The hotel itself was very nice, clean and modern, but the staff was kinda rude, they didn’t make us drinks, only vodka in tall glass and you had to pour juice from the machine yourself, they did not speak very well english so telling them what we wanted was hard. The beach was crowded because the beach chairs were expensive and nobody wanted to pay, so everybody was on towels in front of the sea… We were also told that it’s a sand beach but it was not. The food was bland and same everyday. The location of the hotel was perfect!

The hotel is large and nice looking, rooms are spacious and clean. Pools are fun and there is a nice little convince store located inside the resort which was handy.
Food wasn’t great for us unfortunately, it was very repetitive for people with out dietary requirements but especially for us vegan/vegetarian the choice was poor we pretty much ate rice, chips and a basic salad the whole time and breakfast... well, a roll and jam. All inclusive cocktails were poured from a slushie like machine and were undrinkable.. so we stuck to beer.
We must say the highlight was the excursions sorted for us by the rep Mehmet who was so helpful and conscientious! Big shout out to Mehmet.

Beautiful looking boring hotel.
1) The choice of fruit is boring .. cut the oranges into at least pieces!
2) completely incomprehensible why do you have large stalks of mint, and parsley ?? Then give me a chef's knife and a cutting board where I can chop them ... or do I have to chew them like flowers?
3) we had to have a fruit platter and wine in the room as a surprise! we got it on the third day and the fruits were the same apples and pears as for breakfast.
4) why do you have a lunch break at the children's attractions ?? Why do you only give ice cream at 14-15 ??
5) Why is there no place in the rooms to put rubbish? Only a tiny rubbish bin in the bathroom?
6) internet only in the lobby, a passport number is required to log in every time???
7) There are no TV channels or the connection is lost!
8) A glass of 2 euro orange juice is sold for breakfast!
9) There is no service .. glass is cleaned… no question is asked if you want more !!

Me and my partner recently visited this hotel. To start off it was lovely with very nice staff. On our last night we checked at reception what time we needed to check out by, the next morning we were called from reception at 11 o’clock the morning off telling us we had to be out the room for 12 and to remember room cards and towel cards , I understand this is standard practice but for no use of the words ‘please’ or ‘thank you’ is highly unprofessional. We went down to reception at around 11:30, the man behind the desk said he “had” to cut off our all inclusive wristbands (I have never had this in any all inclusive resort ever) so found it rather odd, after this we tried to get a drink since we hadn’t eaten or drank anything since the night prior, and found out that was not possible due to having no band anymore, meaning we had to eat and drink up the road in the shopping centres cafe. We didn’t get picked up to go to the airport until 5 o’clock in the afternoon, upon getting picked up we seen two other men from our hotel… they still had their wristbands on! Our rooms also wasn’t cleaned daily as I have experienced in other all inclusive resorts, bedding was changed once in the 10 days we stayed. When we were home we contacted our travel agents who got in contact with the hotel and of course they denied everything, painting us out to be liars. It’s really unfortunate because we had a really great time up until this happened.

It was untidy. One night I had to complain about lobby toilets, it was dirty and filled with used toilet paper. I don’t think get have enough cleaners to keep it all clean. Most of the reception staff were very rude, they barely replied and when did for example, told us to wait five minutes because he was too busy in the computer than to service a guest who had just checked in and needed a password door the WiFi. Another night we complained about the front terrace of the hotel being completely occupied by next door restaurant clients - they were going around Turkey lock down rules and using the hotel terrace to stay open most likely and hotel staff getting paid for this - and they told us it’s none of our business. Some of the bar staff was so nice some more interested in their mobiles. Food wasn’t too good and when eating they would come and pull the very worn rags they call table clothes from under your plates. Go figure. Not going back and don’t recommend.

Id give 5 stars to the room because in all honesty, it was nice and clean. Kudos to the Housekeeping Team! they maintain the hotel really spotless clean.
The furnitures in the room are good quality. They are modern and chic.

The beach is right across the road and park.

There are good restaurants, supermarkets in the area

We didnt really eat a lot in the restaurant even if we paid for all inclusive. We had a meal or two, id say, they were okay. But I do love the egg station! The staff in the restaurant are polite and friendly.

Security officer on duty was always on the phone and he was not even looking at us every SINGLE time we go in and out of the hotel entrance. We stayed there for 5 days and we never saw him looking at us at all. He was constantly on the phone. We were even joking to apply for his job because it would have been an awesome job to sit and just stay on the phone and then get paid.

It is written in their key card case that it is forbidden to bring outside food. The hotel restaurant is not open 24/7. I am wonderig what's the fridge for?

This hotel was first star right from the off. The place is spotless, staff can't do enough for you. The rooms are nicely proportioned and cleaned everyday. You can get towels everyday from the spa for around the pools. There was plenty of choice for food with something for everyone. The dining room was lovely and clean. There was enough snack bars throughout the day and night so you were never hungry. Special thanks to Alp and his entertainment team and Isra at the childrens club for making our holiday a great one. Can't wait to come back.

Strangest all inc. concept ever. If you want to wait in queue/line for drinks and food all the time ; this hotel for you. They have only 2 bars to get drink and they are opening 10:00 o'clock to 23:00.
Even you can not get coffee in reception before 10, only in restaurant. They put bottle water in your room at arrival, if you want more bottle water; than you have to wait lunch or dinner time to get it in restaurant bar which is always queue. Staff is never smiling and seems that they are forced to work there. They only serve to the owner of the hotel which lives in the hotel or if you tip them.

We was shown to our room which was amazing and couldn't fault anything.
Everyone was so was so friend and the staff are second to none.
The swimming pools are brilliant for the kids with the slides and the entertainment was amazing.

First time ; went with sibs and mum . Price point suited everyone’s budget . Not disappointed at all . Very clean and friendly environment and families can enjoy this place . Food was plentiful and great variety. Vegetarianism catered for . Staff were extremely polite , helpful and informative. Mustaffa on the naan/ bread station was most helpful and such a cheerful person ( he hasn’t asked a mention btw ) . And Hasan the bracelet’ artist ‘ was also very good at his craft ; ordered many bracelets with names painted on and all recipients chuffed ! Impressed enough to revisit in future .
