I have been to this hotel many times. The last time I was in May 2019. The area where the hotel is located is very noisy, there is music until 2.00 am. The hotel beach closes at 6 pm and you are not allowed to sit on the deck chair. The hotel staff are very friendly and polite, the food at the restaurant is delicious. The hotel has two days a week live music on the terrace of the restaurant until 1.00 am. Until the problem with music at night is solved I will not return to this hotel.

This hotel is in a nice area right on the beach front, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel and the rooms was nice and kept clean to a good standard. The breakfast was ok and did the job but unfortunately the only issue I had with the hotel was the super loud music!. The music from surrounding areas and even the hotel bar was that loud you could feel the room shaking, if you want a relaxing peaceful holiday then unfortunately I couldn’t recommend this hotel. The music does cut off at midnight and some of the days I don’t have an issue sitting up to around midnight but for me the issue is when you have early starts for tours and transfer back to the airport you just have no chance getting any sleep what so ever if you want an early night!. In the end I couldn’t wait to get home just for a bit of peace and quiet!.
It’s a great shame because like I mentioned the staff, rooms, location and hotel in general was really nice but sadly because of the super loud music I wouldn’t stay again.
If you don’t plan on doing any tours or have no early starts then I would highly recommend the hotel.

Have just had a good week at Royalisa Palmiye Beach (adult only) We were a little afraid after reading other (old) review from this hotel, as not all found it good. The Hotel are very central placed in Alanya, you are able to walk to Town and Harbor, but you also have the bus around 100 meters from the hotel. Taxa about 80 meters. We came in the afternoon, and had a great welcome at the hotel, got a room at the right side at the hotel, as the other side can be a little bit noisy. We found a great room, not big, but good in size. Hotel are renovated over the winter 2021/22 so everything was new. Great beds, great room, staff in reception was verry friendly, and helpfully. Staff in the restaurant/bar was running very fast, from the morning until late in the evening, but have always time to a small talk, and was also very helpfully. Breakfast included was good, but not international, as there was a lot of local food. There was fresh fruit every day. The cleaning girls was very effective and left a perfectly clean room every day. Only thing we miss was a built-in freezer in the refrigerator, and an adjustable holder for the shower. We will be back.

1. when we arrived at 14.30 we had to wait a little over an hour before our rooms were ready even tho check in started at 14.00.
2. the bar staff was quite nice but some of the men working there were quite ongoing to most youg girls staying here.
3. room cleaning didnt come to our room befor around 16-16.30 all week and they never switched the sheets or clean the floor properly. We found nails under our beds and the corners of the floor were pretty disgusting.
4. it says on the booking site that its child free but alot of families with children eat dinner here and are on the beach area.
5. techno music all day long outside and inside in the bar area wich is fine but its very loud, you can hear the speakers pounding.

Our experience at this hotel has been nothing short of a nightmare. We initially booked a two-week stay, but after enduring a week of constant problems, we have no choice but to switch hotels privately at our own expense.
From the moment we arrived, issues began. We had to change rooms three times due to poor cleanliness. The final room we were given seemed acceptable at first, but we soon discovered feces in the toilet and a clogged shower drain. When we reported this, the owner dismissed it as “normal.”
Housekeeping has been an ongoing disaster. Rooms are “cleaned” by mopping with the same dirty mop across all surfaces, without water or cleaning products. Surfaces and mirrors are ignored, and even when we pointed this out repeatedly, they simply wiped the mirror with a dirty towel, leaving it worse than before. Bed linens are only changed every three days at most, even if they are visibly dirty. Requests for fresh linens are often denied.
One incident completely crossed the line. After our room flooded due to poor maintenance, we had to use every available towel and piece of bedding to dry it out. The hotel staff promised to clean the room thoroughly and replace all towels and linens. However, when we returned after dinner, we found the dirty towels used to mop up the flood tossed into the bathroom. No fresh towels were provided, and the night staff refused to resolve the issue, saying they couldn’t do anything until the morning.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness, disrespect for guests, and dismissive attitude from staff have made this stay unbearable. I cannot, under any circumstances, recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.

Gives 1 star because the staff is very controlling. The manager at the hotel was also controlling. He doesn't trust his guests. You don't get any peace down by the deck chairs. They pick up plates from the table when you are still eating. They'll sell you towels for a week. Don't agree to the huge unnecessary cost. A couple of acquaintances were robbed of their money and they had put it in a saftey box. So don't leave money in the room or valuables bring it everywhere!! . They blame everything on the guest. Refuses to take responsibility. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good though so they do not keep the times than they promised. A feedback to the staff and manager that they do not have to be so controlling towards their guests you feel watched all the time at the hotel.

Don’t go here if you are not prepared to listen to endless loud music in the restaurant and beach area. We were not affected in the rooms, but didn’t feel like chilling outside on their terrasse due to this noise pollution. It is just the opposit of replacing when they keep treating the area as if it is a disco. I am not surprised we saw very few people on that terrasse except from at breakfast. The hotel is esthetically nice with a good situation on the Beach and looks exactly like in the photos. So if you are in your 20-ties it might be the perfect hotel for you.
