Detailed Reviews
This is a beautiful new hotel in a great location in Kaleici, the old town of Kas. Built over some Roman ruins (protected and possible to tour with a staff member, and through some glass flooring in places throughout the hotel), the hotel is a series of buildings (more like villas) around a large courtyard and pool area. They have a small parking garage and were very helpful in parking and helping us move our rental car. Our room was very plush, comfortable, with a wonderful bed and linens, nice furniture, and a very nice bathroom. AC and internet worked perfectly. Staff spoke good English. Everything is beautiful and 5-star feeling. We did not have breakfast there but could see it was served in the nice open café next to the pool area (where there is also a bar). Our room faced the back street, and was a bit loud the first night (a few cars, a bus, and a loud bunch of tourists going by late at night) until we figured out that we should close the wooden shutters over the windows, which made it much quieter for our second night. As we had a late flight from Antalya, we were happy to be able to use the pool area and showers that afternoon after we had checked out, and to store our luggage near reception before getting our taxi to the airport. This is a beautiful hotel right on the main walking streets of Kaleici, with very nice service and amenities, a beautiful pool and courtyard, and the added benefit of very interesting, preserved ancient ruins right under the hotel. Highly recommend.

No detail at Ruin Adalia has been overlooked. It is absolute perfection and the best of Turkish hospitality. The staff are so gracious and attentive. The rooms are so perfectly designed and executed from bedding to bathroom products with luxurious furniture. The pool was pure luxury. The meals served at Ruin Adalia were some of the most memorable we have ever had. Bravo and we can not wait to return. Nicole Gresham Perry and family

From start to finish, the experience at Ruin Adalia was first class.
Check in was speedy and efficient with our bags whisked to the rooms by the hotel staff.
A/C in the room was at just the right temperature to cool off in the heat. The room was spacious and plenty of room to store our clothes for a week. There was also a little area outside our room to dry clothes off. I'm a fan of hanging clothes so I would have liked more hangers but that's a minor issue.
Turkish breakfast was fresh and colourful with hot and cold options. Turkish tea is a great way to start the morning.
Staff at this hotel were attentive to our needs in all areas, especially when we spent time lounging by the pool. I was a bit worried that the pool would be too small but it never got crowded.
Servicing of the room by housekeeping was good but could have been improved by ensuring there was enough toilet roll and toiletries replenished during our stay. Not enough of an issue to disrupt our overall stay.
If you want an adult only escape in the heart of the old town, I'd definitely recommend!

I spent four nights and five days at the Ruin Adalia hotel.
I can consider it as the best hotel among the hotels I stayed in Antalya. From the moment you enter the hotel, the politeness and good humour offered to you continues to be shown to you with the same care until you leave the hotel. There has never been a hotel where I felt so comfortable about cleaning. Everything is so systematic and aimed at anticipatingly your wishes. The room has a warm and tasteful decoration that have peace of mind. The color of the pillows and the harmony of the paintings with the room were really sweet. Everywhere I look is clean and I haven't had the slightest question mark about it. The restaurant's unique decoration and energy, carefully prepared delicious tastes, presentations and friendly service are in question. Even the least significant question was answered with friendly energy. You can drink the best coffee of the street and eat the freshest brownies and cookies in a stylish and warm decoration at the Ruin Cafe, which is located right across the hotel and connected to the hotel. There is also a museum inside the hotel and it draws your attention as soon as you enter the hotel. It is possible to make a small journey in history by visiting the museum with the staff in charge. Frankly, not only in Kaleiçi, but even in the Antalya region, there has never been a place where I always say I can stay here whenever I come to Antalya. After staying at the Ruin Adalia hotel, I am sure that I will no longer look for any hotel. I will be able to recommend it not only for myself, but also to my family and friends, as if it were my own hotel.I would like to thank all the personnel whose names I do or not know, especially Mr. Varol, the business manager. See you again.

This hotel, owned by one of Turkey's renowned families, is recently openned, which is why their are few reviews. Before it was possible to open, extensive archaelogical excavations uncovered quite extensive remains of the villas/mnosaics that occupied this site in Roman times, which gives the hotel its name (the cockerel motifs found in the mosaics provided the logo). These remains can be viewed through glass panels, and a tour provided upon request (a must do). It's to be expected that a concern which is able to invest in such an undertaking as this is also highly likely to invest in a top quality hotel.
RuinAdalia is delightful- excellent rooms in 5 seperate Ottoman period houses which surround a lovely sun filled courtyard with pool, well located for accessing the old centre of Kaleici. Top class service throughout. Breakfast a little more limited than we found in other hotels we visited, but perfectly acceptable. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel in a great location in Old Town, Antalya. Staff and service was excellent, breakfast had a good selection, pool and sun beds very nice along with the pool bar area. Our room was clean and spacious, disappointed that we had no coffee or tea available in our room, recommend a room on uper floors, our ground floor room had a busy street outside our windows, people and traffic until early hours.

My fiancée and I stayed at the RuinAdalia for three nights. I can not say enough positive things about our experience at this hotel.
First of all the atmosphere of the hotel and its surroundings is amazing. As part of the old city you can walk through the cozy shopping streets and restaurants and be amazed at every corner.
The hotel itself has a beautiful style, everything looks maintained, the pool is lovely and clean and the rooms are very spacious and cozy.
Underneath the hotel their are ruins and artifacts on display which can be seen during a tour. These beautiful artifacts just like many surroundings in this area date back to the roman empire and provide so much culture to this special area of Antalya.
The staff did everything they could to make our stay wonderful, everyone is polite and helpful and give you the feeling you’re a welcomed guest at the hotel. Little things like helping us arrange transport to/from the hotel and storing our chocolates in the their fridge between checkout and our flight made our trip all the more enjoyable.
The food at the hotel is excellent. They have a varied menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner that can be made on demand. If you’re looking to eat outside of the hotel there are many different types of restaurants and cafe’s within a 5-minute walk.
The breakfast is also very nice, with a typical Turkish breakfast with a lot of little bites, delicious bread, good omelettes and a decent cup of coffee you can start any day off right.
I can not recommend this hotel enough for anyone who wants a great experience in Antalya.

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel and we enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Large bedroom and bath rooms, efficient air conditioning and very clean. Location in old town means you have to take your own luggage about 300 metres but it’s reasonably easy. Once in hotel everything is easy to get to. The bazar, restaurants and Marina/beach. The Roman ruins under the hotel are quite special and very well displayed. This is an adults only hotel so it was very peaceful especially around the pool area. Staff the best we have encountered in Turkey . Would Definitely stay here again.

Fabulous two night stay in this wonderful hotel. Located bang in the centre of Antalya's fantastic old town, this hotel manages to maintain a calm serenity dispite the surrounding bar and restaurant chaos. The rooms were fantastic in every way - a slice of modern Turkish interior design, great shower, lovely ambiance, really can't fault them in anyway. the beds were so comfy, we didn't make breakfast on either morning. Nor did we swim in the pool as the weather wasn't great, but it's looked fantastic. And you're walking on Turkish history - quite literally there is a museum underneath the hotel. A fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel. Will definitely be back!!
