We came to Turkey through choice not to quarantine and was travelling in a large group of friends and family of all ages.
The hotel is large and spacious,it was clean with the staff working from morning till night and they could not do enough for us and were treated like royalty with our every need being met!

The rooms were well equipped with no need to bring shower gel or anything like that..ear buds, cotton pads, slippers, sanitizer, soaps and drinks all provided And well stocked daily they were large enough for two children and 2 adults I would say the sofa bed was not large enough for a teen.

The food Amazing the only hotel I’ve not had a dodgy tummy and there was something for everyone and each day was different they’re trying there best with the COVID pandemic with one way, temperature checks all the time and you can’t help your self as they serve everyone the only problem was other guests..queue jumping and being very rude as there is the language barrier to over come with lots of different people visiting this hotel.
If you venture near the sea there are more food places to try and there is a fabulous pizzeria and kebab house which is where we ate every lunch time and had pancakes from the pancake lady
Hats off to her in the blistering heat with a mask on!!

If you fancy dining out with a Italian la carte and Steak we went to the steak one twice as it was so nice the waiter service there was second to none with him rushing around to our every need and continued to top our drinks up all the time the waiter Mehmet was fab with his ok boss and making funny jokes also was lovely to my children!

There are some lovely pools, lots for all ages to use even a indoor with spa!
The slides kept my four kids entertained and my youngest Who is 6 said the sweetie area the best!

The grounds have security guards at every entrance and exit and the grounds are beautiful with fruit trees every where!
Banana pomegranate olives And lemons.
The entertainment team was amazing and tried to please every taste they played music and toward the end of the week they managed to get the whole pool dancing and playing games..well done to them Emre was fabulous and worked very hard!

The managers and the customer relation team
Came around The complex all the time checking if we were happy with everything we had no complaints and even took Hakhan’s number to keep in contact as he looked after us so well!
Looking for next year and can not fault this beautiful hotel
Thank you Saturn palace You’ve made us some precious memories!

This was a last minute booking as I work for the NHS and we have all been a little busy. On arrival at the hotel we were met by a stunning entrance lobby with friendly professional reception staff who sanitised our luggage hand sanitiser was at the door and all people had their temperature taken. Checking in was simple and clear. On arrival in the room we found it to be very clean with hand sanitiser provided in the room and even the TV remote sanitised and in a plastic bag. The beds were very comfy with good effective and quiet air conditioning. We went straight down for food with hand sanitiser outside every restaurant and staff taking guests temperature. The food was of fantastic quality with a good range and all behind glass screens with staff serving rather than a help yourself buffet. My youngest son has coeliac disease and has to have a gluten free diet. This was not a problem and the staff cooked whatever he wanted fresh. I cant praise ADNAN the manager enough as no problem however trivial was sorted by him immediately. I am unable to single out any one member of staff for good service as they are all amazing friendly and professional all staff wore face masks and gloves that we saw them changing regularly. The only downside is having to go home as we would love to stay longer and will definitely be returning here

We have had a fabulous time here, made new friends too.
The thing that really makes the 5stars are the staff ..most of them go above and beyond. This is one of the smaller hotels in Lara Beach
We paid extra for a VIP terrace whirlpool room, to be honest not worth paying the extra for its very small only one person can fit in at a time! The VIP room yes all new and modern with rain showers, but the whirlpool no!
Only being half full we found it great with no rush for sunbeds, pick where you want to be at any of the beautiful clean pools or on the beach at anytime no problem. The entertainment wasn’t bad to say they were following restrictions they still managed things each night, dance shows, acrobatics, singers and groups. Food & drink here is 24/7 always something for everyone and these guys are round the pools all day long!

Before flying out I made multiple requests for room preferences and additional information on celebration packages as it was my daughter’s first birthday and my partners birthday 2 days later. None of my requests were responded too so on arrival to the hotel I asked again and was advised to speak to guest relations in the morning.

We were given our room which was supposed to be a family room that I booked, the concierge said when he put our bags in that’s this was just a room for the first night and we would be moved the following day as it was too small. We had a double bed and a single bed in the room, we needed a cot for my daughter and had to wedge it at the bottom of the beds which was our walkway to and from the bathroom.
Also in the fridge there were half open bottles of drink and obviously with the pandemic I was concerned the room had not been serviced to the full so our first night was a disaster.

The following morning my partner went to guest relations regarding moving rooms, he was shown an adequate room and on returning to reception he was told we had to pay an additional 120 euros! This is obviously something we were not expecting being put in a temporary room then asking to pay to move.

I then went to guest relations and explained my emails and what had been told to us the night prior and he said why didn’t he say earlier!!! To be fair being given a dirty room on the first night and asked to pay to move I was in shock.
He then proceeded to show me a duplex room which has a wooden open staircase in and no space to put a cot in either bed space I refused the room and asked for the room I was in to be cleaned properly. The guest relations man then showed me another room which was perfect and had plenty of space so we moved. He also booked us in to 2 of the a la carte restaurants which was nice one on each birthday.

