Miarosa Kemer Beach Hotel, while offering a relaxing atmosphere and family-friendly entertainment, has received mixed reviews concerning value and room quality. A number of guests criticize the hotel for not providing adequate bang for their buck, pointing to overpriced extras and substandard services. Room conditions are a hit or miss, with complaints of uncleanliness and maintenance issues being balanced by others finding their accommodations satisfactory. On the upside, the staff, particularly the spa team, is lauded for their outstanding service. However, the hotel's amenities, although appreciated for variety, sometimes fall short in quality or come with additional costs.

We vacationed with two families, 4 adults + 3 children of secondary school age, in July 2023. in standard rooms. For children there are full-size single beds, but the rooms are not cramped even with three beds (double and two singles). The big advantage of the hotel is that the buildings are located far from the entertainment area, so there is peace and quiet at night. The restaurant is very large, crowded and noisy, but there were always free tables and there were no long lines for food. The food is fresh, very tasty and varied, prepared to European tastes, many options for meat, chicken and fish, every dinner something cooked on the grill. A variety of side dishes, but you can always choose regular food - boiled rice, potatoes, fresh vegetables. There is a fast food restaurant near the beach, open from 12 to 16. There are nuggets, burgers, fries, gozleme, grilled meat or fish, fresh vegetables and fruits. They serve ice cream an hour a day. I have vacationed in Turkey many times, this hotel has perhaps the most delicious food, even the pickiest children in our group found something to eat.
The beach is about 7 minutes walk in the sun, through a non-busy road, there is an underground passage. My pedometer showed 450m from the room to the beach. The beach is large, there were always sun loungers for 7 people in the shade. The entry into the sea is smooth - pebbles, not very pleasant for the feet, but we managed without corrals. The neighboring hotel has a pier where you can dive.
The water park has cool slides, some photos in the reviews show the slides of the neighboring hotel (blue), where admission is $50 per day. And everything that is in Miarose can be viewed on the official website of the hotel - its own water park with colored slides - 4 regular and 3 extreme + a cool children's water park. The pool area is beautifully designed with fine white sand, and the seawater pool with a smooth entry is great for kids. You can look at sharks and rays, you can swim with them. Lifeguards monitor the pools. Our child was promptly helped when he fell and injured his leg (it was his own fault - he was running).
Overall, I liked everything, had a great time!

Good afternoon! Still decided to write a review, rested for the May holidays 8 days, bought at a very pleasant price hotel accommodation, plane and transfer booked on their own, vacationed together with their daughter of 10 years, quickly passed check-in, we were given a room and for three, everything is fine, bought internet for two - everything is fine. Reading the reviews realized that shampoos and gels should take theirs, no problem! Since, and the accommodation for 7 nights gave 38 thousand rubles, we did not find it a problem, every day they left 1-2 dollars for cleaning and we of course cleaned some of the first, which is very nice and of course every time swans, flowers, etc. Special thanks to the restaurant, my daughter is very choosy about food, but here everything is delicious and it is Russian food, even buckwheat and puree were)))) may some laugh, but the child was satisfied! Towels were always taken by my daughter, since it was at the spa I didn't even try to go down myself, since they start imposing the service and I don't need it. The water park and the water park area are great, everything is great! The sea is certainly cold, but the daughter did not stop it) in general the holiday went perfectly!
Lowered the star for what happened after rest! The girl wrote to me claiming to be a collaborator, and when she wrote, Maria wrote to me! And the daughter is exactly the same name, I thought - mixed up) but it turned out for some reason she thought I wrote a review of what bad guys work at the spa!!!! That I then found out when she called me started🙈 I naively thought, what service is everyone asking if everyone liked it? Oh no! I later justified myself as a fool) why I responded to Maria!))))) in general I can not say anything about the guys in the spa vacationing with the child, but the desire to come back somehow ceased) in fact I never write on this network, as here anyone can write, I prefer to leave reviews where really lived and the program only allows real living people.

