Our hotel is in a walking distance from shopping and entertainment centers of Tekirova Town, which is the region's one of the most important tourist destinations. The ancient city of Phaselis is 7 km, Olympos are 20 Km, Church Of St.Nicholas In Demre is 96 Km away. The Tahtali Mount of 2365 m.Height with a possiblity of tele lift transport system is only 7 km away. This is gonna be a long review.
7 days family holiday - 2 adults + 10yo.

Our holiday started really great !
We arrived to the hotel almost at 2am. For those travelling with TUI and using their shuttle bus - if there is no traffic, transfer is about an hour. We had 2 stops at other hotels.

When we got to reception first thing we were asked was if we are hungry. We were absolutely starving so it was nice to be offered food and drink. Buffet was very limited at that time a night but it was more than enough for us. We returned to reception to check in, it only took a moment. Gentleman at the reception desk was very pleasant, I was impressed seeing him talking Simultaneously in Russian to some lady who was complaining about something, Turkish to his colleague who was helping and in English to us. Are they speaking Queens English ? No, but nevertheless people who we came across that night spoke good English and we understood everything we needed to know. If you want perfect English go to Spain or Bognor Regis or pick up few words even in Russian orTurkish - don’t be ignorant about other languages !

We got free upgrade from Deluxe Sea View room to Suite with swim up pool, very grateful for that.
Our room was spacious, clean, AC working perfectly.
Suites have access to Veranda Restaurant which is for suites only. Nice food nice service can’t really complain about anything there.
The only slight and very minor inconvenience is that suites are bit far out from all the action at the main pool and bars but you get little shuttle bus which is essentially a golf buggy and they drive you around the hotel grounds which is nice :) You can cut through tennis courts to the main pool and be there in no time. Definitely need to get there early to get a sun lounger/round bed things.
If you in one of those suites you can walk up to the veranda for drinks all day, I think they do room service but we didn’t use it. Also almost every day at 5pm there is two guys going around and bringing bottle of alcohol (usually wine or Prosecco) plate of fruit and some sweets is chocolate, backlava, turikah delight. Very nice people, it’s all free but we tipped them anyway.

We really enjoyed main pool, loads of games and activities going on though out the day - beach volleyball, water polo, all sorts of aqua, darts and many many more. The entertainment team is great, good speaking English as well as Russian and Turkish of course. Drinks are served all day by waiters on roller skates but you can walk up to the bar to order drink. With the corner of my eye I saw swimming lessons at the main pool and the guy was awesome with kids, also speaking three languages. Not sure if there is extra charge for this.

For the afternoon/evening really recommend food court and drinks at lotus bar. Go to lotus bar before 4pm to see Mert. He is absolutely fantastic mixologist, if he ask what do you want for drink just say “Surprise me!” And he will come up with something absolutely amazing, he also makes great White Russian. In the late evening at lotus bar stage there is always some sort of entertainment, we saw MJ tribute show which was fantastic and illusionists who won (I think ?) Turkey got talent or something like that, they were also good. Get there early ish (definitely before 9pm ! To get best seats, otherwise it’s crowded and no free tables left)
Other than that there is a lot of party music in the evening with decent space to dance, it’s a electronic music so not everyone taste but recent stuff.
Next to lotus bar there is ice cream and waffle place open till 11pm, also highly recommended to try. Shisha lounge behind lotus bar also nice, $40/800 Turkish for one. They serve drinks there (table service) open from 11am.

A la crate restaurants…. Not bad but not the best. TUI is offering a deal that you can get one free meal at the a la carte. We wanted to get that book as soon as we woke up the next day, you need to go to guest relations desk to do that. We were advised that there was NO spaces for free meal for the whole week that we are there and perhaps next week would be good…. We explained that we are leaving Monday so that’s no good to us. Lady was apologetic but there was no spaces so we couldn’t do much. She offered to book us in to Mexican restaurant - Cactus, which was payable…$25 per adult and $10 for a kid. We took it but it wasn’t the best Mexican we had, but I wouldn’t expect that, in Turkey we wanted to try Turkish restaurant…
People restaurant at the ground floor next to the pool is decent, free a la carte, no reservation needed.
There is few Buffets and they are decent, the main one is so big and so many choices, it’s really hard to have same thing every day ! Personally I enjoyed it and this was perhaps the best buffet we had on all inclusive holiday.

