The reviews got me worried a bit. Yet there was plenty of food, some of it did not look very good, but still there was a lot of food. We did not stand in queues, we just went to other 'stations' first and then came back. It was not a big deal. However, I really would have liked to have a typical hotel scrambled eggs for breakfast, some days there were only boiled eggs available. Once we missed dinner, we came at 21:20 and everything had been put away. I wish there would be some late night snack or dinner until 22:00. The breakfast boxes (we got them before leaving to the airport and before going on a tour), which they call lunch boxes, were terrible: a piece of bread, jam, honey, some sweet pastry and small juice.

There were many options to choose from at the bar, we were able to order any cocktail we like as long as we knew the ingredients.

We got a room on the upper floor with an amazing view to the mountains. The A/C was working very well. The bed sheets had holes in them, The blanket was just sort of a towel which was not soft. The hotel had been renovated, not that long ago, but the bathroom did not look very fresh. The towels were not change often enough in my opinion.

Beach towels were stained with some mysterious liquids. The pool was great, but the beach was very small and very close to other hotel beaches. However the beach was close to the hotel a 5 min walk.

Also, the hotel is close many stores which is good and night clubs if you are into that. The staff does not speak English but it was no problem as we speak Russian. Staff was nice to me (a 19 year old girl), but sometimes rude to my grandmother and other older women. They suspect they were wanting tips.

I think next time we go to Turkey we will choose another hotel, but it was okay for its price.

the hotel is really great, tidy, every day the room is replenished with water, toilet paper, garbage is taken out, sheets are constantly changed. The food was very tasty for me, who loves vegetables this is heaven. However, those who eat only pork, unfortunately, you will not have anything to eat. Drinks are not tasty, cheap wine and coffee. The staff did their job, but they didn't speak much English, if you don't speak Russian with them it's no good. Even Russian music was playing in the hotel, it's scary! There were a lot of Russian tourists, they didn't go past, they made noise and behaved tactlessly. We have heard how the Russians sit down and talk about the war, how they are resting in Turkey after returning from the massacres....

Nice place. Good location, almost in the center of Kemer, quiet place, close to the beach. As our accommodation was "all inclusive", some words about food - a lot of wonderful salads, wonderful grilled poultry and meat foods. All fish food was unfortunately very far from our taste.
Our room was nice and very clean, hotel staff very professional and nice.

We arrived on October 2, 2023 We are very disappointed, the room is normal and everywhere else is rubbish. Service 3 out of 5. There is nothing about the food at all, but it's terrible, not tasty and a very small selection, except for stew and I don't know what kind, in one word it's terrible. I do not recommend to anyone. It is better to bypass such hotels.

The food was terrible, NO Animation, you can NOT bring your guest into your room! Also, they charged my card extra $150 and didn't wanna refund! Do NOT go to this hotel, pay a little bit more and go to a better hotel!

I have never written a negative review of a hotel or holiday, but feeling compelled to do so right now, as I don't want others to feel mislead like i feel I have. 14 of us are staying here at the Kemer Dream on a big family holiday. We checked in around 1.30am on Friday morning. My little part of the family had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and our booking clearly showed this. We were shown to our room to find it only sleeps 3 people (3 single beds pushed together). Our children are aged 9 and 6, so we weren't going to fit comfortably in 3 singles. Went back to reception to be told that as we had booked standard rooms, they only sleep 3 people. We had made it clear at the time of booking with 2bookaholiday.com that there were 4 of us- so I'm not quite sure whose fault it is. But I tried to explain that the hotel shouldn't take bookings for 4 people if their rooms can't accommodate. There was no manager on duty and after much toing and froing eventually we were given an extra double room for the night. By this time it was 3am and we were all extremely tired, hot and frustrated. In the morning we couldn't get hold of our local rep (which is something I have to take up separately when we're back with our holiday co), and after more frustration and arguments, the manager agreed to move us to a bigger family room. Unfortunately is was in another building, far away from the rest of our family, and it was a much older building. The building and room were awful, landing Windows filled with hundreds of dead flies. There was no way I was moving into there! We have ended up paying an extra £140 for a second double room in the newer building. We are all close together, and I've got to say this building, the rooms and bathrooms are just lovely. The pools are really lovely and clean, and the kids (6 in total ages 1-9) absolutely love the slides.
But, here comes my second big gripe: food choices aren't great. The only hot selection at breakfast are eggs- other options are bread, salad and fruit. But the queues for food at lunch and dinner are beyond ridiculous. I have never seen anything like it. Everything is in separate areas, so you have to queue for up to 20 mins for hot food outside, then trek to another building for salad, or bread and somewhere else for soft drinks from the bar. The only thing my youngest is eating is chips or noodles. Staff are uninterested, tired, unhelpful, and just plain rude at times.
My room wasn't cleaned today, and I had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll on our second day.
There is no animation team and no entertainment in the hotel whatsoever, no kids club or any activities. I'm feeling hugely disappointed, and feel like I've made the wrong choice for the 4 families that I have booked for. We travel on all inclusive holidays twice a year, and never had to write something as negative.
There are no shuttle buses, and not even really sure of what to do as no rep has visited and hotel reception staff speak very limited English.
The newer building in this hotel is lovely, rooms are modern and clean, and the pool is fab. But the food, queues, staff, and lack of entertainment are too much a disappointment for us to ever consider returning here. We are in peak season, I genuinely expected more :(

Booked a last minute break here for a week. Arrive 1am and checked in quickly. Rooms very good, cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. Food was excellent with a good selection from salads to hot meals. Staff extremely helpful and very professional. On last day our flight was not until 23.40. Paid small amount extra for late checkout and the hotel let us eat free for the evening meal (thank you) Hotel is about 90% Russian and Ukranian but all very pleasant. No problems around the pool for sunbeds all day. Beach area is small and stony but a 15 min bus ride away is a nice sandy beach. Our transfer from the airport was with Ella transfer who were excellent and a very good price. For my return they turned up 1 hour early as they were concerned rightly that the traffic would be heavy because of the Eid festival so a big thanks to them. The only negatives I had were the wi fi was very poor and the beer was very weak. All in all a great place to stay.

bad hotel, bad rooms, thin walls. russians were up all night drunk so we could not sleep. not a 4 star hotel at all. more like 2 star. tried to move hotels and it was so bad. not worth the money. wouldn't stay even if it was free! not for uk people as it was full of russians who eat all the food and drink all the booze.
