Instagram heaven 😍 As with most hotels, Kremlin palace was amazing first day. Unbelievably beautiful 🥰 and magical. I cannot complain, but obviously you get used to the beauty. Everything in the hotel works OMG THE INTERNET IS FAST AND WORKS EVERYWHERE EVEN ON THE PIER!!! although certain area's are overcrowded like the indoor pool and sauna (no steam room) keeping in mind it's a below average priced hotel in Lara area I definitely recommend. Thanks to Bilal and Murat from reception gave us a free upgrade ☺️

I was very excited for my mini break, how wrong I was on arrival it was impressive but as the hours days went on could not wait to leave.reception staff were ok but English really poor all other staff especially the two woman at the bar are Rude they look at u rudely laugh at u and mock u in there language.u can tell they don’t like black people when serving there own or Russians it’s no problem when it came to us they take there time talk amongst there selfs give u dirty looks as there serving u. I travel all the time and have never felt soooooo uncomfortably in my life it’s such a shame in 2020 there’s still alot of racism. On a lighter note beach was lovely weather was amazing water activity was great but hotel was a massive let down food was poor especially breakfast. All they cater for is the Russians. Do not book especially if ur of colour u have been warned!!! …

We just returned from Kremlin Palace a couple of days ago and we couldn't be happier that we chose this hotel! We booked the flight and hotel separet and we payd a really good price for it. Everything was amazing from the first minute! As soon as we arrived the bell boy Durkan was very helpful and friendly took our luggages in to the room for us. Reception and public relations were doing an excellent job and understood English very well. Buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch was great and for dinner we had a complimentary meal in the a'la carte restaurants for 4 nights! Waiters and waitresses really hardworking people they did everything for us. We rented an over water pavilion for a day it was like a dream. Had a personal waiter Murat who brought us nice drinks and food all day long. We visited the boutique inside the hotel where we found nice bargains. The guy Uzeyir was super helpful and friendly! Animation programs&shows were ok in the Colosseum. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this beautiful resort and would not hesitate to come back again!!…

We are currently at Asteria Kremlin palace from bromley hotel is fabulous staff work so hard customer relations so helpful I cannot fault this hotel and would definitely recommend it only problem are the rude Russian guests but you get them everywhere rooms are great and cleaned all the time they might forget to top up mini fridge but this is soon rectified top class service all round