That part of the holiday just disappointed us so much we just tried to carry on and see what else was in store.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and pools were amazing, we had plenty of choice for food and drink and the facilities for the kids were fantastic.

We arrived at the Italian a la carte and it was just tables on the grass outside! Quite bizarre but to be honest the food was beautiful and our waiter was so lovely we had a great evening celebrating my partners birthday.

We actually cancelled the steak a la carte as we met quite a few people who had eaten there and said the meals were awful so didn’t want to ruin my daughters birthday so we ate in the buffet style restaurant and the waiters brought a cake out and sung for her which was so nice.

Overall the holiday turned out lovely I just wish we didn’t have a bad start as we never have had and stayed in a number of hotels in Lara Beach this is one that I would recommend to families but would not possibly return myself.

We were unsure what to expect travelling in these strange times but we had a lovely holiday and feel very lucky to have been able to have a holiday at all this year and the Saturn Palace did not disappoint.
We arrived to find staff waiting to unload our cases from the coach and were asked to leave them by the door, they were then all sprayed down for infection control. Temperatures were taken on entering the hotel. Check-in was a little disorganised but we put it down to the hotel finding their feet in these changed ways or working (we think the hotel had only opened a few days previously). The staff though were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were directed to our room and told a staff member would follow with our luggage which they did in a matter of minutes. Our room was spacious for the 3 of us and had a large balcony with pool view and beyond that out to sea, with chairs and loungers and our whirlpool.
Masks were not required anywhere in the hotel. Temperatures were taken almost every evening at dinner and each time you entered the hotel from going off site.
The entertainment was not fully up and running and was the only thing that we were a little disappointed with. Each day more facilities re-opened and by the time we got to the end of holiday all of the snack bars etc. were open.
At all of the dining areas perspex screens had been erected and food was served to you by the friendly staff and plates passed through the small openings. There was plenty of choice of food at all mealtimes. The only slight issue was that the staff that were preparing the food were also serving which meant queueing sometimes but it was never for very long.
The customer relations chap came around the pool areas every day asking everyone if there were any problems/questions/complaints and if they were enjoying their holiday. The ice cream bike every afternoon was a nice touch and very popular.
Social distancing signs were everywhere and the outside areas had arrows to walk separately. Social distancing in the dining area queues was not always observed but this was down to the other guests and no fault of the hotel.
I don't think it is normal practice but we had the luxury of waiter service drinks around the pool but the hotel was by no means full.
Many other hotels in the area were closed and therefore on the couple of occasions we went out there were very few people around and some of the local malls were closed. However, this wasn't an issue for us. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and could not do enough for us nothing was too much trouble. They were so very grateful that we had chosen to still travel and visit their workplace enabling them to earn this year which was very humbling.
We had a fabulous holiday and loved the Saturn Palace.

I arrived at Saturn Palace Resort on August 28th and left on September 7th. We were worried about Covid, but as soon as we stayed it was ok even super ok. Everything is distanced, disinfected and arranged for social distancing. The staff is very attentive to details and I have not seen an employee who does not wear a mask properly. In fact, I think that the staff contributes 90% in the hotel grade, everything is arranged for the well-being of the guests. The hotel had 50% occupancy, all for the best possible social distance. I had a family apartment on the 1st floor with a partial sea view. Cleaning was done daily, Bed linen changed every 2 days, the bar in the room (very rich) completed daily, bath towels changed on request (if left on the floor), individually packaged hygiene products, etc. The sea at the end of August was very hot, sandy beach, cold beer, ok cocktails, clean and warm pool. The food was very good, seafood every day, very attentive customers especially one Halil who clung to us actually after the first day, so I didn't have to order drinks for the whole family until the end of the stay (he came as we sat at the table). juices, champagne, etc. The ice cream was served between 10.00 and 18.00, as if half of the day was in the cup, and the other half was packed. There is also an amusement park in front of the hotel, free of charge that delighted me and the children every night, we actually fought on cars. Live music every night and shows (rarer due to social distance).
In summary, a very good resort for families with children and not only, which I warmly recommend to everyone and where I would return .

