Mai İnci Hotel is located in the center of Antalya, at a point within walking distance of historical and touristic places and places to visit. The facility, which was opened in September 2021, was built with a brand new architectural style. The rooms have all kinds of equipment and materials that the guests need and are designed in a completely comfortable way. Our hotel consists of 27 rooms in total, and our rooms are classified in 4 different categories. Economy class is categorized as standard double, superior rooms and deluxe rooms. Our hotel is one of the most suitable hotels in Antalya in terms of price and performance for honeymoon couples, families, summer vacation, New Year's holiday, February 14 holiday, etc. After a wonderful breakfast at our hotel, you can take a tour to the "Karpuzkaldıran Waterfall", Turkey's only waterfall pouring into the sea, by boats departing from the marina right in front of the hotel. After the boat returns to the port, you can take a romantic walk in the narrow streets smelling of history on the historical Kaleiçi peninsula, just behind the port, and enjoy your dinner at one of the venues in Kaleiçi, listening to live music and enjoying the sweet coolness of the breeze on your cheeks.

Detailed Reviews
Check-in is usually 14:00 pm however we reached Antalya in the morning at 8:00 am. The staff Mr. Onurhan Soyek & Mr. Eray Gumus were so kind and gave us the room immediately, sent the luggage to the room and invited us for a complimentary breakfast, which was a blessing after an exhausting 9 hours overnight bus journey. The room was nicely made, spacious and very clean, the hotel is newly built with all the amenities. Buffet breakfast with a lavish spread of mostly organic items. The hotel was beyond our expectations. Moreover, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance from Mermerli beach, Marina Prominade and in close proximity of most tourist attractions with ample to food choices and restaurants, all at walking distance. Mr. Ismail Yakisikli booked our tickets for onward journey to Fethiye/ Oludeniz for which we are grateful. A special thanks to Mr. Onurhan Soyek, Mr. Eray Gumus and Mr. Ismail Yakisikli and all the other staff at the hotel for making our stay at Mai Inci a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Mai Inci Hotel is in central Antalya only 100 metre back from the cliff edge. It is a short walk to central shops or to the old town of Kaleiçi. There is street parking outside or the hotel staff will take a vehicle to a nearby car park. A taxi rank is virtually outside and a tram stop within 100 metre.
The from of the hotel does not face the sea, so the appearance from this direction can be deceptive, being through the ground floor of an apartment block.
Everyone was friendly and helpful in both English and Turkish. There is a courtyard and breakfast room where drinks from the bar can be taken.
Typical Turkish breakfast with the addition of sausages. There was limited indoor seating so breakfast was crowded on an uncharacteristic cold winter's day. If lone travellers had not spread out over tables for 4, then there would have been adequate space. Buffet style, but requests for coffee are made at the bar. Initially it seemed only tea was available, because the coffee ordering process was not explained nor given on a notice.
The room was of good enough size with a small balcony and a street view. Some single rooms are underground. Some rooms look down on the garden and the back of the apartment block in front. Beds were comfortable and ensuite shower room provided with enough towels and soaps. Everywhere was clean. Air con gave heat too. Kettle and fridge in the room.
There are various standards of room, which seem to be clearly explained in the hotel information on booking sites and the hotel website. The spa offers massages and a steam room but no pool.
We are frequent travellers to Antalya. We would stay again, because of the location and value for money in comparison to other hotels in this area where we have previously stayed.

This hotel was outstanding the lady and gentleman on reception were so kind and helpful . We asked them so many questions and they were always smiling and made us feel like valued guests. I think their names were Murat Onlu and Sella Oksuz, I hope Ive got that correct, Lovely lovely people who are a credit to the hotel. All the staff were lovely. Always smiling and helping each other which is a sign of a happy team. We know how hard they all work and the long hours but they never once made us feel that they were tired which Im sure they were,The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was lovely and again the staff were always smiling even although they were so busy. Thank you so much, We will definatley use your hotel again and want you all to know how much we appreciated your hard work, Regards Marian and Michael