We rested at the hotel with our family from April 6-19. The journey to the hotel took 1.5 hours, we arrived early, were sent straight to breakfast, and after breakfast we were immediately checked into our room. I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel administration for a wonderful stay. A lot of work has been done to improve the territory, the park is large and beautiful, many swimming pools, a water park for children and adults. In the evening, in the amphitheater, despite the fact that it is not yet the season, there is animation, a disco, and they take you to the disco in the club. You won't be bored. The sea is clean and beautiful, the entrance to the sea is pebbly, so take corrals. Special thanks to the restaurant team. The cuisine is good, both stewed and fresh vegetables, different types of meat: there was lamb, veal, liver, turkey, chicken, plus always grilled vegetables, chicken, cutlets or kebabs, fish. There are not many fish, but I think this is due to the fact that the hotel has just opened and there are not many visitors. There are also milk porridges, soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a diet menu, and various side dishes. The baked goods are delicious in Turkey as always, special thanks for the finger-licking baked rings with sesame seeds. The confectionery products in the first week were not to my taste, but from the second week the assortment changed and I really liked everything, I think everyone will find something to their taste. For those who have nothing to eat, a question: are you going to Turkey to get drunk for the whole year and I wonder if you only eat lobster at home? There are no complaints about the service staff, everyone is very friendly, always with a smile. Alcohol is free only locally produced, but for those who are not satisfied, I advise you to read the description when choosing a hotel, this was spelled out in the concept. The rooms are nice, clean, with a view of the mountains and the pool. Internet is free only in the lobby and very slow, paid throughout the entire territory and fast, if you can’t without a connection, register immediately and there will be no problems. The most important thing is to bring a good mood with you and smile at people, then they will treat you well.

We rested from September 6 to September 12, 2023.
It’s a pity that the hotel positions itself as 5 Stars, but in fact it’s a very simple 4 Star.

The rooms are old, the beach towels they provide are torn. No toiletries. There aren't even slippers in the room. There is gel for washing hands and in the shower cabin gel for body and head, as it is written. But it feels like the same gel, different colors.
The room was cleaned every day.
The minibar was replenished every day with fresh water. Once they even brought a plate of fruit. Very nice.
The hotel area is small and not aesthetically pleasing.

Gorgeous sea, great big beach.
Pebble beach. Slides, children's area, pools with fish and stingrays, where you can snorkel. Great animation.

WiFi is free only in the lobby, and even then it is very slow. And so only paid, I paid 14$ for 7 days, although it was written 12€ for 7 days. But he catches even at sea.

There are long queues in the canteen, you come to the opening and stand in a queue of a large number of people to get something to eat. You won't go hungry, there's plenty of food. The dishes are chipped. The food is ordinary, in 7 days there was only red fish once. And so mostly chicken and turkey. And one type of beef.
For the first time in Turkey, I will say that when it came to eating in a restaurant, I had to work hard to find something tasty to eat, especially for breakfast. This is the first time I’m writing this, but it’s true: eggs, omelette and everything is cold, since they prepare it in advance and don’t fry anything in front of you in the heat of the moment.
If it weren't for the Kingdom of Sea park and the large, well-kept beach, the impression of this hotel would have been much worse.
I would not come to this hotel a second time.

Good points: Beach within walking distance. Though the beach wasn’t as beautiful as most beaches in the area, it wasn’t that bad. Room was clean but old. We had room only deal with no meals included (all the inclusive or half board was too expensive for our budget) so can’t judge the food. Loved all the cute cats who live there. There’s a bus that stops right in front of hotel that takes you to Kemer town. As we came in November, water park area was closed so can’t judge that either. Bad points: Crappy free internet works only in lobby. Must pay extra for high speed wifi that’ll work in rooms. Very basic amenities in bathroom, only bath gel and hand wash in dispensers, which is cheap for so called “5-star” hotel. TV in room was so tiny, the size of laptop screen. I wasn’t impressed with this hotel all in all, and would not call it five stars. To the management: Please take care of the beautiful cats. Some of your staff and the guests feed them, which is kind but they need veterinary care. If you put up donation box at the reception for veterinary care, people would donate.

A hotel should be the address of the peace one expects throughout the winter, but for us, it is a place where we can only stay for less than 24 hours and go as if we were running away 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 room with pool, lizard and frog in the pool / bathroom drain washed, the top of the drain is a ball of hair, we stepped through the door into the corridor of the room. The overlooking area is washed with salt spirit and bleach. We ran away. May God make it easy for those who left. If you cross a main street, you will only reach the aquas.