We landed hotel very late and even so there is food and drinks service waiting for us. Very clean and very friendly staff working so hard for they are guests safety in this hard time. Rooms cleaned well everyday. Everyone smile and keep asking if everything ok and if we need anything. We have been many 5 star hotel. Saturn hotel as good as any 5 star hotel can give you. Location is good. Taxi and public transport stop out side hotel. Very easy to get Antalya, Lara beach or Duden waterfall. Pools (yes 5 pool) are super clean. Beach and pier very clean. Loads of sunbeds in hotel. Perfect for family holiday(lots of children here, with several childrens pools). My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our holiday. Hakan from guest relation is very good and friendly. He helped us a lot and gave us so much good information about Antalya and other place to see around Antalya. I highly recommend this guy if you like to get more information about Antalya area or any issue at hotel. He speak really good english.
It is difficult to know how the food buffet works pre Covid, but during Covid you ask for what you want from the staff at the counters and they serve it. It works very well, except when a certain subset of holiday makers refuse to wait their turn. The food is pretty good (the Gozleme is amazing nom nom), and we had 3 A La Carte just to
break up the holiday. Staff come round the pool offering various foods, and drinks.
If I had any pointers for the hotel, the room towels were a little tired, some thread bare or holey. This hotel is more geared towards families. Missing cider and I think Turkish Tea should be offered at the cafe opposite the Gozleme stand, so you can enjoy both at the same time, a perfect combo.
There are temp checks, alcohol gel regularly available and all the staff wear masks. I felt more safe in Turkey than UK.
The gym is not open, but the spa place is. There is also live music and various live acts.
All in all a very relaxing holiday, and the staff work extremely hard and are a credit to the hotel.

We booked this hotel a week before we arrived due to our previous holiday being cancelled.

When arriving the hotel isn’t as lit up and big as some of the other hotels but nonetheless, still lovely. When you arrive and through out our stay, we had our temperatures checked regularly and the staff steam clean your cases when you get off the bus.

We upgraded our room to the vip terrace room with a jacuzzi and the view from the room is amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean and have a well stocked mini bar free of charge.

The pool areas are great, the main and relax pool have beds spread out and there are always plenty to choose from so no need to get up early. The pool with the slides is also great for kids and adults! However the life guard isn’t very pleasant, continuously shouting at people to hurry up with the rubber rings and not to wait at the bottom for people they know coming off the slides.

There’s so much food to choose from and there’s always something for everyone. We mainly stuck to the food served outside of the main restaurants where there’s a grill house, doner kebab, pasta and gourmet hut. There’s a great snack bar at the bottom of the hotel near the beach and staff also come round the pool regularly with carts of food and ice cream, they really couldn’t do enough for you.

Management of the hotel come round the pool regularly and ask if there’s any problems or issues or anything they can do to make your stay better which we’ve never had before and it’s a great touch.

Entertainment is limited however still always music playing and a good atmosphere round both the aqua bar and the beach bar.

Overall we really enjoyed this holiday and would love to return even same time next year however with the current prices that Jet2 and TUI are charging it’s unfortunately looking unlikely!

Wow, what can I say about saturn Palace! .we had a family holiday there, from the minute that we arrived the staff was very helpful, suitcases disinfected, temperature taken, hands sanitised. Rooms comfortable and clean, mini bar in room was restocked every day with water, fizzy drinks and beer.
The hotel is very clean, food is plentiful. Ice cream cart goes around the pool side all day as well as the food cart. 24hr bar, the staff are absolutely amazing and work so hard to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. I'd like to say a special huge thank you to Mamie who couldn't do enough for us😊
The resort has absolutely everything that you could possibly ask for, for a great family holiday. 5 swimming pools, indoor pool, plenty of bars en-route to the beach and one on the pier, football pitch, table tennis and it has its own fairground too.
I would definitely return to this resort if I go back to Turkey👍
On our last day they let us keep our room, free of charge and even sent us a bottle of champagne in a icebucket with champagne glasses and a plate of fresh fruit to end our holiday, and what a perfect way to end it👌
Thank you all at saturn Palace for giving us the best holiday ever😍

Our first visit to Turkey during pandemic conditions.
What can I say? This was outstanding! From the moment we walked through the doors we were treated like royalty. All of our luggage was sanitised and then we were offered a drink on arrival. A lovely gentleman escorted us to our room and he carried the luggage. He then explained where everything was and how everything worked. The food was amazing, the staff were incredible and you were brought drink, food and ice cream wherever you were. Loads of sunbeds and places to sit. Honestly something for everyone. Everyday our room was cleaned we got a full minibar free and restocked every day. Slippers and a great range of bathroom products, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cotton wool, and shower caps, too much to remember there. Even shoe shine and sewing kit! We didn't go out of the resort because we just loved all of it. Even on the beautiful beach there were free sun beds and the staff brought food and drink-all free! The staff wore masks the whole time and everything was spotlessly clean and sanitised. They had made adjustments temporarily to some areas such as queues and toilets to allow for social distancing.
There are also 3 a la carte restaurants where you need to book. We had a 5 course fish meal, and a 5 course steak meal. Sitting around the pool area, it was magical honestly!
I could go on and on but I dont think there is space! We were devastated to come back!
The staff really care about you, the manager walks round every day with a clipboard and asks if everything is OK, and he will help with anything. He even comes to the beach everyday to talk to people and get feedback.
We hope to return next year with our family and grandkids.
We have put together a video and will put it on YouTube at some point. There are also other YouTube videos about it from other visitors on there too.
Top notch!