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. I share it here also to avoid the next travelers the same bad surprise.
For the context, we have a 3 year old kid and we booked for a night as we have an early flight.
We made the check in. The man indicates us to follow the person who is going to lead us in our room in the ground floor
By returning of the room, we feel a strong smell of humidity. We open the windows at first. The smell is always there. We open the air conditioning. The strong smell of humidity is always present. I leave to see the gentleman to the reception to inform him that we cannot stay in this room with this smell. he asks me if we opened the air conditioning I indicate yes. He informs me that he is going to find a solution. In the meantime, there is a cleaning lady who passes to the room to put in 'chemical' deodorant. My husband asks her not to put any. I return to the reception to ask him to find a solution. I find a new person who informs me that there is a mistake in the check in and that we normally have a superior deluxe room. He offers us another economic room on the ground floor which still smells of humidity. We refuse it. We thus leave the hotel for dinner and leave our luggage in the room at the disposal of the personnel so that they can put them in a new room without smell.
The hotel calls me in the telephone by saying to me that they they appealed to a specialist of the air conditioning and that there is not more smell in the room. I had of course doubts. When I entered the room, the air conditioning was set to 16 degrees. A cold room with always this smell of humidity.
At 10pm, while my 3 year old was sleeping in the stroller, my husband went to look for another hotel. We asked for a refund. Hopefully for us, we found a room in the hotel next door.
We ask for a full refund.
I would like to point out that the person at the reception did not stop lying with aggressiveness:
by telling us that :
1/ the error of the check in was our fault while we followed the gentleman who indicated our room. which is crazy as we are not responsible for the check-in.
2/The problem of humidity was known for all the hotels in Antalya whereas the rooms on the floor had no smell
3/ We were told that they treated the problem of humidity and called a specialist when they just put the air conditioning at 16 degrees resulting in a cold room with a strong smell
Note : The hotel cancelled the reservation by noting a 'no Show' to avoid certainly that we can leave a bad review on booking.

I booked this hotel on a very well known website when we arrived they said there was an accident in the room and we needed to go to another hotel which they owned. I had booked and paid for the most expensive room with breakfasts. They made us go to the Sky Kremer next door the room was downgraded and we were eventually told it would be for one night only, so we had no choice but to agree. The next morning we arrived back to the hotel to find out they entered our room and shoved our belongings into our bags some things were damaged. We were then told our room in Mai Inci was now ready. We were taken to a very small room and told they us they could do nothing about the room I had originally booked and paid for it was gone. We decided to leave due to the disgraceful nature that we had been treated to. I have never endured this in my life as a tourist. Extremely bad communication, and treatment

Booked an impromptu visit to Turkey and stayed at Mai Inci. Originally, booked to stay in one of the basement rooms (104). Although, it was a nice twin room, it was just too hot especially as there were no windows. Unfortunately the AC was set to work during the hot weather and the fan wasn't cold enough so we had to change rooms to the deluxe room (at an extra cost) which was bigger and comfortable. The hotel staff mentioned that basement room was hot due to being above the sauna/hamam. For a short stay the breakfast was ok, however we stayed for 6 nights and was repetitive. Good location near to the old town and sea. Would stay here again, the hotel was clean, contemporary and friendly staff.

I recommend not to book this hotel if you don't want your holiday to be ruined.
They are very unprofessional and it seems that money is above hospitality.
I booked this hotel in January because of the good prize and good revews.
I booked 9 days for me in June, and 9 days for my parents in August.
Yesterday I received mail from the booking agency in which they state us that hotel can not provide us with the accomodation that we booked and cancel it. But the same room on a same dates, now you can book but for a much higher prize.
I contacted them, but there is no answer..

I have stayed at Mai Inci twice now and I will be back. It's a very friendly place and is clean and well appointed. Staff very helpful. The first time I stayed was room 101 in the basement, no window, but it was cheap. Having no window was only an issue because it would have been good to let air in as it was very hot. I've no way of knowing if I was just unlucky with that room. There are several rooms on that level, so I dont know if mine was a bad example.
I would have tried basement again but none were available, so clearly they are popular. Anyway, I returned again, and had a room with a window never had to open it because the room was perfectly comfortable.
The hotel is near the old town which is beautiful. Transport in the area is great with trams and buses, I used Google Maps to help me plan journeys. If you ask reception thy will have a taxi at the door for you in no time at all.
I enjoyed the Turkish breakfast. Later on a snack type menu is available.
