This Hotel exceeded my expectation by far. Hospitality of staff, so helpful, so cheerful. Food is unbelievably tasty, every day different varieties, huge selection of turkish desserts, Fruits, Salad bar is crazy. All day, we indulged ourselves in our All-inclusive drinks everywhere in the hotel. We spent some lovely time in the evening shows with the some wild cocktails I personally first time to taste in that perfection 👌🏻. I'd like to make a special thanks to Neśe, the waitress, she's so active everywhere, her service with big smile is amazing. I'm writing this review especially to appreciate her hospitality and cheerful attitude. Very well recommended for family, don't forget the Land of legends of you love water games all over the day.

We have travelled to the Antalya area many times over the past 20 years but usually stay in other resorts, Lara Beach, Belek, Side and Kemer. We chose to stay in Rixos downtown because of it’s location as we knew that the weather could be unpredictable in January and wanted to be nearer the city so we could go out and explore. We arrived early evening, our check in was friendly and fast and we were taken to our room which was on the 6th floor ( we opted to pay the extra when booking for a sea view room after reading other trip advisor reviews which I would also recommend). Our room was big with a super king size bed and seating area with a sofa and TV. Plenty of storage, safe and minibar and the view was spectacular. I can not fault the food or drink it was of a very high standard with plenty of variety and themed nights. I drink white wine and usually struggle to drink the wine in Turkey but found it to be very good quality. As we wanted to explore the city we usually went out for the day after breakfast so we didn’t use the spa facilities or pool but we did sit out late afternoon and have a couple of drinks and enjoy the winter sunshine. Antalya museum is a five minute walk out of the back of the hotel which was amazing, we also visited Düden waterfall, the cable car, the old town and marina as well as travelling on the tram and local buses. We usually sat in the conservatory part of the restaurant and every member of the Rixos team we came across was friendly and attentive and one waiter in particular named Zemin was brilliant, not only was he a great waiter but he spoke perfect English and advised us which bus numbers we needed to get when we told him where we wanted to go, Zemin is a real credit to your hotel. We will definitely return to Rixos downtown but stay longer next time because a week just wasn’t long enough for us.

We were unsure of whether we were going to make Turkey in the midst of the Pandemic. We had 3 hotels cancel on us, however when we contacted Rixos to enquire about if they were open and what facilities were open too, we got a speedy response from their customer services assuring us that the hotel was open for business as normal. We did not know much about the hotel but we were definitely pleasantly surprised! Their health and safety around covid was spot on, we had to fill in a health declaration which we were expecting to do on arrival, couldn’t walk 10 metres with out a hand sanitiser bottle appearing in front of you. The staff handed out masks, mostly contact free in the toilets and the loungers at the pool and beach were regularly disinfected. This put us at great ease. We had a great view from our room of the sea and mountains which was lovely to wake up too and the room was clean, they gave us complimentary handsaniters, masks and disinfectant wipes (Although we bought a bunch of our own) the rooms were cleaned regularly and although a little worn on some of the cosmetics, it was decent size for two people. The staff were a bit hit and miss, an obvious language barrier and many staff not really speaking much of any other language but their own which was surprising considering the Rixos is an “international hotel” but we managed to make our way around. The beach club was our favourite bit, the staff were friendly and attentive and the walk to down the beach was beautiful. The food/buffet had a good selection and the had managed to also uphold covid safety measures. The animation team were very few and far between and seemed to like to repeat their entertainment which got a bit boring after the second day, however there were plenty of other things to do outside the hotel in close vicinity. All in all, a great stay and would definitely re visit as we loved the location and the country in general!

I visited this lovely hotel from 5-15th September with my family.
This review is from an independent travel agent’s perspective.
The hotel was spacious, clean and most importantly had stringent protocols for infection control given the current pandemic with COVID-19.
There was access to hand sanitiser all over the hotel and by the lifts. The buffet food was being served by kitchen staff standing behind glass counters wearing head covers, face masks and gloves at all times. Cutlery was brought to our table in individually packed paper containers and no consumables such as napkins were left at the table. All guests were handed face masks outside the restaurant and were expected to wear these until food is actually being eaten.
All staff members including reception, concierge and guest relations always wore face masks.
Rooms were were clean and bed sheets changed every other day.
The room view was next to none with a partial sea view surrounded by the beautiful mountains. We also had pool view and the pool itself was clean and spacious surrounded by the most beautiful palm trees and greenery.
The service at the poolside was efficient with serving staff wearing roller skates! We also spent a lot of time at the beach club which is a short walk from the hotel but the hotel did provide a regular bus service to and from the beach. A slight downside of a pebble beach but well worth the clear waters of Konyaalti! Service by the beach bar was also efficient with a good selection of food and drinks to keep you going in the wild heat!
Due to some dietary requirements we weren’t able to eat the selection offered at the buffet and this was mentioned to the lovely Miss Yasemin and her colleague from guest relations where the necessary adjustments were made and offered to us.
Moreover, Halil Chef, Tolga Sevin make great traditional Turkish food and if you decide to visit this hotel (at any time of the year) I’d strongly recommend that you try out their succulent meat and gourmet dishes at the a la Carte restaurant. You won’t be disappointed!
Miss Yasemin and her colleague whose name I can’t recall from guest relations were absolute gems, always so attentive and making sure we were okay and our expectations met! There was an incidence with my father had an accident and had a deep cut in his hand requiring stitching due to a fall at the beach bar. These ladies and other staff members arranged my father to be taken to a hospital to get this urgent treatment.
My general overview of the hotel was that it was good, clean, in line with COVID-19 precautions but in need of room renovation and modernisation. The hotel itself isn’t amongst the best ones I’ve been to but I would give it a 7/10 for all of the above points mentioned. What topped this hotel for me was the service which was truly next to none I have come across in the last few years and if I was to return it would be for this purpose solely.