If you want to do some shopping there are shops inside the hotels which are quite expensive. You can grab a taxi and go to Kemer Centre, it’s a huge market which sells all sorts including tone of fake stuff (bags, watches, clothes). It’s about 18km and the price should be around 300-350 Turkish lira which is about 14£. They have to have meter on and that’s the price we got on the meter. You can try to agree to set price with no meter on your own responsibility, but legally they need to put the meter on so pay attention when getting in to the taxi. We almost got done on a taxi when the guy said he will collect us in 3h from the same spot and we can pay him later. When we walked away we saw that he didn’t drove away and parked up properly and looks like he is waiting. After short deliberations we realised that he is probably waiting for 3h with the meter on charging us ! We walked away a bit and gone back and he was still there. Gone back to the taxi and said we want to pay now and we will take bus back (we didn’t :) ) and yes his meter was on ! That was almost very expensive mistake, so pay attention.

If the photographer randomly asks to take photo of you or your family - do it ! You don’t need to pay anything to get them done and they take a lot of pictures. Go to photo desk in main building and look for your photos there are very good, $13 for a picture which is semi expensive, but they are very good.

Aqua park is nice - lazy river is okay it’s not great but extra brownie points for being long. It’s busy and open only at set time not all day.
Big slides are nice but they will send you flying so make sure you have you swimming costume strapped on properly ! Strict weight restriction which they follow religiously.

All in all we enjoyed our stay, I can’t name all the great staff we encountered as I don’t remember all their name but Mert from Lotus bar and Yusef from darts really stand out, they will remember your name after 1st day. Everyone are always smiling, always trying to help even if they don’t understand very well, the place was spotless clean, so many grounds staff everywhere, cleaning ladies on the go all day doing great job !

Final tips:
- For round beds by the by the pool you need to get there by 7am latest they get busy quick. For normal sun beds until 9am you should be good, after that all busy. Loungers on the beach always some spaces left. There are some rules on round beds on how long beds can be left unattended and after that they take you stuff away to lay property office - they do enforce it. They go around and check, I saw the man taking photos before and after to see if beds was changed and then he will check time and take stuff away, so don’t be a di*** and leave bed taken for whole day if you won’t be using it.
- Pay attention in the taxi they will try to mug you off.
- In the market haggle, you can cut the price probably twice.

We have just returned from a week stay in this hotel. Our group was 6 adults and two 2-3yo.

The staff were always very friendly and tried to do everything for us. Nothing was ever an issue despite not always understanding our request. Drinks service around the pool area was especially good and staff always made us laugh.

The buffet restaurant always had a good selection for breakfast and dinner and was fresh and tasty. Masks worn by guests and staff also making us feel safe here.

Our favorite restaurant for dinner was the Italian and the beachside setting in the evening was perfect.

We used the pool every day and was able to get sunbeds easily. Our boys also used the splash park. The Rixy baby service was also very good for their afternoon naps in the sleep room and the staff there were warm and welcoming.

We each had a standard sea view room and it was the only aspect of our holiday that could have been better. The room was small, a little dated and not up to the same level of furnishing as the hotel. After seeing photos of the deluxe rooms I would recommend paying the extra if you like to spend more time in your room.

This was our first holiday to Turkey and we would defiantly consider returning here.

My Husband and I stayed here at this Truly Amazing hotel for the 4th time in July 2020, As always we were not disappointed the staff at this hotel are the best we have ever had and we have stayed in many 5* hotels around the world, this is the reason why we are returning customers, The guest relations Manager Chas is extremely professional in his post always making sure guests are enjoying their holiday and personally seeing to any requests, The General manager Mr Faruk Karaka always has time to say hello or good morning to guests he is always around the hotel grounds , all the staff are very friendly and always going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, A big thank you to Ertan the entertainment manager who always makes us welcome.
We made a new friend in July who always had time to enjoy a chat with us called CAN who also sees you have everything you need, The food as always was always delicious and plentiful we always like a couple of visits to the Italian as it’s our favourite Al A carte the food is amazing, The pools are huge and beautiful.
We had a Deluxe seaveiw room which are absolutely gorgeous.
The cleaning standards are very high in this hotel it’s immaculate always! The hotel is of a very high standard so we knew we could get away for a holiday and not be worried constantly about COVID 19 ,The hotel also has a water park and beach complete with beds and bar.
We had a fabulous holiday and didn’t want to leave so rebooked to return in September with our son and his girlfriend for our 5th time lol we go on 3 holidays a year to different countries normally but with the way things are this year the only place we have considered is Rixos Premium Tekirova because we know we would feel 100% safe , Thank you again Rixos for a wonderful holiday see you in a few weeks 😊.

