Booked last minute based on review & low cost. Twin apartment was clean & had everything needed for a VFM base. Our room was over looking the pool & restaurant/bar so noisy at night & in the morning. Therefore request a room away from this area or even better over the road at the ‘quiet pool’. Reception area was nicely decorated & staff were helpful & friendly. We were moved on request because we were given a double bed in error.
Only ate there on the first night, very cheap for a buffet & food average, but there are so many great restaurants in the area I would recommend eating out. Useful supermarket on site, but more variety at the local A1 store round the corner. A free bus to the beach is provided but we walked, about 15 minutes away & we used the loungers at The Terrace Bar aslong the promenade.
Would recommend this place for the low cost x good value, but a little too far from the beach. But great central location for some good restaurants.

We returned on 5th August. Once arrived we had a lovely welcome from reception we bought our air con £30 for 2 weeks, and we're shown to our room, he even carried to cases to the 3rd floor for us. There are no lifts in the hotel but didn't matter to us. Room was big we had 2 bed apartment for 5 of us, one bed made up in living room on one of the sofas. That was broken and made horrendous noise, we're not ones to complain so just moved to the other. Cleaners were very good cleaned the room every day, towels were a bit sparse had to ask for clean ones. We were self catering food in the hotel was lovely and really big generous sizes. We made use of the shop for breakfast items ham, cheese and bread. Bread was fresh daily. We heard alot of complaints of yhe inclusive side but can't comment really as never had it. But did think drinks were very small. Bar was expensive for drinks cocktails very weak in alcohol. I feel they missed a trick as shop was cheaper to buy drinks from but if bar was same price people would have drank more 😅 bar staff didn't serve the drinks to you even when sat at the tables you had to keep an eye out I thought this to be very rude! Cocktails happy hour you'd wait 30 mins to get your first one pointless!
What made this hotel is kristina and fajhat they are an amazing couple funny, welcoming, got everyone evolved who wanted to be. And didn't pester who didn't. They put lots of games and shows on.
Only one show a week was a brought in entertainment I think the hotel could pay for a couple more to make the nights more entertaining. Pools were fab but got quite dirty by the end of our stay.
I would go back but Side a bit to quite when you have teenagers with you.

We've just returned (10 of us) from Sun City.

Originally we had booked to stay at another hotel, but boy am I glad we ended up here!

The hotel is spotless, the market is similarly priced to the shops outside and the food and drinks are amazing!!

We visited the onsite hamam (thank you Resat and Emma) amazing and by far the best hamam I've visited in Turkey.

The onsite hair dresser and beauty is amazing and really reasonably priced not to mention quality work.

3 of our party also got tattoos just before going home and the studio is in a beautiful location 5 mins from hotel, it's sterile and I would not hesitate to go again and again the quality of the work is amazing.

ALL the staff work extremely hard and are always smiling and welcoming.

Big love to Hasan, Sam, Resat and Mustafa for taking such good care of us.

Pools are great for adults and children, food is ok bit repetitive, we asked for a ground floor apartment as our mim is 64 we got a top floor one with so many stairs to climb.Stairs are a bit dangerous because of people going up and down dripping water from pool, Have to pay for air con +Wi-I and all we had in our room was a fridge kettle and 1 hot plate. Towels get changed every 3 days, no daytime ice creams you have to buy them at onsite shop. Entertainment done each day and evening( aqua aerobics , water polo and surf and score a goal in daytime) every evening there are different things on these are all done by Kristina and her partner they accommodated for every one and every age they both were excellent, staff are polite and helpful , there is a blue carpet running through the corridor which needs replacing as it has holes and tears in it which a lot of people including us tripped over, Tv in room but cannot be watched as very bad reception( shown in photos)

