Small hotel which is situated on the busy boulevard near the city center. Rooms (small but cozy) were clean with a small balcony.. You can hear your neighbors which isn´t always pleasant. We also had some problems with air condition, buty it was fixed very fast by a technical staff. The food is delicious but the variety wasn´t excellent. Soft drinks and alcohol are for free but you have to pay for the cocktails. The dining room is OK, you can find free chair every time and sitting outside is very pleasant. Sometimes there are some queues. The bar is open until night which can come in handy. The behavior of staff (reception, bar) and the level of their English varies but most of them were friendly and at least tried to communicate well. There were guests from different countries and the vast majority of them were decent. There´s one pool with clean water and a water slide used mostly by children. There´s one bad habit - sunbeds towel blocking...as there isn´t a lot of sunbeds it is very uncomfortable. There´s a hotel beach just about 70 meters from the lobby (cross the boulevard) with pebbles and very clean water. There´s also a trap in a form of two huge rocks under the water. You have to find a passage through them :))) there´s a lot of free sunbeds on the beach but you have to pay for each umbrella. Generally I can recommend this hotel for a budget holiday, but it is very average experience with some leftovers.

I stayed here at the end of July with my daughter for 2wks. The hotel is in a good location across the road from the beach. The staff were amazing and very helpful apart from the maids who stole money from our room!! The rooms are very small and the beds are uncomfortable which was the only negative thing we have to say. The food isn't the best but there is always something you can eat and it is cooked well. The all inclusive drinks are soft drinks, wine, vodka and gin but you can buy imported drinks and cocktails for between 55tl and 150tl.

I stayed alone for two weeks in August 2022 and I was satisfied with everything. The staff is wonderful, they treated me like a queen! Food was good and I think there is something to eat for everyone. Location was great, beach is just across the street. If I have to say something negative, rooms are very small but nice. Wifi was not working but I bought a wifi code for two weeks (28 euros) and then it was working properly. I would go again, everybody of the staff was really nice and I hope to see them again!

I was in this hotel in November. One day I had my OWN towel with me and was going out of the hotel and a young receptionist (may be 20 years old, thin girl) shouted from behind me "you can't take the hotel towel outside". I did not realise that she was speaking to me and carried on walking out, and she shouted again and as I was almost outside the front door, the security guard pointed that the receptionist was talking to me. I approached reception and this young girl carried on shouting that I am "not allowed to take hotel towel outside". She actually shouted at me even though I am much older than her. I then told her that it was my OWN towel and in future she should ask first if it is a hotel towel or my own towel before shouting at customers.

I also complained to another older female about this young girls behaviour but she took no notice/action and this young girl was smirking and telling her other recption staff about what had happened.

The staff here are totally unprofessional and lack manners. I would NOT stay here ever. I pay good money to come on holiday and not to be treated in this way be an insolent young girl.

I stayed on the first floor right at the back. Please don’t stay in that room in particular as they don’t clean the room. The room curtains are hanging off, the porch door does not shut, hence it’s a safeguarding issue, the room has a pungent smell.
When asked for room service, they sometimes come and sometimes don’t. When they do come they just change a few towels.
The sink is broken and the overhead shower does not work.
They also sell premium internet access at 3 euro for 24 hours. I bought a few, to be honest don’t bother with that as it’s a rip off.
The coupon for extra internet didn’t work. I complained to reception but to no avail, they kept on batting the responsibility to the next shift staff member.
They hotel charge extra for heating and cooling. Madness!!!!
Food options are not the best too, despite these hick-ups it’s ok.

Our hotel was changed not by our choice. We went and the receptionist was extremely rude and horrible everytime we went to complain he would say come back the next day
The room was as small as a prison cell in the bathroom you could hear other people talking. The sink was smelling like a gutter and the food was absolutely disgusting the food was mouldy and was almost empty the staff was horrible and the area was absolutely horrible people were giving us a look everywhere we go and we were asked if we wanted to have a fight by locals who said they were strapped MEANING THEY HAD GUNS not recommended for anyone

We are in the hotel as i right this.I wish I read the reviews before I come as they are all true. We got to the hotel at 9 pm there was no cot in the room so went to the reception and they said we cant get one till tomorrow. We waited 2 days and it come but it was broke they didn't have another one for us.The bathrooms smell so back we ask to move rooms they said no. Food is terrible my husband and 18 months old was ill. (My husband is never ill) they put the food out at 3pm for tea time that starts at 6pm. Baby pool is so small my kids swimming padding pool is bigger at home. Its like a foot bath. Lights did work in the room but they did fix them.

The sound isolation is so bad, you can here everything what is going on outside the room. With all the respect to the local culture, but the because of the bad sound isolation every morning around 04.45 we had a clear hearing from the nextdoor mosque where they daily do their praying. So we got up and barely could fall back to sleep.
The shower/toilet had bad smell, my son was asking "mummy, why they gave us the room with such a bad smell".
Door lock was broken, it was a challenge to open the room when you are coming back from the town. Room cleaning terible or not cleaning at all.
The only good thing about the food - vegetables, nothing else was good. When you are coming for dinner usually you cant find free table and you must wait in a crew for about 15-20 min. to take the food, so we paid for the dinner but it wasnt possible to eat there (no tables, its time waisting when you need to stad and wait for taking the food).
The staff wasnt friendly, they doesnt know how to solve the problems, talk with the clients etc.... rude, unprofessional.

The only good thing was Beach bar no 3 staff. So friendly, helping so best wishes to them, but I am not sure if they has sothing in common with the hotel.

Terrible hotel! Staff are really unfriendly. I have been here in July (2024) together with my mother and brother. There are people here who are treated like v.i.p. They were accidentally splashed wet by me. The manager got so angry about this that he wanted to jump in the pool to attack me and my mother. Because of this ‘incident’ which made no sense, we were being watched. We were even checked out when we walked to our hotel room. But it gets worse. The next day I sat by the pool with my mother and brother, where we were checked again. We were done with this and looked back. Then the staff got so angry, the manager threw a glass ashtray at my mother's back. This left her with a big bruise and a lot of pain. We had addressed the reception about this, they only believed the manager's story. As a result, we were evicted from the hotel and had to book another hotel at our own expense.

It is also terribly dirty here. The rooms are not cleaned properly, there are cockroaches in the hotel that are also not cleaned up when they are made dead. And the food is bad. The food is put in a hot restaurant an hour beforehand. We did not eat here anyway, but when we had eaten here one evening we and other guests became very ill. Staff are also smoking during working hours and behind the bar.

So in short; it was hell. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Definitely don't come here and waste money on this!
