We are still here but I'm ready to write a review. What I can say is that all the negative things mentioned by other tourists are true. The hotel is old and needs renovation, but the staff does not care about it. It was the first time for me that there was no Wi-Fi even at the reception/lobby. That was really incredible. I forgot to print our voucher so they asked me to send it later when I find a way to get the internet. That's so stupid! But ok.
The room is okay, but the curtain is cut by the scissors from one side, and one of the windows is white / unclean (I don't know why). In the bathroom, the water goes out on the floor which is uncomfortable for me, but my husband does not care. So the room leaves to be desired. But there are some pros: calm, not hot at night (we slept with an open window without the air-conditioner working which is good because we are here with a child and are afraid he can catch a cold. The room is pretty big. So, in general, that is fine if you are not very picky and have not paid a lot of money for this hotel.
The food is good. Our family always could find what we liked (french fries and grilled chicken are very tasty). There are some burgers served on the hotel beach as well. We tried them once and preferred to eat at the hotel because of the wider variety.
The beach is fine, but not all the sunbeds are under the tent. It was not bad for us because we were all the time near the water with our son. Water is great at this time. But the water goes deep very fast and when the sea is covered with waves there are many people close to the shore.
So, our conclusion is that the hotel is situated well and could be very good but requires a skilled and strong manager to renovate it and improve the service.

Nice hotel with amazing garden; it's 3 stars hotel but I guess should be 4 stars easily. I spend two holidays here ( 2002 and 2001 ) and we were more than satisfied. The kitchen is perfect, the personnel is kind - no reason for complaining. This hotel has a private pool but also a private beach too ( 200m away from hotel ) I recommend this hotel for families with kids and for all those clients which are not looking to stay on the line for everything - see big huge hotels with 500 rooms. This is a nice hotel with only 80-90 rooms I guess , but for us was perfect. Congratulation for this guys !

I'm from the city of Tirana, Albania. Together with my wife, chosen Club Golf Hotel Side, where stayed for 14 nights to spend our annual holiday in the period 30 July to 12 August 2010. This was the first time we came to this hotel, although we have five years to make our vacation's family on the coast of Turkey. But we acted erroneously chosen this hotel at all that this year because we went with the best vacation compared with the previous period. Because style and organization in this hotel is fully fit a more familiar environment. Also clean environment and very green state created us a very physical and spiritual comfortable. Part of sandy coastline, combined with the forested part of the hotel, with fresh climate and water sports we made nice with our stay at this hotel. There can be no mention of this service the hotel staff, who located very close to us and willing us to meet our requirements and suggestions. Food menu variety and tasty dishes, drinks quality requirements of all visitors. Ramadan especially restaurant manager was very communicative and close to us, but even with all the other tourists from Russia, Germany, Turkey, etc..
We really I felt like a big joint family. We were removed from the hotel with the best feedback and promise it will return again next year, inviting our friends to come to this hotel where we can reasonably spent, and spent very nice holidays!

I paid ALL INCLUSIVE
Terrible place terrible restaurant, staff speaking only Turkish and Russian none of them speaks English . This put me to never visit Turkey anymore.
I waited 9 hours in the lobby until my booking it was confirmed ( crazy I know ) .
The beach it was far away from the hotel and it was the worst beach ever it started right away deep .
The rooms was never cleaned so old inside and smells so bad .
For wifi you need to pay also for the safe box inside the room they not taking euros or any other currency only dollars Turkish lira and Russia currency. A lot of people from Russia not welcomed to Europe people.
If you booked cancel as fast as you can because is gonna be the worst’s vacation in your life .
Never AGAIN !

if you want a nice vacation stay far away from this hotel. this hotel should be classified as a 2 star hotel.

Don't be afraid to gain weight, because the hotel's all inclusive buffet tastes terrible. The cleaning staff only comes occasionally. The receptionists only speak Turkish and Russian, not English. Full of ants in the room, also in the bed. In many rooms the air conditioning does not work. The playgrounds for kids are dangerous, and soon fall apart. The training room is useless. Mold in the bathroom. The hotel is generally old and worn.