We travelled as a family of 6, 2 adults & 4 children (14,12,10 & 7) we arrived late to the hotel (3:30am) due to our delayed flight but on arrival we were greeted by 2 helpful staff, one who checked us in and the another who greeted us with a sandwich and bottle of water, and then also brought our luggage to our room. The hotel was lovely and clean and the room (334) was spacious with a lovely view of the pool and hills in the distance. We stayed 10 days All Inclusive which I definitely recommend as drinks can get expensive throughout the holiday, the food was nice but it was a bit repetitive so we opted to eat out 1 night which was a lovely change. The burgers in the snack bar we amazing though. The maids came to clean the rooms everyday but we didn’t feel they needed cleaning every day, only every other day so did ask them not to come certain days. All the staff were as pleasant & helpful as they could possibly be. There is a hill back up from the beach but after watching the sunset it’s totally worth it. We went to the private beach on the shuttle bus and got the times wrong coming back but the kind bus driver went out of his way to bring us back to the hotel anyway even though the next bus back wasn’t till 2 hours later. We rented towels which we paid a refundable deposit for which you can change daily and we also rented a safe for a refundable deposit as we were All inclusive our air con was included with our room which was totally needed as it reached up to 43°. The entertainment was great and got everybody involved. We made some lovely friends and some amazing memories. We would absolutely return to this hotel. Also I would recommend the pirate ship with lunch included & the old town.

Myself and partner have just returned from a weeks stay here on a half board basis, overall we had a great stay and would return.
We arrived very late so it was dark, so we were unable to get a clear picture of the resort and immediate area.
Ok so out first room wasnt great, it was dated, the A/C wasnt great and the balcony ha dno view. The following morning my partner asked if it was possible to change rooms, and we were moved no issues. They were extremely accomodating.
Staff at this hotel are all so friendly and each go out of there way to make you feel at ease and comfrotable during your stay.
The location for us was perfect. Approx a 15 min wak to the beach, with a smaller selection of shops, bars and restaurants within a 5 mins walk. The main centre of Side is about a 20/25 min walk away. Its a nice walk along the seafront.
Rooms...Although we were HB we still have kitchenete facilities, a frudge, kettle, toaster, and 2 heated hob plates. The bathroom was equipped with toilet, sink and fully working and good powereed shower.
The Bar had a good selection of local and branded beers and spirits. Daily they do 241 cocktails and also do a happy hour during the day. Drinks were quite expensive so we used the shop on site to buy soft drinks to have around the pool, whoch they allow and also seen other people buying bottles of Efes from the shop as they were cheaper than the bar!
Food was ok. Breakfast there was a good selction of hot and cold items, however a selection of fresh fruit was missing, this wuol dhave been good to of had this choice at breakfast. Only thing with the hot food at breakfast was that it was often cold, this is because of the servers being left open and not closed when people werent using them. Dinner there was always a good selection of meat, chicken and fish. And also a good salad bar.
THere are 5 pools on site. The main pool where the daytime activities take place, a baby pool, another small childs pool, the waterslide pool and another pool with double sunbeds....this one i think would be nice to make adults only. Purely as some people do not want to hear screaming children playing or splashing about in the water, when there are all of the other pools alongside this.
Entertainment was all day and all evening. Apaprt from a Sunday as this is there day off.
Other facilities included a Hammam, which was great, a hairdressers, a shop, a shisha bar and onsite photographer.

So where to start.. you see the 3* and assume you’ll just be happy to have somewhere to lay your head. But oh my was I pleasantly surprised.

The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people the main bedroom has air conditioning that worked like a dream in the 42 degree heat.

The spa were amazing! Had a full salt and foam Turkish bath followed by a hot stone one hour massage and face mask. Followed by a pomegranate tea.

This was just the perfect way to start off the holiday.

Your food within the main area for breakfast lunch and dinner is your standard all inclusive foods. You find salads, pastas , meats with some added extras too and the desserts have a massive variety. However within the hotel the a la carte menu is just on another level and for the price is not unreasonable either for the portion sizes or the quality.

All inclusive drinks are as you would expect however again the cocktail menus the main bar is also very reasonable on prices they have happy hour twice a day for BOGOF cocktails.