Let's leave it to ourselves, we were from June 22-29, four adults and 15 and 11-year-old children. Anyone who wants to just throw money in the air is the right place for Miarosa Kemer Beach.
We were lucky to check in and were offered a room on the ground floor with a private pool and that was the only plus, then one disappointment. We are not choosy but Miarosa is the bottom....
From the downside
- Dirty in rooms (yes clean every day, but wipe everything with the same cloth as the floors)
-The sewer was wrong in the room stinks.
-The food is monotonous all week, on day 3-4 it gets boring. It's all the same.
The line in the dining room is constant except for lunch.
- Very noisy/hum people a lot, if the room on the ground floor prepare that people will pass and yell, at night fucking sleep.
Internet in the lobby is just 0 , you have to buy.
The pool at the hotel is murky, I don't know if they clean it at all, we didn't take the risk of swimming in it.
-The pool in the room is clean but cleaned once in a week and then cleaned so badly.
- Generally cleaning around the grounds takes place in the sense of “and so it will”
- Dishes should be checked before putting food there , often it is dirty(bad dishwasher cleaned)
- Repairs have been made on the principle of gagging
- No signage with program(when and where)
- Animation ,minus 10 out of 10 points
- The show program desires the best, to say the least is boring i.e. there is none.
- Well, the biggest downside is that the whole life of the hotel is spent on the adjacent property on the property nothing happens (animation, snack bar, etc.)
-The basketball court as well as other courts just don't exist although they are stated to be.
- Only 3 of the 6 slides work
- All children's entertainment trampolines, excavator, etc. - Paid $5
- The snack bar is on the second territory by the sea is not very convenient to run there for a hamburger or fruit for the kids if you swim by the hotel.
You can smoke everywhere, it's really not nice when you start smoking at lunch or dinner at the next table.
A lot of ham-fisted Turks.

Pros
They're scarce, of course, but they are.
- Large aqua town for children under 10 years in the second territory
- You can swim with fish or with rays
You can swim with sharks but for money.
- Access to the sea with sunbeds beautiful
- The service staff is very good
When asked whether or not to return, absolutely NO. The hotel is not worth its money or time.

2 star hotel!! Everything that could go wrong, it did. Unsanitary conditions in the hotel - the rooms are dirty, under the bed you will find slippers, leftover food, tampons and everything else. FYI, take your room slippers as there are none in the room. The food in the restaurant is the same almost every day. There was no fruit supply - the watermelon disappeared on the second day and was gone within seven days. Free ice cream at ultra all inclusive is only available from 17-18:30, all other times it can be purchased for a fee. Definitely think twice if this hotel is worth your money and nerves....

Ladies and gentlemen. Go around this hotel. The hotel wasn't 5*. It was the worst holiday ever. On the 4th day, I just wanted to go home and eat my own food. The hotel is terrible, dirty glasses, forks and dishes. The rooms are dirty, the dust is annual. No slippers, soap or shower gel can be waited for, neither a dollar nor Alenka chocolate will help (they are already seated, you have to leave something else, preferably more money))The line in the dining room, the choice of food seems to be there, but it is impossible to eat. Sit on fries and spaghetti, and chicken. The only lot of vegetables and greens. Only plum apples and oranges come from fruit. Bakes and sweets are not good. What the massage therapists write here are good reviews and ask to write like this (probably discount massage if they write a good review) saw firsthand that the massage therapist stood and showed where to write review, and stood until the last until the review is written and sent. Now the sea, the sea is beautiful, clear. But keep in mind that without slippers like that, pebbles on the beach in the water are like cobbles. The deckchairs are out of time, everyone's pushed. And by 11:00 a.m., there was no room to find. Very uncomfortable is the bar on the beach. You need to go around the fence, paid sunbeds and the pool to reach it, not much running (probably deliberately made so that often do not go)). Alcohol is a normal beer, champagne, cocktails they can't make at all. In front of us, by woman, a chair broke (just so you understand, the woman was of normal build, not obese). So not even one of the staff came up and offered to help, one of the janitors came up quickly and gestured with his hands-- like, go. Took the chair and left. For that kind of money, I don't recommend it to anyone. Cats are everywhere and there are many of them, although I love animals, but the smell on the grounds is appropriate

No hotel for German holidaymakers. Staff speak no German only Russian and Turkish. Aquapark partly for a fee, slide park only usable from 50-max 100 kg. Many guests with injuries from the slides, I am also affected, almost fell out of the slide. Many broken tiles in the children's running area... It used to be a big hotel that got separated. According to CHECK24, everything was contained in one hotel. The food in the hotel very monotonous and hardly seasoned... Too few bars in the evening hours for the number of guests, only lobby bar in the evening usable. At 23:30 some cocktails were no longer available or staff did not feel like preparing them, The composition of the cocktails was always different, from the ingredients list too. Very different...Of the 5 stars I would give a maximum of 3 stars on a Turkish basis.