Just returned from 3 days here and never again - it’s put me off from ever visiting Turkey again! Arrived late at night to a lovely member of staff Ali who checked us in and was extremely helpful. On visiting breakfast there was nothing in the restaurant that we could eat which was edible. Full of Russian people, you couldn’t serve yourself and had to wait for the staff to serve your food and the staff couldn’t speak English. Was going to try the fried eggs which apart from bread was all we could eat, the eggs were pre cooked and cold. Walked away extremely hungry. Lunch exactly the same, nothing we could eat. All-inclusive was a joke. No branded drinks, syrup cocktails. No ice creams for the kids. Wasps everywhere on terraces outside making it impossible to eat even if you could. Turkish staff rude. Russian TUI rep rude when we tried to change money.. you can’t even walk to a restaurant you had to get a cab. Pool clean though which was one good thing!

Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return.

I can t say that food was normal - it was bad smell from food enough often. Rooms in hotel very old- it is not enougth light in it, sheets and towels dirty (after washing too) and i can t say that it is good cleaning in room too. So, I can t give advice to visit this hotel!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly I am not a fussy holiday maker. I paid such a low price for this holiday I did not have high expectations but this hotel was the worst place ive ever been as a British Holidaymaker. The language barrier is extreme with Russian the predominant language spoken, in fact we only encounted 1 member of staff at this hotel who spoke any English the pool guy. I appreciate not every person in the world speaks English and the Russian market is more lucrative, but when asking for an extra pillow takes 20mins! Wifi is only in the hotel reception area, not in your room or by the pool. There is one bar. The drinks including beer are given in the smallest plastic cups you can imagine after 2 sips you need another drink. The website and agents say local alcoholic drinks are provided which is Gin, Vodka, Raki, Beer. And local soft drinks, often from a plastic bottle often warm. The grounds of the hotel are unkept and wild which is a shame. Due to a mix up in my booking with the hotel accross the road we had moved to this hotel to sleep and use the facilities at the Maya World so food I can not really comment on at Maya Golf. We had a number of issues at this hotel with the room (leaking aircon, no towels, broken shower, broken skirting board) and although all were resolved the time and effort it demanded I felt we deserved suitable compensation in the form of upgraded room at the Maya World Hotel were our original booking was made. After a long time trying and negotiating with the manager for both hotels he flat out refused to upgrade us free of charge from a promo room to a standard room. Not a suite or a junior suite, a standard room. eventually I negotiated There is no care for customer service here the manager does not care if we return or not, the staff at the Maya Golf dont care. Having arrived I had only a small amount of turkish money and after a staff member took our cases to our room it was either tip 5lira or 50lira. After I gave him a 5lira he laughed at me and told me this was £1 in England. I was utterly shocked and embarrassed ive never met a member of staff like this and was the worst possible start to our holiday. Simply I don't know why the Maya Golf is so bad they have space and ground and potential to make this hotel lovely but choose to let it decay, allow horrible staff to work there, limit bilingual staff and have pushy spa and photo staff trying to sell you something everytime you walk past. If you have this hotel cancel or be prepared to pay an extra €200 to upgrade to Maya World Accross the road.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 week in June, cant fault hotel.lovely rooms, pool view prob best. Food was plentiful even if it was a bit repetitive. All staff nice but not many English speaking. Staff are always cleaning seating areas. We would go back anytime. Bus stop outside hotel, buses are every 10 mins. If you want a quiet relaxing break this is the place to go.

For being a 'four star hotel' it's remarkable that there is no elevator available, the staff hardly knows any English and the emergency exit door has been blocked on the top floor! The breakfast and dinner buffe looks allright but tastest hardly anything - or if it tastes anything, you don't want it! - and the 'juices' being served is a joke. There is no possibility to get anything to eat in between their decided breakfast/lunch and dinner times. Their WIFI-connection allows approx 4 ppl to ghet connected at the same timne, after that it's impossible to connect. The hotel itself looks alright though and their swimmingpools are generally OK, and the garden in nice as well, but this does not make it worth a stay - avoid!