All inclusive also offers a snack bar in the daytime which is perfect for wanting a little something in between

The entertainment throughout both day and night is spot on, from darts, water polo, aqua aerobics and surf ball it is brilliant. The evenings range from karaoke, bingo, miss sun city contest and much more. The entertainment crew were amazing! So welcoming, and engaging with all the guests.

The hotel is deceiving in the maps will say it is away from most things however it couldn’t be more wrong for the best reasons. You are a stones throw from a mini market, a supermarket within the complex and also a hairdresser within the complex too.

Just a small 5 minute walk you will find shops for gifts, clothes, lovely restaurants, tattoo parlours. The location of the hotel is perfect to either have the lounge days by the pool or go and explore.

The hotel also offer a shuttle bus 3 times a day to go to the beach and twice return for FREE and the sunset beach club restaurant was just unreal for the food we had their too!

Can’t wait to return to this hotel as it was just the perfect definition of everything needed for a chilled holiday

I paid about £400 All Inc with flights and transfers, so wasn’t expecting anything 5 ⭐️ but what a great little place for the money, rooms nice and clean and were actually cleaned every day I was there.
Food was ok for the money to, ask them to make me an omelette most morning at breakfast which they were happy to do even though they didn’t advertise the fact that they would.
Room had kettle, toaster hot plates with cutlery, cups plates etc and a fridge if you wanted to do some yourself, I went to the local supermarket about 5 mins walk, and brought coffee, sugar, coffee mate, bread butter and jam, for about a tenner that lasted the week for when I fancied a late snack or couldn’t be arse with going down for breakfast.
Room had a nice balcony over looking the pool, see pic attached. There were 4 pools in all, one small as in pic, one larger one where the entertainment and bar was, one with 3 water slides and a small shallow one if you had small toddlers.

Offered free transfers to and from the beach. Wi-Fi, safe, we’re extra but cost next to nothing, so don’t worry about getting charged the earth or getting ripped off.

Only thing I can fault them for was as soon as I’d handed my key back in my all inclusive wristband was cut off, which normally wouldn’t be a problem but although I’d paid for a late check out, 180 Lira( £8) I still had 4 hrs until my transfers was due, if I’d have checked out at midday It would have been nearly 9 hrs without food n drink unless I paid for it, I did explain that I’d paid for 7 days all inc and not 6 half to which she just smiled like she didn’t have a clue what I was talking about, although she was pretty good at understanding me all week.
All in all a little gem of a place, short walk to shops, bars and restaurants and worth the money. Which is why I rated them 5/5 even taking in to account the wristband thing.

We came here as a family of 6 and had two separate rooms on 2 different floors even though we had requested rooms together when booking. We have had 3 electric shocks off the cooking appliances and they replaced with more faulty appliances. They are no lifeguards by the pool area, you have to pay extra for the WiFi, my daughter locked herself in the bedroom and they didn't have a spare key to open it so we had to wait an hour for an engineer to come out to resolve it. The cleaners kept asking us for money every time they cleaned our room. Overall we have had a terrible experience and the customer service is has been very poor we will definitely not be comming back.

Hi Allen I've been on holiday to Turkey for years and only ever taken the official currency of Turkish lira as all shops and businesses have to take it by law, there is a big Migos supermarket about 10-15 mins walk from hotel just over road from local hospital there is another about 5-10mins walk away both are on the main drag where there is a multitude of shops n bars n restaurants, there is a shop on hotel site aswell which we found to be just as cheap as the local supermarket, hope this helps

Hi! Which beach club does the shuttle go to? TIA :)
Answer from tractorboy
Burnley, United Kingdom79 contributions
Hi the hotel shuttle bus goes to its own beach club which is about a 15min bus ride away but worth it as the beach is soft sand and has a bar and restaurant there which you do have to for,you get free tea, coffee, water and fruit juices, the sunbeds are free to suncity guests and the free bus goes there 4 times a day starting at about 9am from outside of hotel front door(reception)and comes back 4 times a day the last bus back to hotel is 4.30pm,the beach is great for all ages and it gently slopes down into the Mediterranean sea, hope this helps
