food was just hassle I felt stressed everytime we went to eat because of the majority of other guests arrogant attitude just expect you to move out their way and lean over your food and cut in line. The service from the waiters is non existent, the whole time we was there we was never offered not one drink, the cocktails are disgusting and the beer is half a papercup of froth. We had no real service from anyone at this hotel and was not made to feel welcome. The pasterie where you can get ice creams the lady that served us was so rude and miserable, be warned up in the lobby bar and pasterie the silver metal floor bars are all raised and broken and we witnessed about 3 accidents while there with people tripping over including myself cutting my toe. We went to one night of entertainment which was the fireshow, that was good but half the guest couldn't fit in and was blocking the exit squashed in. We visited the spa and personally I wouldn't waste your spending there. My Daughter got her hair braided at the hair salon and the lady in there is really lovely. We visited the games room and was playing air hockey and the air table cable exploded with a massive bang and sparks I complained to the reception but he was uninterested and just told me it was nothing to do with the hotel. I feel abit merh because we did have a good time because we went out to the beach, visited town etc but this wasn't a good time with any thanks to Ramada, house keeping was good she actually did come and leave a little cake from the buffet in our room so we left all the money we bought for tipping for service with our one lady at the end of out stay. I've visited other hotels in Turkey and this hotel doesn't meet the standards. It's a shame as the hotel has potential under better management.

The resort is excellent with an adults and child’s pool. The rooms are very comfortable with all conveniences. The food is good with many choices and the patisserie is superior a coffee and ice cream. The balcony of the flat has great sea views and the bar balcony is great for the sunsets. The staff are mainly friendly and willing to help. I recommend bringing your own tea towel and dishcloth also a few dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder. The toiletries provided are good and the towelling robes very comfortable. The resort is kept clean and the maid service when it comes is good. We will be revisiting next year. There is an cheap and friendly bus service to the port that can be hailed to stop. There are lots of cheap cafes and restaurants for evening meals. I recommend walking down into Town for stunning views of the marina and then catching the bus back. We took the day trip to Samos which was great.

Some lovely staff especially the animation team however not a 5 star hotel. They don't have air conditioning however they have heating. They took me to two other rooms knowing full well they switched off their heating centrally. There is no mention on their website about this.Who comes and uses heating in April. The hotel is not near any shops however a short bus ride around 4 mins for 6.50tl one way. The guest relations is unprofessional and never got back to me regarding my ac query. I personally booked this hotel for ac and WiFi and whilst they have WiFi it is very weak especially around the pool. The pool was cold and i couldn't use it although the have a tiny heated pool which is always busy and an indoor pool which i did manage to use.
The rooms are spacious however the sofa bed should not be used for sleeping on its rather uncomfortable and might aswell sleep on the floor. The food is probably one of the better ones I have experienced in turkey however another drinks machine is needed for the size of such hotel. The mini club needs better security as the kids were opening the door themselves and it is right infront of the pool. I would also advise you to keep a close eye on your kids as something very dodgy was going on with random old turkish women and men taking pictures of children. One main was very dodgy and came up close without any conversation just tried to take picture of my son and his friend sat down this was reported.

A spacious lobby which makes you feel welcome. However, what I don’t really like is the moment i stepped into the hotel, a staff started his sales pitch of the hotel spa services and Turkish Bath.

A very clean and modern hotel which has fantastic view of the sea. We were in room 5428 which gave us a panoramic view of the sunset from our room balcony. A marvellous sight to behold.

The room is specious and bed comfortable. However, the pillows were a bit too high and hard and the next day I asked for smaller and softer pillows and we got what we wanted and had a better rest on the 2nd night.

It was quite a surprise for a hotel of this standing not to provide shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste paste and vanity kit.

The floor is squeaky when walking on it.

The breakfast and dinner at the 1st floor Trilye Restaurant provides quite a good spread of local food and pastries.

Beside a small convenient store which also sell fake designers t shirts and shorts and fridge magnets located at the side entrance of the hotel, there is nothing else to do unless you are willing to walk or run for another 2 km.

Stayed here with 3 friends for 10 nights in early june. We didn't have the best start to our holiday as our flight out was delayed by 3 and a half hours so we didnt arrive at the resort till after 2am but check in was fairly quick and we were initially given what i think was an interconnected suite/rooms on the fifth floor in the main building although it was beautiful the access to one of the rooms was up a steep flight of marble stairs and as we are all ladies in our 60's and couldn't carry our cases up the steps. We explained this to reception and they cheerfully with no fuss whatsoever swopped us to 2 seaview rooms on the 1st floor the next morning. But what a gem this resort is, spotlessly clean everywhere, lovely food they cater for all tastes and i am a fussy eater, we especially liked the snack bar by the adult only pool and ate there most days. I have never seen such hard working pleasant staff, from the lovely lady who cleaned our room everyday to the lady who cleaned the pool area and toilets. The bar and restaurant staff who keep the tables clear so plenty of room places to sit. We loved the lobby bar and went every day for coffee on the veranda. We also loved the London bar ( i think it was called) where you can get ice cream and cakes in the afternoons, plus soft drinks wines coffees etc. We played cards there in the evenings. I can't comment on the entertainment as it started to late for us. But Sami one of the team was lovely and we chatted to her most days
The main buildings has little shops inside, and i did buy some things here to take home, which were reasonably priced in euros althoughi paid i English pounds. Shopping inside the hotel was lovely as you weren't hassled at all.
In the town centre trying to look at anything was a nightmare.
Taxis into the centre cost €5 you ca get a dolmus which is cheaper around 15tl.
Overall it was a fabulous holiday and we loved it.
Thank you for everything xx

Firstly the majority of our stay was amazing and we really enjoyed our time here. The food was good and you could always find something to eat or drink. The pools were good and the shuttle bus to the beach was really helpful!. The staff were friendly and were always willing to help you throughout your stay. The bag and shoe shop on site seem to be reasonably priced, the others were a bit too expensive.

Just a couple of things worth highlighting. On arrival our mini bar was not stocked (although this wasn’t a big deal as once we called reception someone came straight up). We travelled with friends and were given rooms together which was brilliant (our only issue was that my best friend and her male partner were given a double bed and myself and my partner (two men) were given two single beds.

The biggest issue we found was the entertainment, although throughout it was really good and we enjoyed it thoroughly, many of the songs had some really strong language in it (now this isn’t an issue for us as we’re a group of people in their 20s) but considering their was a lot of kids about it took us all by surprise to he F this and F that playing in the background which some other choice words thrown in.

One other little tip. We flew into Izmir airport, we would highly recommend getting a private transfer as we did. We arrived at the hotel about 30 minutes before everyone else and arrived at the airport about 45 minutes before everyone else, meaning we didn’t have to join a massive queue, which arrived after us.