I had a first stay in Antalya at the Titanic (Lara) it was wonderful everything was perfect so we decided to go back there in a different location, and our travel agency suggested Rixos premium Tekirova.

I will start by the good points:
Nice location, between the mountains and the beach, the place is super quiet and really clean outdoor.

The evening shows are wonderful, we were blazed by Symphostory. The waiters are nice, especially one of them (Orhan), we really appreciated his dedication and he was also funny, and helped a lot to calm our 2 years old boy during dinner time.

But unfortunately there were many annoying things:

At the check in after a 1h30 minutes drive, a lady at the reception who said she will be helping, was super slow, our baby was tired and needed to go to the bathroom, we spent more than 40 minutes with her before we were able to get to the room.

Once in the room, the baby crib they provided was not steady, we had to keep it really close to our bed to have some sort of stability. The mattress in the crib was a 5 centimeters thick sponge.

Compared to the Titanic, the room was tiny and looked like it needed to be refreshed.
The air conditioning had some issues also (you can't control the temperature).

The staff door was next to our room, so every morning we were hearing them, their cart was hitting the doors and it was really noisy.

The room cleaning was not done every day, even if they knock on your door every morning. We had to leave the room earlier one day to come back to an uncleaned room. Another day, they changed the bedsheets and kept the used ones on the floor. They forget to refill the toilet paper, the water and coffee cups.
They barely clean the toilets.

We went to the kids club also. At the main desk, there is a nice lady, trying to help, unfortunately she didn't understand one word we said. We decided not to take our son there.

During dinner, one waitress was really unfriendly, we asked for a baby chair, she brought us a dirty one and was annoyed because we asked her to clean it up.
Same goes for our table, she threw the knives and forks she had on the table and the cleaning was done quickly. Previous guests leftovers were still on the table and there were no napkins.

Another day we asked for a Coke for my husband and a coke zero for me, 1st they brought them in glasses without the bottles or cans, so you can't know what was really inside the glass. My coke was like a soup, hot and no bubbles, we asked for another one they brought a coke bottle without the sticker on it, still can't tell if it was regular coke or coke zero... 😑

The location is good, most of the staff is great, but many of them don't speak English, so it was hard to be understood. I give a big thumb up to Orhan, who literally was everywhere and helped a lot.

In conclusion, for a premium resort, they have to up their game a little, I personally won't go back there.

I've always wanted to try a Rixos hotel and with Turkey just being opened up to the UK for travel I jumped at the chance to book.

I'm on my last night of an amazing stay and am very sad to be going home!

The best parts:
The food variety and selection was amazing from breakfast lunch, dinner, the food court, ice cream bar and various bars dotted around the resort (one of which serves Starbucks)
The staff were particularly lovely, we will miss our favourite waiter Emrullah very much (thank you for wonderful service every night at dinner) ! Halil in the Turquoise restaurant was so helpful on our first night when we were tired and worn and needed milk for a cuppa! Veli was also lovely in bringing us up fruit and treats and our lovely Mehmet making us fresh Pide every day at the food court.
The resort itself is massive with always something to do, we are particularly active so the Gym was amazing and decked out with all you need and the steam room and sauna was fab, there's also a varied fitness programme daily.
The team were all covid safe and always wore masks there are sanitiser dispensers all over the resort and the food is served directly to the plate to avoid contamination. There is daily entertainment in the evening and extensive activities for children. The beach is lovely too and we always found a sun lounger (but we were in off peak season)
The only downside is they don't provide an iron to the room (which is odd for a 5 star hotel) so we were in pretty creased clothes for the trip! The room itself was fine, although the bathroom a tad small but the waterfall shower is the most amazing one I have used!
The resort also caters to mainly Russian guests, there was only 1 other British couple there which wasn't an issue for us but may be for some. The location is remote with a parade of shops and pharmacy around a 15 minute walk which again we didn't mind as the resort has everything you need but Kemer is about a 15 min taxi ride if you want to venture out further.