My visit here was a birthday/mothersday gift for me & mrs by our son & daughter inlaw: travelled via Jet2 manchester 11/03 18/03 ALLinINCLUSIVE landing at airport and going through immigration was a doddle all the way to luggage collection: transfers very simple and easy. Arrived hotel 20mins after greeted by the bellboy who told us to leave bags with him and go to reception to check in very friendly lady at reception quick check in. And wow what a hotel very large ellegant clean: almost like your on a movie set: beatiful throughout thoroughley enjoyed our 7 nights here: the all inclusive is simply mouth waterimg plenty of choices through out breakfast lunch dinner the food was of excellent quality and taste, and believe me i am quite fussy with my food. After all thats what we work for right 😊. Having said that please be aware it is Buffet style so like any buffet anywhere to have it warm needs to be eaten quick. Unless you prefer cold food 😉. The staff here through out are friendly. Although one of the cooks "female" was a little moody well towards me any maybe because i was a "male" 🤣🤷♂️.the cleaning staff on point "Beena" our cleaner very friendley. Hotel itself is positioned in a very quite are not too far from the town new and old. And the beach is litrelly a 10 min walk if that. With ample restaurants cafe's and eateries. Thank you all at rixos downtown. And best of wishes through these testing times ahead. And i will be definatley visiting back with all my family very soon.

From start to very finish this hotel and the service was faultless, professional, safe, beautiful, and simply special. Greeted by Atahan, certainly a credit to your team, professional and friendly. Atahan also kindly arranged for the late check out which definitely added to calm relaxing experience Hotel interior and grounds are spectacular, really well kept and beautifully decorated and very safe considering current situation in all rooms you get information, masks, sanitizers, wipes etc Our favorite place was certainly private beach club where we spend every day. Exclusive service for Rixos guests with good variety of food till 6pm and bar till 8pm. I would like to extend special thanks to Irina, the hostess of the beach club who always looked after us and provided with great tips for places to visit and shop. I would also like to mention Ferdi who is a waiter at the restaurant, amazing service, even if we were not in his section, he always made an effort to look after us Only slight criticism is that food is a little repetitive, but I am not an All Inn lover so maybe that's just me, so I'd like to have an option to book different package (B&B or HB) as no a la carte in the hotel and I personally like dining in different places however, that would never stop me from staying here again, Antalya town 5 minutes away Hotel has everything, amazing grounds, beautiful private beach club, 24-hour residents bar, shops, spa, hairdressers/barber, and all with great service Thank you

Visited here first week in November and 10 minutes after we arrived realised we had made a huge mistake, Really nice hotel but aimed at Turkish residents and business users don’t think we saw any tourists by the pool or at mealtimes .We booked all inclusive however only 5 choices of drinks available and only Turkish food . As a hotel that aims to provide perfect service for 12 months, there is no change in our service quality depending on the density of our guests. It made us very sad to think that way. Our experienced chefs offer new tastes every day in our Panoramic restaurant. We offer Italian cuisine on Monday, Antalya local cuisine on Wednesday and unique Turkish cuisine on Friday. Our pool, which can heat up to 26-27 degrees in the garden, has been prepared with the comfort of our guests in the winter season. We would love to make up for you to leave your visit unhappy. A decent hotel, but the problem lies with the stray cats and their hair falling on food as they're in the catering area. The hotel needs hygiene and needs to be sterilised especially as some people are allergic to cats or have a phobia. This hotel has been a let down, especially as I came in with the expectation of it being a 5~star establishment as it had been stated on the profile page.

[lts may be my 10th time in antalya] We went as a couple for relaxing and shopping. The hotel was so clean and was near to biggest shopping malls like "5m migros" and "markantalya" (5 mins) - "and terracity" (20mins) with taxi. Which was perfect for us. The food in the hotel foodcourt was sooo good, many choices and delicious foods. You can not say one bad thing about it. We tried terrace restaurant, it was delicous too. The staff were extremly polite and friendly I cannot name just one. The hotel could have more fun. Like more sport activities, entertainment program, dancing and music. It was all just one game in all day and 2h of music at night which was more about listening than dancing with the songs. One important thing: if I go back to this hotel someday I would bring shampoo and conditioner and hair oil with me, the shampoo and conditioner in the hotel made my hair so dry. Specialy after swiming in the pool. Tip: bring atleast a conditioner In total, if I wanna go for shopping and relaxing again I would definitely go back to this hotel. But if I wanna go for fun and dancing and playing I would choose another hotel. Thanks to every staff, we had a good time there ♥️

All the staff were courteous, helpful and went out of their way to get your food and drinks. The rooms are clean and well kept. Hand sanitizer stations are available and hand saniting napkins are provided at each meal. Tables and sun beds are well spaced for social distancing. Live entertainment is provided every night, making our stay really enjoyable.
