The room are very Turkish inspired which we loved.
The room was specious with stand alone wardrobe and a bathroom split in 2 sides, one with your toilet and the other side is the shower with Murrow and basin in the middle.
So the hotel itself is set over 3 buildings and 2 levels.
We had a ground floor room with patio doors and a little table and chairs outside.
The pool is big considering the area as most hotels hate a very small pools and is liked with sun loungers and palm trees.
A very big thank you to both Seda who is full of local information and ready to greet you with a smile and warm welcome. Also thank you to Zeki who is always on hand to help out or offer you a drink, he also brought a birthday cake with candle on my birthday which was really lovely.
All in all great hotel, right in the heart of the old town with everything from shops to restaurants and bars only a few minutes walk away.
Thank you all for everything and with staff like this, I’m certain people return year on year as I feel we will.
Staff are extremely polite and very friendly, the hotel reception has a nice fresh feel about it. Lovely pool, just the right size with a selection of sunbeds and supply of fresh towels.
The hotel provides an excellent choice of breakfast and drinks and nothing is too much trouble at all. The rooms are refreshed on a daily basis and have the most amazing air con and fridge which we wouldnt have survived without because Antalya is hot!
If I was to be completely fussy the only thing that I would say is that our room was a little bit tired in parts such as the he skirting areas and could maybe benefit from a new mattress as there was a slight dip on my side. However, these are not major issues and certainly not enough to put me off. Should we be visiting this part of the world again we will definitely stay at this lovely little gem of a hotel.
Another issue apart of the noise was the limited air conditioning, we had to call reception twice during our stay to apparently reset it as it was incredibly hot, you don’t have any control in setting up the temperature in your room… when the night Porter came to check he said it’s not too hot, whenever an issue has been raised it was taken so personally and always pretended that is not true, so how can you argue with something like that? I stopped mentioning anything to not ruin my partners trip even further.
Breakfast is so cheap and you get it already packed and you get instant coffee… They are clearly not willing to accept a constructive feedback therefore I don’t expect any improvement soon so I definitely not recommend this property, this hotel is a ripoff. I can’t justify the price I paid, I stayed in so many hotels in Europe and paid the same money in Germany, U.K. and Italy.
Please look at the pictures from my junior suite, especially the bathroom condition, photos speak better than words!
The pool area is smaller than the main photo you see of the hotel but still a nice little area.
Breakfast is meant to be served from 7am-10am but one morning we got up early to get breakfast at 7am as we was going on a 12 hour day tour to Pamukkale, but no one was around to serve us a quick breakfast before having to leave at 7:20! We finally found the man in reception who came into the breakfast area with us to find the lady to prepare us breakfast. She served us up a little breakfast pretty quick but we felt like we really had to rush it down incase we missed the tour.
Overall I would recommend this hotel. Its clean, beds comfy and the location is great for what we wanted.