I’ll start off with the good: the beach is great and the water is crystal clear. Because it’s located in a cove, the water is calm and you can see the fish swimming above from the pier. The food is good and there are enough options throughout the day so you’re never hungry (they have lunch in the main restaurant as well as the food court by the beach and also have a fruit station, ice cream shop and gözleme station). The service at the main restaurant is great and they have enough staff to ensure everyone is taken care of. The food court is well staffed too - the only place that’s understaffed is the beach bar.
They’ve clearly renovated the main building with the lobby and restaurant, but the building where the rooms are located is in dire need of a renovation. I’m guessing the building is 20+ years old - the rooms are tiny and have stained carpets. It’s a shame because the rest of the hotel is so beautiful, but when you go to your room at night it’s just sad.

We have spent one week in this amazing resort being accommodated in a family pool villa. The reception staff was extremely kind and helpful and we were welcomed to our room immediately. In front of the villa there was Miss Gr. Kateryna , our personal assistant who really helped to take our experience to the next level. She booked us a table for the Italian restaurant and gave us all the information we could ever need. She used to call everyday in order to check if everything was just perfect. The cleaning of the hotel was at the highest standards. They changed the bedsheets every single day , changed the towels, cleaned the floor and the pool entrance and really took care of the room which is very spacious and has a modern up to date feel to it. One of the most important aspects about the room was the air conditioning which managed ți cool the room to the exact temperature we were demanding. About the food there is absolutely nothing to complain, varied, tasty food to suit everyone's tastes and more than plenty to choose from. I really do recommend that you should once in your stay try the Italian restaurant because from the food to the atmosphere and the gorgeous view of the bay it is worth it. We also loved the waffle and ice-cream corner. The beach was for us one of the key points when choosing our holiday destination and Rixos Premium Tekirova delivered what we were hoping for. The only thing that we found the tiniest bit unpleasant were the small rocks at the entrance of the sea and at the first 2 metres after entering the sea. Abut the entertainment and the exclusive sports club I can only say one very big "Thank You!" for their professionalism and hospitality. I am happy to mention Mr Tuğrul Karakurumer from the mountain biking team who not only is a great sportsman but also he is a great guide and host and if you have the chance you should meet him! The evening entertainment was pleasant , with interesting shows , live music and dj parties for those who wanted to stay up until midnight but no more than that. The incredible landscape looking to the Tahtali mountain and all of the well kept gardens are huge selling points for choosing this hotel. It is clear that both the people working there and the tourists love this amazing place and are trying to keep it clean and at the highest standards. We will definitely be back as soon as possible!

Due to COVID-19 situation we made our mind to book one of the best hotel in Tekirova. What a mistake we did. We thought the service would be premium one due to corona; Since the guests who inspite of everything chose the Rixos hotel.
We checked in at 6:30, the hotel was almost empty, the desk man told us they could not give us a room since it was not ready and we shall wait until 14:00 pm. What?! Not ready in an empty hotel?! Is it a good decent service? He made us extra pay for Pool Villa the price was the same as the tour agent gave us (but usually hotel gives better price than tour agent). My kids were exhausted totally after night flight so we paid.
Guest Relations staff do not care at all: to get information about anything takes a lot of hours and efforts. I would say it was a quest to find out anything about the usual service or food or beverages. The only person in charge at the Guest Relations Desk was Rimma.
They did not put a potty or a step stool for kids in a room until you ask them strictly at least twice. I asked to clean my room and there were nobody diring 3 hours until I came personally to guest relations desk. I did not heard even a simple apologise for bad service.
The room: they are not new and they need to be repaired asap. The shot hairs were in a bathtub when we checked in. Hate this! Changed the room at a time. No excuses again. No welcoming stuff in a room even for kids.
Food: they do not serve seaside food at all. Not much diversity but this is not very important to us. Well.... Still wondering: am I in Rixos Premium????!!!!
The staff in general do not pay attention to you but the other thing with the local people. By the way, Premium Hotel Staff speak English poorly and do not speak Russian at all. They should improve English.

I still regret the Europe is locked for travelers from Ukraine and ask you to think 100 times before you choose Rixos Premium (used to be) Tekirova.
We are to have late checkout in 3 days and I am assured they will check us out on time without letting stay even for a couple of hours extra.
Cheap service unfortunately.
I told them about my feedback in social media they told me they DO NOT CARE MUCH about this.

