We stayed here for 10 days last month and honestly, we’ve already spoken about booking for next year.
The room are very Turkish inspired which we loved.
The room was specious with stand alone wardrobe and a bathroom split in 2 sides, one with your toilet and the other side is the shower with Murrow and basin in the middle.
So the hotel itself is set over 3 buildings and 2 levels.
We had a ground floor room with patio doors and a little table and chairs outside.
The pool is big considering the area as most hotels hate a very small pools and is liked with sun loungers and palm trees.
A very big thank you to both Seda who is full of local information and ready to greet you with a smile and warm welcome. Also thank you to Zeki who is always on hand to help out or offer you a drink, he also brought a birthday cake with candle on my birthday which was really lovely.
All in all great hotel, right in the heart of the old town with everything from shops to restaurants and bars only a few minutes walk away.
Thank you all for everything and with staff like this, I’m certain people return year on year as I feel we will.

Fantastic location right near Hadrian's wall and the outskirts of the Old Town.
Staff are extremely polite and very friendly, the hotel reception has a nice fresh feel about it. Lovely pool, just the right size with a selection of sunbeds and supply of fresh towels.
The hotel provides an excellent choice of breakfast and drinks and nothing is too much trouble at all. The rooms are refreshed on a daily basis and have the most amazing air con and fridge which we wouldnt have survived without because Antalya is hot!

If I was to be completely fussy the only thing that I would say is that our room was a little bit tired in parts such as the he skirting areas and could maybe benefit from a new mattress as there was a slight dip on my side. However, these are not major issues and certainly not enough to put me off. Should we be visiting this part of the world again we will definitely stay at this lovely little gem of a hotel.

I and two friends stayed here in January. The location was good as it was on the edge of Kaleici and close to the tram stop for the airport. The service from all the staff in the hotel was superb from the owner, front of desk, coffee shop (with small outside terrace) to the restaurant staff and is to be applauded. The only slight downside was the rooms are a bit dated and my room was situated by the generator which was noisy. Room rate in Winter represented great value.

We booked a 12 nights stay in this property in a junior suite and paid over GBP 1200 (aprox €1300) expecting a good service and a special stay considering Hilton was at the same price in Antalya and other hotels were so cheap compared to the price we paid here. In the first night we were “upgraded” in a deluxe room which was a decent room however we had to move the next day as it was very noisy (also to mention the windows are not double glazed or sound proof so if your plan is to go to sleep in this hotel this will not happen). The next day we were allocated the original junior suite we booked which was in a terrible condition and I don’t even want to imagine how the standard rooms look. I booked this hotel based on their photos and videos but I realised they were not updated from 2012.
Another issue apart of the noise was the limited air conditioning, we had to call reception twice during our stay to apparently reset it as it was incredibly hot, you don’t have any control in setting up the temperature in your room… when the night Porter came to check he said it’s not too hot, whenever an issue has been raised it was taken so personally and always pretended that is not true, so how can you argue with something like that? I stopped mentioning anything to not ruin my partners trip even further.
Breakfast is so cheap and you get it already packed and you get instant coffee… They are clearly not willing to accept a constructive feedback therefore I don’t expect any improvement soon so I definitely not recommend this property, this hotel is a ripoff. I can’t justify the price I paid, I stayed in so many hotels in Europe and paid the same money in Germany, U.K. and Italy.
Please look at the pictures from my junior suite, especially the bathroom condition, photos speak better than words!

The location of the Elegance East Hotel is superb! Just in the heart of the bustle and live Kalieci district. Thr staff are friendly and attentive especially the front desk and the restaurant. The rooms are nicely decorated but need improvement as well ss the bathrooms as they are dated and some items need repair such as doors, toilet mixers...etc. We have encountered noise from our neighbours upstairs who were awake the whole night, so try to stay to book the upper floors as the floors are wooden. The breakfast served is good and healthy.

Great breakfast (but let them know if you are not a big eater or your table willl be covered with gorgeous food.) My room was just in front of the pool and quite spacious. Very casual environmentand lovely guests. Highly recommend it!

Don’t stay at this hotel they crashed my rental car placed the car so I couldn’t see damaged until I returned the car back then when I called them as soon as it was seen they said what do you want us to do about it and cut commutation off .it cost me a lot of money to the rental company I only drove the car to the hotel left it with them the back to the company. I wasn’t comfortable with letting someone else drive as I was Responsible but I was told they had to park the car for me then when they returned the car it left in a way you couldn’t see the damage to car an absolute joke with so much choice in the area do yourself a favour and stay else where

Hotel was a good little hotel situated in the old town with walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The room I feel needed a little tlc but was cleaned daily. The bed was really big (2 singles pushed together) but was super comfy and I had the best night's sleep here after staying in 2 other hotels in different areas.

The pool area is smaller than the main photo you see of the hotel but still a nice little area.

Breakfast is meant to be served from 7am-10am but one morning we got up early to get breakfast at 7am as we was going on a 12 hour day tour to Pamukkale, but no one was around to serve us a quick breakfast before having to leave at 7:20! We finally found the man in reception who came into the breakfast area with us to find the lady to prepare us breakfast. She served us up a little breakfast pretty quick but we felt like we really had to rush it down incase we missed the tour.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. Its clean, beds comfy and the location is great for what we wanted.

Watch the movie Best Marigold Hotel if you want to get a sense of this hotel experience. It is on the main street in Antalya but the rooms are set back in three historic houses/buildings. There was no street noise which is the best thing that could be said for the hotel. The rooms were stuffy, especially when the air conditioning was turned off for the season without warning! It was too cold for us to swim but the pool was a good size and maintained with chemicals. The breakfasts were okay, although the food never was hot. The location was excellent for getting to waterfront, old city, shopping, hammam, restaurants.

hi...we stayed in this Hotel in April and enjoyed a lot. It is a great place to be with a perfect location. I will answer your question one by one. 1. The hotel in located right next to entry gate of Kaleici Old Town. You can walk around the whole place and enjoy all the local sightseeing. There are many travel and tour operators nearby and all of them seems to provide good service. Also, the prices are almost the same for all the tours. I tours can be booked locally one day in advance. I booked a tour from Nirvana Travel( The office in located Inside the Kaleici Old Town), and the services were nice. 2. For Indian food, there are 2-3 Indian restaurants in the area but we did not visited those, so can't give a review on the food quality.. You can also enjoy salads in any good restaurant. The place in filled with local food and you will love it. 3. There is one harbour for boat tours but I think there is no beach for swimming in that area. But Antalya have beaches and you can go there.