Guest relations service at the lobby of our hotel, the staff speak English, Russian, Turkish and German languages. I want to remind you that by all world hotel standards check-in at 14:00 and chech-out at 12:00. If you wanna stay a few hours more it will be chargeable. İnformation about late check out service we share with our guests and you could also read in out hotel passport (room keys) about it. As for the upgrade of the room category. This service is provided only if the guest himself wishes to move to a higher category room for an additional charges. Price is fixed for each room categorys. Good hotel for kids as there is a lot attractions , however I would recommend Rixos Belek for the value of money and quick transfers to land of legends ! Nothing to compare between this Rixos and the one in Belek . This is more like 4 star hotel as there is a lot to improve to start with beach furniture and deckings ( beach bars are bad too , they offer very limited choice of local spirits only :( not sure why ) again this should be 5 star hotel and there should be no deferents between indoor bars and beach bars ! You have the usual pricy water sports , but this is normal . The lady which do Guzleme at the beach is the best you can have on the beach .
We have been given room in old part ( standard room ) will not recommend it as feels like a road side motel room ( 3 star max ) so I have paid straightaway for superior room which was OK . One day cleaners have left kitchen roll paper instead of toilet paper ( assume they did not have toilet paper .. ) again unacceptable for 5 star !
Food in restaurants is good and choice is good can not complain about that , but again the restaurant furniture is more like 4 star . Staff is friendly but if you give tips you will get more attention for sure.
If you want to do shopping the best place is Kemer , taxi from hotel cost around 20-25 dollars but I will recommend to take local bus ( comes a front of hotel every 20 min ) and cost of bus to Kemer is 1 dollar / 1 Euro or 8 lira . Bus us mazing and clean ,takes 20 min to the town . Mall Of Kemer ( its is 3 storey house which they called mall ) is good place to do some shopping too and have free transport from hotel as well ) Avoid shops and services in hotel as they are way overpriced ( with around 900% ) .
Overall hotel is not bad but as we have been in Rixos Belek before I can say that Rixos Tekirova is way lower value for money ! ( We wanted to try it , but will not return ).
I will definitely recommend Rixos Belek compare to Tekirova and I am not sure why there is so bug difference between those hotels if the brand is the same !
Note that the beach is stone sand and inside sea you need water shoes as there is massive rocks and stone ( no sands )

Firstly their is a language barrier for British people, this being just as much our fault for not knowing other languages but worth knowing what to expect. This caused some issues with understanding processes eg how to book kids into kids club, how to book restaurants as non of this info was apparent on arrival or in the Rixos app (there is an app which is handy for some stuff). There is a mix of language and culture amongst staff themselves it would seem.

Rooms may seem small for some but mini bar is well stocked and it was good enough for the three of us to relax on the bed before night time routine and shower was ace with well stocked toiletries.

AQUApark is excellent even though I was rubbish at some of the rides and there are loads of lifeguards and staff making sure you are ok and know what you’re doing.

Lazy river and kids area is brilliant, there is a kids bar (no alcohol) that does kids stuff at lunch times, burger chips and kids and adults alike can go and ask for ice creams and drinks.

Kids club has loads for kids to do once you go in and sign kids up as some activities like dancing and pottery making has to be signed up to in advance. Their is a games room with PlayStations etc in too.
Mini disco is in the ampetheatre next to here at night for young ones just a bit young for my 7yr old.

The beach is amazing, loved it as did my wife who doesn’t like beaches, it’s a bit pebbly which is better to be honest and those little nibbling feet fish in the sea did me a service. There is a wifi ordering system with QR code in the roof of the parosols that does basics. Staff are also very attentive and here is where we met two excellent guys in MERT and HASSAN who spoke good English and I can’t speak highly enough, thank you to both.

Food was excellent quality, everything is branded also, the buffets are very busy at peak times but you get used to that, table service for drinks including juice and coffee which is a bit different instead of getting your own. There is a table service restaurant called ‘the peoples restaurant’ below the main one that seemingly no one knows about if you prefer it quieter.

There are fridges with water dotted on the beach and at the water park area.

A la carte restaurants were almost impossible to book with some requiring a service tip to be paid. We managed to get booked into 2 in our 10 day stay which is a bit disappointing but the food was excellent.

It is a truly beautiful place and we had an amazing time, we didn’t leave the complex and once you were used to the language issue and relaxed it became less awkward, all in all I believe it was an excellent trip for the price for the three of us.

P.s do not buy suncream from the shops in the complex they must make the stuff from gold, cost me £30 for a bottle of normal Nivea 50 spf.
